If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.

After having my dryer vent recently cleaned by a different company, I found that the 2 service people from Folkes that came 2 years prior, had left the dryer tubing disconnected and sending dryer lint everywhere. The service person that came from another company came a few weeks ago and discovered that there was very little air coming out of the outside dryer vent. When he looked further he went to my basement to check the tubing connections. He found 2 breaks in the tubing and when he pulled down the insulation, an incredible amount of lint fell out. These people from Folkes never told me about the breaks in the tubing and never even attempted to fix it. They basically lied saying that everything was good, when I asked them what was taking so long cleaning out the vent. To make things worse, I've called Folkes several times to speak to someone in charge and try to send them pictures of the mess their workers created. The reps I spoke to said someone in charge would call back, but no one ever did. Since the dryer lint was lose and blowing all over, this was a fire hazard but luckily I didn't experience that. Never ever ever will I recommend Folkes to anyone. They are a feckless company with no care about their customers.

As it was off hours, the answering service told me I should receive a call back within 15 minutes, which I did. The tech explained to me that off hours charges are higher and that he had two calls to handle before getting to me. He called a few hours later to tell me he was on his way to me and arrived shortly after that. He was considerate and listened to me explain the troubleshooting steps I had already taken and was able to diagnose and correct the problem in short order. I also took his suggestion and signed up for a service contract, which lowered toe cost of that day's service call. I had a question on the invoice so I called the Appolo office the following Monday and found the staff very helpful and considerate as well.

I ask for a refund as they fail to complete any service on a service agreement they made me sign up for before they came around without an option on the type of coverage I wanted. Now they won't refund my and we are 7 weeks to the holidays. He and his team work very quickly, and having an in-house HVAC specialist and electrician (Naheim's areas of expertise) was a particularly nice aspect of working with him. But what really sets SGNM apart is the transparency in communication and sincere ability and willingness to engage with the problem-solving element of renovation. If you've dealt with a renovation before, you'll understand how important this is. We had some unexpected issues and setbacks which he and his team handled without an issue. We also had to deal with a particularly involved and detail-oriented buildings department, which he was able to handle easily, and we passed each inspection with no problem. On top of this, he also provided the best quote out of any of the other outfits we vetted during this process. We never felt upsold on extra work or surprised by any of the prices during project completion. Months later there have been no issues with any of his work. I recommend that he doesn't take a job he can't complete and also don't replace hundreds of dollars of parts that weren't fault. ( I paid him $2,000 and still had no heat/hot water) Also threatened to take the parts back off that I paid for, because I was "disrespecting" him, because I was not happy with what he was doing.
