Right after I had Wyatt from T Webber snake out 2 clogs in my house. We went around & checked out…read moremy 70 year old septic tank. The tank & drainage was a nightmare or practically nonexistent . We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet . A company that goes above and beyond to help Rectify any problem you might have whether it be septic clogs or any other issues with plumbing and heating services. These technicians are the pros . They're all well worth their weight in gold ! I was actually sorry to see them go but I look forward to seeing them back when the job begins . Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.

After calling short list of usual plumbers with no call backs, I looked for one online. DAP was one of the only companies I found quickly with some great reviews (reviews have power to make or break... or to be fake). I believed what I read. And, you can believe this. I called DAP and Courtney, project manager, answered phone, called me back with in 10 minutes to schedule same-day assessment. Not only did he arrive when he said he would, he was quick to identify leak in old plumbing components. There was no way to replace components... they no longer exist. Everything was old, anyway, so he replaced the entire system with high-end (Delta) system. It did not cost nearly what I thought it might. After looking it up on line, the price turns out to be super competitive. While at my house, Courtney discovered a separate, potentially expensive risk in downstairs piping. He carefully explained how a small fix now could avoid a major fix of flood later. Both jobs were done, very well cleaned up, in a matter of hours. And ... one of the best parts... DAP is human. Courtney smiled (when I had been ready to cry for a day or two). He embraced my questions with answers I could understand. I can't imagine calling anyone else to help me with plumbing in the future.

And the hot water is up, the local company is gonna fix the meter spritz immediately, and we are working together to see if I will need help on the heat (any busted spots?) after I try to do certain warming techniques in the house after I had Love Effron prime the boiler. This is even without a visit needed so far (very busy holiday weekend, and a big $-saver for me.)
