It started about 2 months ago when my engine seized and I was stuck at the Infiniti dealership in Charlotte. They told me it would cost approximately $18,000.00 for a new engine and my heart dropped. I asked Infiniti who would they recommend to do an engine replacement and they said Christian Brothers. I called Christian Brothers and spoke with Logan, he was able to give me some good information on my situation and based on our conversation, I decided to have my vehicle brought to t he eir shop. Logan was able to confirm what Infiniti told me and offered several options on how to move forward. He was in constant contact with me every step of the process of replacing my engine. However, come to find out that not only did I need to replace my engine but also the transmission because it was damaged due to the seized engine. It was news that I hated to hear yet I did trust that Logan was being honest with me and he did work with me on the price. Also, other issues came up with the repair but instead of charging me for certain repairs, they decided to take care of the cost. When I finally received my vehicle back, there was some other issues that came up and when I called Logan, he was responsive and had the issues resolved at no charge to me. Overall, having my engine seize up and then my transmission being damaged was a very difficult experience and hearing bad news after bad news didn't help, however I trusted Logan and I trusted the previous reviews I read. Overall, this experience was very good and I would definitely recommend Christian Brothers for auto repairs.

Incredibly accomplished gentleman! He was polite, professional, kind and knowledgeable. I was there for six hours, which was not fun BUT it gave me the opportunity to talk with Aziz. The delays were NOT the result of Aziz efforts. Aziz was polite. He was professional. He was engaging. He was incredibly mature and kept me entertained as we spoke for quite some time while we were waiting for things to take place on the lease application. I want to give kudos to him for his professionalism and kindness throughout the whole endeavor. He exhibited a level of maturity that was way above expectations and above what he was responsible for as I closed the deal with him. Because of his interaction with me and his demeanor. How stupid do you have to be to put the wrong oil in a car. And they also don't know where to put the lift mounts on the car (See damage in photos) Never coming back here again. I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Mechanic came on time; he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs going forward that I can't fix myself. We start looking for a small shop that able to do it for less, and we seems find it with this shop but unfortunately that shop decided to go not so kindred/Christian way and get more money out of us. They submitted a claim to our warranty on one amount and told us totally different amount, with quite good difference in numbers. After we confronted them on it, they stand their ground and keep showing us what they submitted on their computer. Dear people our warranty has about 4.000 reviews and they have no reason lie to us, unlike you who obviously trying to take advantage of seeing make of our vehicle. We definitely will spread the story and take our business to more honest shop.
