Once again I call them and the same technician comes out and now tells me I need over $1000 in new equipment. The next day they send out a technician to replace everything they said I need. The next 2 days, still no heat. I call them once again and now they tell me I need an electrician to do rewiring. They strung me along for over a week and kept charging me for all their service calls and unneeded parts. I finally got someone else who fixed my problem right away. Happy to say as a result I got an almost immediate response from Paraco who sent an updated bill removing the fee, leaving a balance of zero. So I am satisfied with the result. I think in a more ideal world situations like this could be resolved more directly but at least this was easily resolved and I hope the next time somebody has a problem such as this that my experience will be helpful.

I can't get anyone to confirm with the buyer what their plan is. Paraco refuses to go get tank without buyers consent. So I'm out the money and I guess the buyer gets a free tank of gas. If they had just removed the tank in May like I asked this would have been resolved. Great job Paraco..(sarcasm) Your support staff is not very supportive. Look at ALL your negative reviews. Customer service has been reliable for me. I don't frequently call but when I do the office staff are plenty friendly and even more importantly they're helpful. Yesterday I ran out of propane, I thought I was on auto-delivery but had not yet set that up with them (I was auto for oil only). They came out in an hour and filled me up. I am on auto-delivery for oil and never run out, and never get a bill I don't think is fair. I have done the BBQ refills plenty of times and that has been easy and definitely the cheapest in the area.
