Give it 1 hour for the hot water the tech stated will only charge you for a service call of $243.28, and still no hot water after a few hours. Called them back went back still an issue another truck shows up discovers the unit was turn off poor trouble shooting from techs. Call to speak to the boss receive the round around claim they will give him the message no return call or communication. Requesting some refund for over paid service.

Asked about adjustment to contract. No deal! Workers did good job, owner is arrogant and miserable!
