I usually love Eureka! So I thought the Bone Marrow burger was going to be good but I was left very disappointed considering the price I paid. the patty was pretty dry itself since it was thick I recommend getting a reg burger here, it's better for your buck. Mac n cheese balls always are good. Service here was fine and well, no complaints. I'd come back during a happy hour. It's nice the parking situation is easy, so long as there isn't an event at the Toyota arena of course. If you do see an event happening there, then I'd recommend going to the one in Claremont instead! read more

Eureka! - 28-Day Dry-Aged Bone Marrow ... - Burgers Near Me - Ontario, California

rarely write bad reviews, but Nick G was pretty rude. He wasn't very welcoming, and considering the ambiance and food prices here, we at least expected average service. I'd understand if this were a fast-food place, but I was disappointed--especially compared to the Fremont Street location, where the staff handles a much busier crowd. For a slow night, he seemed either overwhelmed or simply uninterested in being there on a Saturday. On the bright side, the wings were great as always. We didn't even order any bar drinks because we didn't feel confident he could make a well-crafted cocktail. read more

My coworkers and I have came here 3-days straight. The staff were nice and accommodating. However it always seemed like they were short staffed. Other than that, the food is always good and their drink menu isn't bad either. I will say the only thing I dislike about this place is the all gender restroom. Both women and men use the same restroom together. Per on the floor and toilet paper everywhere. You're better off using the restroom in the lobby of the hotel. read more

Located on the corner across from Toyota Arena and downstairs from the hotel, the restaurant is easy to find. The parking lot can be a bit full but it shouldn't be to hard to find a spot. The ambiance was dark and had a late night bar vibe to it. The service was a bit slow- not sure if they were short staffed but we waited awhile for our orders to be taken and for our food. I ordered the Fresno Fig Burger with a Honey Cinnamon Sweet Potato Fries substitution. The sweet potato fries were soooo good! The cinnamon and the honey really add a great flavor and sweetness to them. My burger was also on the sweater side since there was a fig spread, but was a tasty burger. The patty was a good size and the burger was pretty fat lol. I ordered some broccolini on the side, which was quite disappointing. It tasted good but for the cost (i think $6), I was expecting a few more pieces but it came with like 3 stalks.. Overall, would probably come again especially for their sweet potato fries. read more

Girlfriend wanted to meet up with her clothe friend here for a double-date and I was game because it looked pretty good! This restaurant is incorporated into the side of a hotel so we kind of looked around for a bit until we found it. There's a nice ambiance inside and the staff was very quick to get us seated! I ordered one of their happy hour brews that they have on a chalkboard and it paired well with my burger and fries! I got a double smash burger and it was decent! I loved the flavors, but I feel that the cost didn't coincide with the burger quality and fries. This is a cool spot to hang out and drink, but I felt it didn't quite live up to my expectations when looking at the menu before I came. Still, excellent service and I would gladly come back and maybe try something else. read more

Located adjacent to the Toyota arena This restaurant is so awesome. We stopped here before entering the arena. Pro tip: the food inside the arena is super expensive and pretty average. Pro tip: arrive early. Avoid the crowds parking. Eat here , enjoy good food, relax and eat at a table and enter the arena at your convenience. It's a cool vibe inside and you can easily see the entrance and judge the right moment to go inside. You'll thank me later read more

The service was very slow. The the servers were nice enough, but did not check on us very often. We should have known when we waited 10 minutes to even be greeted. The espresso martini was disgusting. The margarita was horrible. The only positive was the Korean frachos. And the bathroom was disgusting. Urine all over the floor. We will never be going back. read more

Gorgeous ambiance, excellent liquor choices, however when our food arrived, the bottom bun was soggy on both of our burgers. It was strange to learn the chef doesn't toast the buns. It made it unpleasant to finish the burger near the end as it was falling apart in our hands. read more

I love the atmosphere here. Always feel welcome. Service level is always great from each of the servers and even management. Coquie is ALWAYS professional, friendly and entertaining. Walked here with some friends for a burger and beer around dinner time after getting destroyed in bowling at Big Al's. Got the Eureka American and broken skull IPA. Wife and I stopped in last Friday evening for date night. There was an approximately 30 min. wait for a table (we later realized a Reign game was that evening so the place was packed out) so we decided to wait at the bar with a drink and Liz was our bartender. She was friendly, professional, and kind--especially to my wife when I had to ditch her to pick up our baby who was not doing well with our babysitter. Liz cleaned the bar and brought us menus so we decided to stay at the bar. I had the poké salad (when I got back) and wife had the fig burger. The San Diego Brewery Societe imperial stout was excellent as was the Holy Smokes! old fashioned. The sweet potato fries! We had a great experience even though we had to bring the baby with us First time diners; we will definitely be returning! Thank you Liz, and the Eureka! staff! read more

Wow, what an awesome dinner. We're not from this area but had to take care of some business up here. We yelped nearby restaurants and this one was the closest and had the best variety of food we were interested in having. I would've totally given them 5 stars but the parking is a bit far. Where the restaurant is located, makes it difficult to have close parking. It's not too far to walk but a bit inconvenient. Overall Julian was awesome, food was delicious, great music, adorable atmosphere, and clean restrooms. Would definitely come back! read more

Saturday afternoon, not too busy. Friendly staff. Gave us a small plate of carrots and oranges for our little one to munch on while we waited. Good music, not too loud outside. Hubby got the Napa chicken sandwich. It had good flavor but the bread to sandwich ratio was off. The chicken portion was pretty small. I shared the fish and chips with our kiddo since he's still too young for a full kids meal. He really liked both but I was disappointed in the small portion of fish. Honestly the 3 pieces could've been for a kids meal. None of us cared for the tartar sauce.... Would've preferred just a simple basic sauce. Will we return? Possibly. But not on the "yes we HAVE to go back" list, more like we will try something else when we go again read more

Eureka is one of my favorite burger places, but my last visit was traumatizing. We ordered 3 burgers and one of the burgers had a hair embedded in the bun! It was a small clump of hair. I don't know how that could've happened. Luckily I caught it before my mom's boyfriend took a bite. Very disappointed. The only reason I'm not rating one star is because Rhonda our server was so sweet and handled it gracefully. The manager apologized and the burger was comped, but I don't know if I can go back. Disappointing because this one of my favorite restaurants. read more

Excellent food and good service we will be there again soon. The burger was delicious and even on the patio it was cozy and welcoming.

Tried this place again but only for a cup of coffee to go. They bring me out a cup of coffee that is only half full. She tells me that it's a keurig machine on dispenses that much. What kind of cheap keurig do they have? Mines at home allows me to adjust the size of coffee. And even if that is the case, how much would it cost them to toss in another pod and run it again to give the customer a full cup of coffee? And then charged me over $4 for only a few sips of coffee. What a ripoff!! read more

My wife and I went to the Las Vegas location on Fremont to explore a little "off the strip" action. I had their classic burger and it was sensational. Not greasy but not too lean either. Amazing crisp fries, pork belly bites to start with. Service was excellent and staff was very friendly. Ambience was fine, nothing special but comfy enough. We really enjoyed it! read more

I've been a loyal customer of this restaurant for a long time, and I've always enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, one negative incident that I had nothing to do with has led to me being treated unfairly ever since. About a year ago, a group of people who work at my company came in on their own time, got very intoxicated, and caused a scene. I wasn't there, I didn't sponsor it, and I had no involvement. Yet ever since then, I've been treated as if I'm responsible. Every time I've come back and spoken with the manager, she's been understanding, professional, and respectful -- she recognized I wasn't at fault and welcomed me back. However, the bartender has consistently been extremely hostile, giving me attitude, whispering to others, and making me feel unwelcome. On multiple occasions, he's spoken to me in an aggressive tone, almost as if trying to provoke a reaction. He acts as though he owns the place, even telling me I was banned when the manager had already made it clear I was allowed to be there. This happened a year ago, and he still can't seem to let it go. The reality is, that night could've had serious consequences for anyone -- DUIs, accidents, or worse. But that responsibility doesn't fall on me, nor should I continue to be treated like it does. This kind of behavior creates a negative and uncomfortable atmosphere for paying customers. It's unfortunate, because this used to be one of my favorite spots, but I won't be returning as long as that kind of treatment continues. THIS IS PREJUDICE read more

to begin with, the food doesn't seem as good as the Claremont location, but just a tic less flavorful. however the service is good. Hi, so don't get me wrong, I love Eureka restaurants wherever I find them. This one clearly has a scheduling or staffing issue.... Ambiance: the place is cool and trendy like all the other Eurekas. It had a cool indoor/outdoor bar and a good amount of seating 5/5 SERVICE: I could tell right away the staff here was under some pressure. Not too friendly of a greeting, but they took my name pretty quick. I was told the wait was 45 minutes. (Also there was a hockey game playing that night so could be why it was extra busy and the wait time....but that was not a secret, and still should be staffed to handle). The bartenders were so busy they never looked up....it took me most of that 45 minute wait to finally get a drink....again not too friendly and they forgot my "rocks" for my whiskey on the rocks.....yes I had to get their attention again....ugh. 2/5 We were seated around the 45 minutes, so good job on the estimate and we ordered right away. Our server "Areli" was great, very friendly and attentive and helped us get more drinks (She brought the stars back up) now 3/5 FOOD: I'll start with the drinks (or lack thereof) wine and whiskey tasted great and I added an old fashioned which was yummy. I had the salmon kale Caesar salad (which I highly recommend) And my wife had the steak salad....also super tasty. 5/5 This would have been an overall 3/5 because of initial service but don't ever underestimate the ability for one good server to recover the situation. Thanks Areli! read more

Came back here since we were a little early for the Gabriel "Fluffy" Iglesias comedy show. This place was packed!! There 6 people everywhere!! They gave us a 30 min wait time, but we ended up waiting maybe 10 minutes. We were seated outside. But it was nice they had heat lamps all over the place. Really kept us warm. There's only 2 single restrooms for both men and women, with over 200 people here. The line for the restroom was longer than the line to get into the comedy show. Fortunately, you can use the bathrooms next door at the hotel, which is nice but inconvenient. Took some time for our waiter to get to us. Granted he was super busy. Brought all our drinks at different times and had to be reminded to bring one of the drinks. Show started at 7pm. We were seated at 605pm. Didn't order till 620pm. Fortunately got our food at 645pm. Wolfed it down. Paid our bill. Ran across the street and was still able to make it in time. So service was pretty fast considering how busy they were that night. I ordered their fig burger. Had slight sweetness to it. It was pretty good tho. Flavors were well balanced. Patty was juicy. The parmeasean fries were amazing!! Smell of the garlic and the parmesan was awesome. Fries were crunchy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. If everything was like their parmesan fries. Hands down 5 stars!!! What wasn't a 5 star was the drink I ordered. I had their watermelon spicy Agua Fresca. It was disgustingly spicy. It was like way too much tabasco in there. I took a couple sips and was done with it. It was bad. This experience was better than the last time I was here. But there's definitely room to grow. read more

Why was everything so SALTY! What happened to this place! The menu changed so much it used to have chicken tenders and I was able to order the bone marrow burger on any day. Ordered the Truffle fries which used to be so amazing but this time it was like they dumped a whole container of salt in it! The fried pickles and sandwich we got were also super salty. Will no longer be coming back. I will instead just go to the Claremont location instead or just stop eating at Eureka all together because everything was just so inedible. Also the shared bathroom space does worry me since the bathroom doors are very heavy and close from top to bottom (so no gap) and the music is extremely loud in the bathroom. Very disappointed in the menu changes and how the food has tasted. Will no longer be coming back here. read more

Not recommended if you have allergies. Went here with a dairy allergy and confirmed 5x with my waitress that the wings did not have dairy. She seemed annoyed but I understood it was an inconvenience to check all the ingredients. She came back saying all the wing flavors were dairy free. I thanked her and ate the wings. Next comes my meal, she assured me it was dairy free. The manager brings out my meal and I confirm with her and she says it is not dairy free and neither was the appetizer I ate already!! The manager was apologetic but the server was not. However apologies don't help with all the symptoms/pain I had later that day. Will not be returning. read more
