For starters, I just want to say I love this hidden gem of a restaurant. I have eaten here too many times to count and I've always gotten the same thing. The Napa chicken sandwich. I'm writing this review because I'm a little confused at House mom my sandwich is that I just ordered today. Usually it's a decent sized maybe ciabatta bread but this time it was like a miniature French baguette. I hope you guys are not changing the bread to make a better profit because if so, that kind of sucks lol. They were attentive, easy with substitutions order came out correct hot and together. drinks or handcrafted/fresh I enjoyed watching the bartender make the cocktails some with smoke drops of different things nice garnishments and tasty/refreshing not overly sweet with syrup or other cheap ingredients. I also liked that the drinks came with your choice of liquor in them not just one-size-fits-all... Food choices are diverse but not overwhelming and I especially love that they had a couple of vegan options. I got the beat burger, which was crispy flavorful and filling. Paired that with the sweet potato fries... I forgot to take a picture because I devoured them pretty quickly, but the Brussel sprouts were also worthwhile and finally vegan... Every other place that has brussels sprouts ruins it with bacon lol why I serve a vegetarian dish loaded with non-vegetarian ingredients, this place kept them flavorful cooked, just right and something that more people can eat, kudos to you guys! will definitely be back and I'll be sharing this place within the vegan community because vegan options in the inland Empire are severely lacking. It has also a nice indoor / outdoor atmosphere just across from the arena. We were there on a Monday. Pretty slow night. I imagine this place is pretty lively when events are going on or on weekends. In general, I would consider myself to be fan of Eureka!, but after my last visit here, I have to reconsider. I usually go to the location in Claremont and have nothing but good things to say about them. I've been to this location twice. The first time was to get together with some out of town friends and everything was great. The second time is what changed my mind about this place. My last visit was during the week with a party of 4 for lunch. It definitely wasn't busy, but for some reason, the service was horrendously slow which is bad when you are your lunch hour. To top it off, the burgers weren't even that good, which was shocking because I've had the same burger at Claremont and they've always been amazing. Normally this is a solid 4/5 star experience. However today it was a 1/2 star. So I'm giving a 3 star to be nice. This restaurant has really great food and some unique food combinations. The servers are usually super nice. Today, our food was not that good. My daughter and I both got burgers and both well done. However they both came out medium with I lots of red. Definitely should not have that for a children's burger. And mine came out with all the sauces on it and all the toppings looking so delicious. But again, it was not well done. So I let the server know. I was really surprised that a manager didn't come over to apologize or make sure that the new food was done right. So that was disappointing. Then when the new burger came out, it was like the cook was mad or something because they were pretty much burnt. Like, come on. We get well done all the time. You don't need to be stupid with your cooking. Furthermore, my burger now had a burnt bun, and no sauce in it. Like WTF. So unprofessional. And the fact that the server didn't catch that and that no manager came by to check in was just so absurd. We are it. But I mean, come on. What kind of cooks do you have working there????? We ordered Truffle Cheese Fries, Glazed Brussels Sprouts, Shishito Peppers, and Grilled Broccolini. The peppers and Brussels sprouts were phenomenal--truly out of this world. I wrote a review of this location when it first opened up but the more I keep coming, I get disappointed. Today, was the worse visit. I came with my dog and asked for the patio. I requested a specific seat (so I could get some sun but also to watch the football game). I was told I couldn't sit at the table I requested (even though the whole space was empty). I was sat in the corner where I could not see the game (5 min later a party of 4 was sat at the table I wanted). Then I asked for a heater to be turned on as it got a bit chilly. I was told they would but they never did. A manager happened to come by and asked how my visit was for which I informed her my experience. I didn't want my meal to be taken care of but they did; I just wanted them to be aware that it is difficult to go out to a restaurant as a single person already and it makes it worse when we have more unpleasant experiences added. read more

Been going to eureka forever. This spot is probably one of the more hip lookin cocktail bars that you'll find in the area. It's definitely a good addition to ontario/rancho. Service is always on point, bartenders are personable. Their whole food menu is solid. I've never left disappointed with anything I've ordered from them but I will say it can get a bit pricey? The quality's definitely worth it though. My current obsession is the double smash burger they're offering. I tried it twice in a week to make sure it wasn't a fluke lol. It seemed kind of pricey for lunch, but the food was good and ample for sharing. We had a Cobb salad, and the tomato soup with grilled cheese. The bread on the sandwich was particularly good, but we weren't expecting tomatoes on the sandwich. Parking is free, but the restaurant is part of a hotel complex, so it may be hard to spot. I've eaten at Eureka in Las Vegas a few times and kept telling my hubby I was going to take him and always forget about it when we are trying to decide where to have dinner. The fries weren't very fresh, kinda wish I'd asked for fresh ones but I didn't. We were full when we left so that was the goal! The restrooms are gender neutral and there is a sign on the door that says "Who Cares? Just wash your hands." I got a chuckle out of that and the bathroom was clean. The one I went in didn't have a urinal so I know guys kinda prefer that.‍ The one thing I hope Eureka! Will do is add the turkey burger back to the menu! This eureka! is located across the street from the Toyota arena in Ontario. It is at the bottom floor, annexed to the Marriot Bonvoy hotel. The facility is new and with a nice ambiance. It was a typical warm Cali day and the air was cranked thankfully! We came for lunch around 12:30, party of 9, including 2 kids. The restaurant was not crowded, and the wait for our table was about 5-10 minutes. Service: The wait staff were friendly and took our drink and food order promptly. The person I'm assuming to be a manager, was visible and even dropped off my friends glass of wine to our table. He also brought food when it was ready. As far as the FOOD: We all ordered burgers! My friend and I both got the Fresno fig, my spouse got a cowboy , and our friends got the black and blue. My burger was good and cooked to my liking. My husband likes pink throughout and his was indeed cooked just as ordered as well! My kids burger was well done which was perfect ! We also all got various fries: sweet potato , truffle, and regular. The portions for the fries to my husband and I seemed small or rather inconsistent. My friend next to me who also ordered truffle fries, got a seemingly much bigger portion than I did. The fries I did get too were room temperature at best. The food took about 20 minutes or so in a rather empty restaurant. The wait for the food was disappointing, but we all got our food at the same time, which for a party of 7 adults is a good thing.
