We had great water pressure in our for 32 years. After Anthony's came, replaced our system our water pressure is now a drizzle. We called for them to come and fix the problem. They came to correct the problem. There is no improvement in the water pressure to this day. read more

I requested the replacement of the spigot for the hose on the back of the house. Mike quickly determined that the washer inside the spigot had warped and replaced it with a new washer. Now the hose works perfectly. He also found the problem on the spigot on the front of the house and fixed that as well. Mike also found the issue with my drippy kitchen faucet and quoted me a very reasonable price to replace it. I am very pleased with the honesty and quality of the service and I would not hesitate to call them again or recommend them. read more

Michael Anthony came out to investigate , diagnose and remedy my problem with a water leak in my kitchen ceiling that occurred while grandkids and family were visiotng! I callled Anthony's Water Store on Sunday and left a message 0n the answering machine. Michael traced the water leak from kitchen to bathroom bathtub to the water drain pipe to the attiic drain to the Aiir conditioner Attic A-Coil condensate drain hose which was leaking at the PVC nipple fitting tapped into the attic drain pipe. Michael cut out the bad leak parts and added a correct T fitting and fixed my problem! This small owned family business is great. It's a small operation with the parents and son Kyle. We've had them come out many times for many different projects and we have always been pleased and satisfied with the work. Mike, Kyle, and Kathy are great. They have been to my home and changed a hot water heater tank. The job was significantly cheaper than my last hot water heater replacement and they fixed the code violations the last hack left behind. They are VERY fast and respond to emergencies. Great people. Anthony's water store plumbers screwed me this morning. He was supposed to come and replace a main drain in the house today?. He calls me at 8:00 a.m. and asked me what he's doing today. Are you kidding me?? Then he tells me he's got to do work outside as well which he never mentioned before and we won't have plumbing at the end of the day. Needed a water valve replaced. Very easy job. Anthony came unprepared for the job but knew what the job was. He was still there less than an hour. My husband set the appointment up and knew the hourly rate. I was charged for an hour and a half but was unaware. My husband called his wife, Cathy. Cathy said he was at my home over an hour. My husband advised we have receipts to prove he wasn't there an hour. She became very nasty and blew him off. Do not recommend. Will never use again or refer. I guess you got one over on us Anthony! So this review is coming from a guy who is a bit wary and jaded from dealing with contractor's. Some will rip you off, some are not very good. Anthony's Water Store is a refreshing reminder there is some good people still out there. Anthony's is a small family operation, and the son (Kyle) came out to do the job, and was right on time for our appointment. The job was a little complex and I explained the problem to Kyle, and he started working on it immediately (leaking pipe). It involved cutting into a wall, and Kyle was extremely neat. When he was done, he also double checked to make sure the leak was fixed properly by running some water thru the sink and cleaned up well after the job. The rates were very reasonable as well. Kyle is a very easy going and cordial guy as well. I now have my "go-to" place for all my plumbing needs. From dealing with Cathy, who sets up the appointments, to the prompt and efficient job Kyle did, I can't recommend this business highly enough. read more
