Ambience is great and the staff is friendly, however the food is just OK a little overpriced for my taste buds. Not worth the price if you ask me. read more

Incredible food, would recommend to anyone in the area if you have gone! I will be going back soon.

Overall, a great location, connected to the Element Hotel and steps away from the Toyota Arena. What surprise me the most was their selection of bourbon. From Blanton's, Rip Van Wrinkle, 1792 and George Remus Gatsby Reserve, a solid way to start the day. A good select of food, but I recommend to check the menu to review their selections. The bar has a beautiful view to the outside and if the weather is right, sitting outside would be the perfect place. The only issue I encounter was the service. For some strange reason, I kept receiving other people's food orders and they gave my wife a wrong order. Also, the bar was busy but it lack staffing. An additional body could've help relieve the pressure from the staff, especially when an event was happening in a few hours. All in all, a great place to try and mark off anyone's bucket list on trying new places. read more

A friend and I had a "Ladies' Night Out" and this was our first stop. The restaurant is attached - but not part of - the Westin Element hotel. The ambiance was simple, dark wood, and brushed metal hardware - warm, overall. The reason for three, not four stars? It was a busy evening - but no one wants to be "greeted" by a hostess whose text message replies, insta-scrolling "duties" are more important than the customer standing right in front of you. I was not impressed - nor did it make me feel welcome. Fortunately, her colleague noticed and took my name. It's a small venue, so when it's crowded - it's REALLY crowded! Once we got seated - service was great and we were well attended by waitstaff and the manager, I believe. The food was excellent! While I was super curious about the bone marrow dish, our waitress suggested the braised short rib - which was great! The dish was savory, spicy (there were rounds of chili in the dish) and well balanced with wilted spinach and fluffy mashed potatoes. Definitely a keeper!! The menu is diverse with offerings of fish tacos, fish and chips, French dips, and more. Definitely go with truffle fries as a starter - those were tasty! The venue offers two hour parking which is great if you're going to an event at the Toyota Arena next door. Something to keep in mind! read more

Cocktail classes!!!!! The first of MANY to be offered by this excellent bartender at one of our favorite restaurants! Tonight's feature was a beautifully crafted Harry Potter themed " love potion" . Floral rosemary notes complimented this vodka based sweet cocktail . Beautiful cozy setup on the heated patio where many of our group felt very " toasty" after the class. Looking forward to many more classes ! P.s. lucky for us they also had happy hour and food available for purchase off their regular menu. read more

Eureka is a fun spot, definitely recommend. Service was good and the food was tasty. Great little gem.

Ambiance is good! Food is pretty decent, portions are small. Drinks are decent too but they absolutely suck on imported beers when I was there. read more

Ate here with friends the other day and it was enjoyable. It was easy making a reservation however it wasn't needed since the place wasn't overly busy (a Monday evening). I have extensive allergies and the staff took my allergies very seriously and were able to advise me as to what I could and couldn't have on the menu. I got a steak with potato and veggies. Overall it was very good. Would gladly return. read more

The ambiance was nice, and the cocktails were great. We came on a Thursday night and were seated right away. The mac and cheese balls and Brussels sprouts were both delicious. However, two of us ordered the bone marrow burger, and both orders were completely wrong. Mine came out plain and undercooked, and my friend's husband received the wrong burger entirely. To make matters worse, he pulled a very long hair out of his mouth while eating. What shocked us even more was the server's reaction--she wasn't surprised and actually said, "Oh no, I know whose hair that is," as if this happens often. While the server was friendly, the overall experience was disappointing. I've been to the Claremont location and really enjoy it, but this one definitely needs improvement in food preparation and hygiene--especially when it comes to preventing things like hair from ending up in the food. read more

Went for a quick bite and a drink food after the game. I asked the hostess a question about seating and got a snarky attitude and a nasty look. Our server was very nice and the service was quick. The Korean BBQ fries are delicious. I ordered. Bloody Mary and it was not good. From the strange bland olives to the clamato like look and taste of it - all bad. Their ketchup strange, bbq sause absolutely grose - waitress warned us it was weird. The ranch seemed to be sourcream based and would taste better on a backed potato. I know they make them in house but it is like no one is tasting them. If the staff clearly knows that most people don't like them why doesn't management do something! Do better Eureka!! read more

Burgers are good. The fig burger is my go-to. It's a good place for a small date. It's all starting to get a little expensive, but what are you going to do? A sign of the times, I guess. I really don't like the restrooms here tho. You'll know what I mean if you see them. read more

The first time we came here for happy hour, the service and food were both great. The last two times, no. The happy hour menu itself is limited - in both food and drinks. Their wine selection is VERY limited but they don't list out the wines that are included in happy hour and also won't disclose that unless you ask or wait for the bill. One time they didn't disclose until we questioned the bill ($18 for a glass?!) and the last time, we made sure the waitress knew we were there for happy hour and inquired about the included wine. During our subsequent rounds, a wine was ordered that wasn't part of happy hour (but the waitress didn't mention it when we ordered and we obviously don't remember the list that was said at the beginning of the hour) and a coworker ordered a shot of Patron Silver, only to be given something completely different and it was $23. For ONE shot; not a double, single. When questioned, the waitress said they didn't have Patron Silver and provided another tequila. So instead of informing her they didn't have Patron Silver and to see if she'd like something else, it felt like there was a hope she wouldn't know/notice/remember. Another coworker was billed $130 for a glass of wine, HH app, chicken wings, and two HH drinks. She didn't bother to check the receipt so not sure if it's accurate. Definitely won't be back. read more

Good spot to meet friends. Tucked away in a hotel, I missed it first the first time I drove by. Polished ambience inside with a casual, high-end pub feel. Good beer list and patio dining. We were visiting from out of town for our sons soccer tournament. We found Eureka on yelp and we as so glad we didn't miss the opporunity to check this place out! Go you will not be dissappointed! Food here is excellent! We had the poke stack -out of this world awesome! Lightly spicy with wonton crisps, so good we decided to go back a second day for more. Truffle cheese fries were pure heaven! Chicken caesar perfect size and equally as wonderful! Hubs had street corn and said it was the best he's ever had! Cocktais were creative and also quiet good. Excellent selections. Excellent Hoppy Hour! Service was also excellent. The folks here seem to genuinely happy to be there and happy to help you. Service was prompt and timely. The staff was attentive. Ambiance is very inviting and cozy. It's very nice really nicely decorated. There is an outdoor patio as well. Not really a view but the atmoshpere makes up for that. Very nice. Came here for a work lunch after our work function and it's was a good vibe! The location is kind of hidden as it's by a new hotel and literally in front of the Toyota arena so it's next to pretty prevalent location but overall the food is great I had the mahi mahi tacos and they were great and tasted fresh as well as the service since we were a party of 8 and the food left pretty quick as well and the service being speedy! Would come back here anytime as it's up beat and a hip modern location! read more

Zero wait on a Sunday for 8 people, YES PLEASE!!! Service was great, drinks were better! Ambiance was peaceful. Not loud like those other eateries trying to be a Vegas day club. I ordered the Farmers Market drink, which is whatever is in season- and it was AMAZING! It was called Spring Break, which was a well balanced cocktail that literally made my tastebuds do a cannon ball into the pool! I ordered the Bison Burger and it had grilled onions and peppers which made it sweet. Overall, great ambiance and fast service! You won't regret it here. read more

My family and I frequent the Eureka in Claremont a lot whenever we want a good tasty burger and we're so happy that Ontario has one now! Eureka hands down is one of the best burger restaurant franchises. The Ontario location does not disappoint and actually has a more upscale but still casual feel to it compared to Claremont. The service was very excellent when we went and our waiter was attentive. I had my usual which is the cowboy burger without bacon and I upgraded my side to the truffle fries. Perfection! We had a side of Mac and cheese balls and they have the best Mac and cheese balls with great flavor. It seems like there were more drinks added to their cocktail. I usually get the Wild Child which is refreshing with some fruity spice to it. The Summer Daze was refreshing and bubbly. I wasn't a fan of the Headhunter King, it kind of had this funny plastic taste. Overall, very happy with this restaurant and it is a great sit down spot with family and friends! read more

The burgers were tasty and well-seasoned, but definitely on the smaller side for a place that positions itself as a premier burger destination. If you're coming in with a big appetite, you might leave feeling a little light. The biggest sticker shock, however, was the wings. $18 for 6 pieces is a tough sell anywhere, especially when the portion size is standard. At $3 a wing, you expect something mind-blowing, but they were just... fine. Service was average--not bad, but not particularly attentive or welcoming either. We spent a good amount of time waiting for refills and the check. Overall, Eureka Ontario has a cool atmosphere and the food is "okay," but for the price point, I expected much better portions and more engaged service. There are plenty of other spots in the area where your dollar goes a lot further. read more

It's attached to the hotel, within walking distance from The Toyota Center. They offer decent food and beverage options.

Never thought I'd say this, but honestly better than the Claremont location. The workers are such sweethearts and I've never once had one that wasn't attentive. This location is consistently meeting the expectations and setting them as well. Way better than the Redlands location too. Their presentation never fails and neither does the service. Food is always great and flavorful, without a painful wait time. read more

So, perhaps you are asking yourself what an advocate can do to support the LGBTQIA+ community this joyful month of June in this year we call 2023. Well, one thing you can do is rush right down for some friendly ambiance at the cozy little spot that is Eureka! in Ontario, CA... very near the airport, and literally on the doorstep of the Toyota Area... because aside from offering some fantastic takes on small plates, bistro favorites and already awesome cocktails, this June they are offering up a delicious rum based libation called the "Pride" -- the fruity, masterfully blended taste of which not only makes you happy, but also helps those in need of community support. Each Pride you order sends a dollar to the Trevor Project (https://give.thetrevorproject.org) in support of the 24/7 suicide prevention and crisis intervention services they provide to young people in the LGBTQIA each & every day. My delightful companion Dana & I each enjoyed a Pride, and then followed up our icy, fresh and fruity concoctions with a steak salad, basic bistro burger, and truffle fries. My steak was succulently seared to my specifications and served on a bed of tender young field greens with a just-sweet-enough dressing to pull all of the tastes together into a pleasurable afternoon dining experience that kept the party on my tongue going strong. Dana's burger and side of Mac & Cheese Balls disappeared so quickly, I'm certain they were just as tasty, well prepared and ready to party too. And for desert... we enjoyed a lovely riff on the traditional chocolate lava cake, which was our other dessert option. Ours was covered in a buttery hot caramel sauce, sprinkled with crunchy nuts, and paired with a premium vanilla bean ice cream. We didn't even give this one an opportunity for a pix... sorry about that. Like our own choices, the rest of the menu at Eureka! promises much of the same culinary delight for every kind of taste bud you might be trying to satisfy in that each item is traditional enough to give you a sense of the comfort you crave, yet divergent enough from the norm to excite your taste buds with unique combinations and applications of ingredients you may not have expected. Like the truffle fries... no skimping on the truffle oil for the freshly made beurre blanc sauce in which it was infused here. And kudos to the deft hand of our chef who added just enough crunchy parmesan shreds to the top of the fries and finished them off with a brief broil just before everything came to table. Our server was attentive to detail, as well, ensuring that all of our food came out together -- as we requested -- instead of having the fries arrive too soon as can happen without such personalized attention. All in all this was a delightful dining experience that I would be happy to have again and again. And when I do... I hope to see you there... Pride in hand. Enjoy! read more

The service was very slow. The the servers were nice enough, but did not check on us very often. We should have known when we waited 10 minutes to even be greeted. The espresso martini was disgusting. The margarita was horrible. The only positive was the Korean frachos. And the bathroom was disgusting. Urine all over the floor. We will never be going back. read more

This spot is across from the Toyota Arena in Ontario and maybe attached to a hotel. Drinks were on point. My margarita was banging! Fish and chips were on point. I believe it was made with MAHI MAHI which was unique because most places use "white fish" or cod but I've never had it made this way. Mahi Mahi could be dry but this wasn't, It was moist, flaky, fresh, and tasty! Truffle Parmesan Fries were amazing. Kids chicken tenders were so good it should've been an adult entree. Bourbon Barrel chocolate cake was EXQUISITE with bourbon oozing all through it! Service was on point. Place was jam packed for a reason! Please go here, you won't be disappointed. read more
