Came here during happy hour for the drinks. They're pretty decent with a selection of 3 cocktails priced at $8.50 each. Wild child was a favorite, it was a refreshing watermelon cocktail that wasn't overly sweetened. We also ordered the happy hour burger and a chicken sandwich. The food was alright, but nothing that wow'ed me. I'd definitely come back for more happy hour bites and drinks though! read more

Absolutely amazing , literally anything you get is going to come out good I've almost bought everything from the menu and only thing I don't recommend is the Napa chicken sandwich kinda dry and plane but other than that they make everything taste like it's a $100 meal. Service is amazing really sweet employees and food gets severed quickly. I will always come to the restaurant and everyone should try it too you won't be disappointed. read more

The Food and the ambiance was excellent. We enjoyed the restaurant very much. Recommended

The vibe of this restaurant is pretty cool but apart from that, there was not much about this place that out. To me, it is slightly overhyped. My sister was visiting from Pittsburgh and we decided to get some good mood food. We got the nachos, truffle fries and brussel sprouts. Along with that, I got the charcoal lemonade. The food was okay. The brussel sprouts could have been more crispy. The nachos were smaller in size. The fries were good though. And my lemonade was just okay. Altogether, I do not think I would come back but did appreciate the service and vibe of the place. Also - their kids cups were super adorable ! read more

Ask for Hannah every time you come here! Her service was amazing and her recommendations never miss. This was my first time, and I definitely will be coming back thanks to her! Also the food was amazing, the "Happy Burger" is the way to go during happy hour read more

Normally I really like this place, great beers, solid burgers. But the 22 Aged Bone Marrow Burger? Big miss. It tasted like a regular hamburger with onion and tomato. I added cheese and had to squint to see it (even the waitress double checked). The truffle fries were usually great but came out weak and stale, with a watery sauce on the side. Disappointing night from a spot that usually delivers. read more

Service too slow, not paying attention to our needs. Pet friendly. Food skimpy and already cold when they were served to us. Love the outdoor patio, but not coming back. read more

Eureka has the best appetizers. I've tried Eureka's food before thru uber eats and it tastes even better in restaurant. My friend and I came the day after their grand opening. It's kinda hard to locate from their directions on GPS since it on the corner of a hotel building. It was even harder to find the front entrance of the restaurant from the parking lot. SIDENOTE: Do not park at Toyota Arena, your car will get towed. I got seat immediately and my server greeted me right away. Not sure how they're trained but my server was extremely pushy. I was waiting for my friend to arrive and he came by at least 10 times in a span of 15 mins to ask if I wanted to put in an order for drinks or appetizers. It got really annoying especially throughout the meal. We didn't try their burgers and just ordered a variety of appetizers. You must try the Mac and cheese balls and truffle fries. TO DIE FOR!!! The ambience of the restaurant is really nice and loud. The restaurant wasn't even full and it was extremely loud inside. A little pricey for burgers, beer, and apps but worth a try. read more

Just found out there was this Eureka closer to me than Claremont so decided to check it out. It didn't disappoint. 1st off Chloe my server provided excellent service ask for her when you go. She's great. I ordered the truffle fries as appetizer. But I still can't find the fuss about them and I've tried them and different restaurants. But they were seasoned right because kept eating them. For my entree I order the Black n blue and Mac n cheese balls. Yummo. The burger was succulent and couldn't get enough of the flavors popping in my mouth. Mac n cheese balls were fantastic would definitely order again. Had an old fashioned not the best I have had wouldn't order again read more

I have been coming here for over 3 years and I've enjoyed every experience. The food is delicious, the drinks come out quickly and the staff is always so kind. I don't think I've ever had to wait more than 5 minutes for a table. The restaurant itself is beautiful, love the little lounge area by the bar. But I love sitting in the patio area, sometimes the arena across the street plays music and the area gets lively. Thank you to the staff for making each visit memorable. A true hidden gem read more

1 star Food was old and clearly not fresh. Tasted like it had been sitting out way too long. On top of that, the lady working the bar was rude for no reason -- completely unprofessional and not welcoming at all. Won't be coming back. read more

Very rude over id when I showed proof also it smells bad in there like restroom ... will never return

Great food. Great service. Good atmosphere. I love this restaurant now I'm just writing random words to fill up the post but seriously this place is worth going. Good value. It's worth the money read more

Giving 4 stars because the drinks were small but expensive and the food was okay. Would definitely go back during a happy hour.

Located right next to our hotel. Got here right before the PBR rush. We were seated at the bar. It's dark in here. The waitresses were very nice. The service was kind of slow because they got very busy.. But the food and drinks were delicious. read more

Eureka is usually one of my and my partner's go-to spots; however, we just visited yesterday and we had the worst experience. The staff were great, service was attentive and speedy, and they were all quick to assist with the issues, kindly. Now the bad part, they changed their menu. They changed their ingredients. They changed everything, and for the worse! I usually order the Spicy Fried Chicken Sandwich, and it's usually perfect. The fries that first came out were cold, kind of stale, but they brought out some semi-fresh ones, but I think their new fries don't hold up the same. Now, the sandwich is way too over salted. I took one bite and I was utterly disgusted. It took about 30 mins for the salty taste to go away after drinking water and drinking a beer. I took 2 bites of my sandwich and sent it back. Upon the new sandwich coming, I took a bite and the whole recipe is different, even down to the pickles. They used to have crispy Carolina pickles, and now they have those wavy cheap pickles. Bleh! Unfortunately, they also got rid of their best salad -- steak salad. They've replaced their salads, ingredients, recipes, and unfortunately, for the bad. Corporate needs to reevaluate their changes, as they've lost a couple customers. Again, the staff was not the problem (hence, the 2 stars, I'd give the staff a 5 star review though), they were great. The restaurant was clean, per usual. If there are changes in the future, I will consider returning. Until then, thanks for the disappointment. read more

The Napa Chicken is amazing! Even better was the honey sweet potato fries! A comforting piece of heaven! I had the best service from Bailey and Manager Bri. The vibe here is relaxing and just the right amount cool. Will definitely come back for lunch! read more

We went back, because of our party size we were sat outside again. It took awhile for someone to come get drinks going so I was worried we'd have a repeat of our last visit. Here's the good and bad of today... The food is always amazing! Burgers are fresh, Brussels sprouts are flavorful, everything is just exactly like you'd expect. The drinks are good, we tried a few of their IPAs and the Wild Child - very good. Wild Child was refreshing and tasted like summer in a cup. Now for the bad, the service is slow. They're pleasant so it makes up for it but drinks ran empty and food took a while to start coming out. At one point I had to go to the bar to order a drink. Management was very attentive to our party but still. I'm not sure if I'm sold on this place. read more

This review is ONLY for the bar staff Kaylus and Alex, they were amazing. Stopped in for some drinks and quick bites and they were super attentive and had great customer service. The food took forever to come out but they were very apologetic and attentive the rest of the night. Thank you Alex and kaylus for making our night way better!!! We will be back but only when we have eaten already! read more

I love Eureka! I am so glad that they opened one up so close to my house; it is literally in walking distance! Aside from the awesome proximity to my house, this location is also attached to a hotel and is close to the Toyota Arena- which I think is a bonus all around. It's a great location to grab dinner and drink before you hit up your event at the arena. Eureka! has a great menu. I've tried a bunch of their starters- the wings (the orange chili glaze is the best), Mac and cheese bites, and of course their delicious truffle fries. They also have a great selection of burgers. I love how you can really taste the quality of the beef. One of my favorites is the cowboy burger- the onion straws on top cannot be beat. Eureka! has it all- great food, friendly service, and an awesome location! You won't regret trying it! read more

Visited the location in Ontario for the first time, picked up a Fresno Burger and 2 Classic burgers to go, all were to be medium-well, but were overcooked. The Classic burgers were in fact charred. My son took a pic and threw his burger out. The Fresno Fig was the only burger that could still be enjoyed. I sent an email with pic and receipt requesting a refund for 2 classic burgers. Eureka Burger hasn't responded after sending a second email today. Poor customer service! read more

Food, Service, Ambiance = 10/10 Restrooms = 0/10 I usually go to the Eureka in Cerritos, but this location was just as good. Their service and their food were great! I recommend the buffalo wings, Mac and cheese balls, Eureka burger and the hunter drink. They only limit you to get 2 of the hunter drink because it's strong. My only complaint is the restrooms are not divided men and women. The floor was wet and it smelled like urine. Where you wash your hands it's open for everyone. I personally don't agree with this for many reasons. read more

Arrived late after a concert to a very packed establishment. Our party of 4 was treated very well on our way to the table and even better once we were sat. Our amazing server Alex made sure it felt like our party was the only one in the restaurant with quick, polite and accommodating service. Everything felt fresh out of the kitchen and Alex was super gracious and welcoming. Our favorite location by far!!! read more

4.6 stars for me. Had their double smash burger. Delicious! No complaints whatsoever about the taste, the quality of the meat, or the freshness of the condiments. Definitely top notch quality. Service was just as perfect. Sat at the bar for lunch and the barkeep was Johnny on the spot. I also had an iced tea and she kept refilling it when I was close to empty. The burger was almost $20 with tax, so a bit too steep for me. The fries weren't crispy and a bit soggy, and the floor was sticky (that's a bit of pet peeve for me). But outside of that, definitely a nice place tucked away in Ontario/Rancho area that serves good quality burgers!!! read more

So a few nights ago, we went to Eureka! for some dinner. We got seated right away once we walked in and there was plenty of parking spots in the lot behind the restaurant. The server came by about 8 minutes after sitting down and the restaurant seemed pretty dark inside for some reason. I ordered the Cowboy Burger and the food took about 20 minutes to arrive. The Burger was just ok and once I was done with the meal, the restroom inside the restaurant was full so I was directed to go to the restroom in the connecting hotel, which was a weird experience for me. Overall, I think the restaurant can definitely do some things better for sure. read more

Eureka! Saw them right across from the Toyota Arena so we took the family here for lunch. We beat the crowds so no wait! Ambiance was fine, and the outdoor seating was comfortable. Finally got to try their 28 Day Dry Aged Bone Marrow Burger! Sadly, it did not meet my expectations. It was cooked medium as I requested, but the patty tasted dry and disappointing. Tried a few of the other burgers our party had ordered. The Fresno Fig Burger tasted delicious. The Jalapeno Burger was alright. Truffle Cheese Fries were not worth the upgrade to me. I should have stuck with the regular fries. Brussel Sprouts were yummy at least. Was happy to have found Eureka, but it was not a fully satisfying experience for any of us. It was simply A-Okay. read more

I brought a good friend here for her last meal in SoCal and the environment and food was similar to like a bar and a lit light area where we can just talk and have fun. The overall food and experience was very delightful, I would recommend this place to people that are looking to take a client or just spend time at a bar type of vibe to visit this place. The food that we ordered was the cowboy burger, the chip n cheesy sauce dip, and chipotle burger! The quality of the service and food was 100% top-notched! Will come back here next time! We live close to the Redlands Eureka, have been there many times, and love it. We were on the way home from L.A. last Sunday so stopped by the Ontario one for dinner. We were seated at a tall table at the bar, which was fine, but there was a dirty napkin on the ground under the table, and no one ever picked it up. I finally did when we got up to leave. Our waiter was great and very attentive. The drinks we ordered were very good. I ordered the fish and chips, having never had them before, thinking it would be a nice amount of food like everywhere else I've had fish and chips. Well, the dish that came was a little disappointing. There were 4 very small little pieces of fish, maybe equal to one piece at other places. It was good, but just a very small portion. I'll probably go back to ordering burgers there like usual, unless I'm not very hungry. I think burgers are what they're known for anyway (and beer). Oh, and the Brussels sprouts were delicious. read more

Food and drinks were great! Service was a bit of a bust. Got sat for regular seating, our waitress never came up to us we were ready to order drinks, apps, and mains. Finally we decided to get up and go sit at the bar. Ordered the wild child which was delicious!! The Brussel Sprouts were good but super oily. I enjoyed the spicy green beans which had a nice kick! The 28 day aged burger was super thick and flavorful! The sweet potato fries were topped with cinnamon and honey..my onion those toppings both could be dropped as it overpowered the fries.
