I asked for some sugar-free syrup in addition to the little bottles of regular syrup they give you and it was leaking and sticky and ended up all over the food items. They sent me my drinks, but 0 cups. Even if we wanted to drink the lukewarm coffee out of the milk jug we wouldn't have had any cups to do so. Our sausages were burnt to a crisp, no one ate them. Just an underwhelming experience altogether. I showed up at 8:30 to pick up my order. It wasn't ready yet. I don't mind waiting a few minutes. I ordered it at 8:30 knowing I didn't have my breakfast until nine, but had I known parts of my order we're going to be missing and what a sloppy mess it would've been. I would've ordered sooner so I could've cleaned it up before I presented it. I don't even know if the food was good, I just know it looked like crap and parts of it were missing. Girl at the counter was very nice about explaining their menus and what to and not to get currently. I took their recommendations and went with a pig feet plate, chicken plate, and a few side items for my wife and daughter. Food took way too long to come out. Again, had what came out been great, it wouldn't have mattered. I would have accepted that good home-cooked meal can take a little longer than norm. But that wasn't the case, either. Pig feet and chicken were both just okay and side dishes were overdone. It really was unacceptable what came out after 45 minutes of waiting. I still ended up finishing my pig feet plate and we packed the rest home. I don't remember exactly, but I'm pretty sure I was the one who had to finish up the leftovers, for my wife and daughter didn't touch it neither there or at home. I really wanted to like them.
