They were supposed to come on Friday between 12 and 3. When no one came by 2:45, I called. The woman who answered called me back after she spoke with the technician. He got delayed at prior service call and wouldn't be able to come to me after all and they wouldn't be able to come until Monday. It is 100 degrees upstairs! I told her that their website says they work 24/7 and asked if they could send someone tonight. She said that I wasn't entitled to that service because I'm a new customer! Well, guess what? I'm a former customer now! PS - 15 minutes after I hung up I got a recommendation from another friend. I called and a technician will be at my house in a couple of hours. THAT's how you get new business!

We had looked at getting central air installed for quite some time. Some reasons we hadn't were…read morethat the other quotes we'd gotten were outrageous, or you could never get the contractors to respond. Our neighbors got central air installed by Perfect Comfort and they had nothing but rave reviews. So we decided to give them a call. Christian came out and did a detailed job figuring out what we would need and going through the options. He set expectations on timing for the installation and when he'd have a quote to us. Beside that he was just a nice guy and easy to work with. He delivered the quote as promised and the price was good so we decided to do it. The installation happened earlier than promised. We were grateful for this :) The crew that came out was mindful of the house and did an excellent job keeping everything clean and doing professional work. The system turned out great. I would happily recommend the team at Perfect Comfort.

Buyer Beware: Dishonest, Unprofessional, and Unreliable…read more We had a very troubling experience with John Kulk of Kulk's Plumbing and his employees. After diagnosing an issue as a contractor error, John Kulk later changed his story to the contractor, claiming it was our fault, which caused significant confusion and delays. John Kulk then suggested we file a claim with our homeowners insurance to correct the negligence of the contractor. The next day, the contractor stated in writing that he had "conferred" with John Kulk and repeated the same question, "perhaps that could go through your homeowners' insurance??" During the service, the atmosphere was uncomfortable. John Kulk said he can't find qualified workers and complained his employees frequently argue in front of customers. We previously had to ban John Kulk's employees from our home due to their unprofessional behavior. We also faced major reliability issues; snow removal was promised but denied immediately when the first snow storm arrived. Given the overpricing and lack of professional conduct, the quality of service here has significantly declined. We do not feel comfortable having John Kulk's Plumbing in our home again. We cannot recommend this business. All statements above are true, verifiable, and protected under the Consumer Review Fairness Act.
