Of course there were still issues and rough patches, but nothing like the clown show being ran now. Outside of 1 or 2 individuals upper management is a joke as most people are afraid to speak up and against things because the "general manager" is constantly going on power trips firing people left and right and commanding people like a drill sergeant. The office is a non stop gossip space with everybody often sharing your personal business, plotting on who will be let go next or just talking about irrelevant/unrelated topics having absolutely nothing to do with work. If you have any issues bite your tongue and suck it up because nothing will be done and nobody actually cares. HR is non existent here as well why is that you ask? Your guess is as good as mine. It's a lot of backdoor and shady business that goes on here and it all reflects in how employees act and talk about working here. The morale is on the floor. Nobody truly enjoys working here most of us simply come in to collect a check and that is it. Most of them bite their tongue when dealing with the office, management and upper management because they don't find it worth the headache. In fact the best thing about working here were the guys that are out in the field they are all great. One of the only reasons that kept me working here for the time being. This place is fine if you're looking for a temporary pit stop to get your feet wet, but you will lose your mind staying here long term. Proceed with extreme caution for anyone looking to apply.

Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.

As it was off hours, the answering service told me I should receive a call back within 15 minutes, which I did. The tech explained to me that off hours charges are higher and that he had two calls to handle before getting to me. He called a few hours later to tell me he was on his way to me and arrived shortly after that. He was considerate and listened to me explain the troubleshooting steps I had already taken and was able to diagnose and correct the problem in short order. I also took his suggestion and signed up for a service contract, which lowered toe cost of that day's service call. I had a question on the invoice so I called the Appolo office the following Monday and found the staff very helpful and considerate as well.

They call Friday to confirm, I take off work Monday and they never show. I call them Tuesday and they say they called to cancel Monday AM . I ask to repeat my number and they say area code is 847? They are just full of crap. They have my address they have already called and they won't come complete a service. I ask for a refund as they fail to complete any service on a service agreement they made me sign up for before they came around without an option on the type of coverage I wanted. Now they won't refund my and we are 7 weeks to the holidays. As per the review above these are just cowboys, nothing but crooks over charge and do nothing for the money . 100% disgrace to the industry
