I did an order online on the 15th of June, to be picked up at 12:30 on the 17th. It was kind of a large order. I got email notification that it was received, and another one day of. I came in on the 17th approximately 5 minutes ahead of schedule. Every thing was packed (very well) and waiting for me. I had a little bit of a drive to get to my destination. When I got there, everything that I had ordered was in the bag, including napkins and utensils. It was still warm, and was delicious! Chicken chunks with several sauces, mac and cheese (creamy, not gloppy stuck together), salads with dressings and brownies. Enough food for 5 people and right around the $100 mark. We found this place as we were traveling through. The food was great and came out hot and quickly. The sauces we tried were all good, but the chicken itself was fantastic. Had a great experience here. I ordered the spicy chicken. Very good and it's not too spicy at all for those who can't handle lots of heat. The fries were amazing. Never had fries like these. They were like a wedge fry that got flattened. A wedge chip? They were crispy. Obviously we got desserts. I got the mud pie shake. Can't remember the name but the one with Oreos and gummy worms. Delicious. Can't wait to try others. I brought my nieces here and they got a flight of desserts. Loved this option bc they could choose different kinds and they were smaller. This is a very nice casual place that serves mostly chicken-based creations. You can dine at your own pace as it is a walk-up and order format. They do bring the food to you, however. We visited on a Saturday evening around 7:30. We were able to put in our order right away. The young gentleman taking that order was low-key but friendly and efficient. Our food was delivered fairly quickly, though one item was forgotten. That was rectified quickly, however, erasing any black mark that might otherwise have remained in our minds. My wife tried the Sweet Carolina Salad while I had the Chicken Wrap with Flat Fries. We were both quite happy with our choices. The chicken was done nicely while the fries were likewise tasty. Another thing this place seems to claim as a specialty is sundaes. We split a Golden Grahams Sundae, which was covered with the cereal and chocolate syrup. It was a lovely finish. There are a lot of creative Sundae choices so there will definitely be something new to try next time. Our final bill with food, drinks and tax was around $34. At $17 per person, it was a reasonable deal. We'll try this place again. read more

I was driving to Cincinnati and needed some lunch. I wanted something beyond the usual fast food chains and pulled out Yelp while I was pumping gas. Turns out this spot was right across the street from the gas station and it looked delicious! I ordered through the app and got a regular chicken sandwich (with pickles and mayo) and a side of their fries. Oh and a cookies and cream milkshake. The wait given to me through the app was pretty long so I decided to just go in and see if it would come up sooner. I said hello to the staff and they were super friendly. Within a few minutes my order was ready and I grabbed it and went back to my car. The sandwich was SOO good. Crispy chicken, juicy, and complemented by the crisp pickles and soft bun. Their fries are unusual in that they're flat fries, thinly cut but in the opposite way you're expecting. I was unsure about this but they were great! And the milkshake was also delicious. They have these over the top options but given I was driving something simple was ideal. But I'd definitely come back here for something more indulgent next time I'm driving through! read more

I understand the basic premise of this restaurant, but I'll admit I was surprised by the execution... Created by the person that started NW Ohio's "Fowl & Fodder" which focuses on regional & seasonal ingredients, I incorrectly made the assumption some of that would rub off on Odd Fodder. And if there is a focus on ingredients, that was lost on me. Is the food good? Sure, it's not bad! But comfort food is so common these days, and fast food fried chicken is so wildly available, I am not really sure what Odd Fodder thinks it is doing to bring anything unique to the table. Yes, the milkshakes are delicious... and yes, some of the milkshakes coming out of the open kitchen are ridiculously cute, but the food in general is surprisingly bland-beyond a lot of salt-and mostly over cooked. America has a real obsession with unhealthy food, and Odd Odder only seems to serve that, so I suspect many will love it. But I was really hoping for some unique flavors, which I did not experience. read more

They have regular or spicy and I liked regular. Multiple variations but I got the chicken sandwich. Super good! My dining partner said the chickn waffle was also super good. I got the Brooke. So sometimes brownie/cookie sundaes at ice cream places do not taste good because the baked good is meh. Not the case here. I've eaten Odd Fodder probably 10-15 times. It's always good. From the chicken sandwiches, flat fries, sundaes, onion rings, and even great salads. Tonight I got the smokestack and the flat fries which I always get a side of parmesan garlic sauce to dip the fries. Tonight's meal was the best I have had, fries cooked perfectly with a ton in the bag. Chicken sandwich has a high quality bun and crispy, juicy chicken every time. Ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and a Buckeye Brownie shake, I cannot express just how divine they both were. The sandwich was wonderfully flavorful and you could tell all the sauces were handmade with care, and the chicken was breaded tastefully. The shake was creamy and sweet and I'm hoping to get a one of their sundaes next time! The employees are attentive and kind, always keeping an eye on customers. I'm a big eater, but that large fry was way too much for one person. The service was nice and they got my food to me pretty quickly. The waffles on the sandwich were a little soft, but I might've left it in the wrapper, too long as I was enjoying the french fries.It was a fun, relaxed atmosphere but it also wasn't very crowded since it was fairly late on a Thursday. I was quite disappointed in this restaurant. It's basically a fast food chicken restaurant. I ordered a grilled chicken wrapped in lettuce. What I got was grilled chicken chopped up wrapped in a flower tortilla. I also asked for the sauce to be on the side yet they poured tons of sauce inside the wrap. not very good listeners at this restaurant. It appeared that it was head lettuce instead of a good quality Romain lettuce. I was with two other people one ordered a breaded chicken sandwich, and the other ordered the breaded chicken nuggets. They were heavily breaded. For the chicken nuggets, I felt like there was more bread than chicken. For the chicken sandwich almost the same thing I would not come back to this restaurant. I don't know how they got so many five stars. I will say that the staff was very friendly and engaging even though they couldn't get the order right. It's in a good location near a lot of different gas choices, Costco's and coffee shops. read more

I've not been here before, but stopped in today for one of their candy shakes. I tried the strawberry special, and have mixed emotions on it. For presentation I'd give it 5 stars - very elaborate and pretty to look at. The cup was rimmed in strawberry flavored crumbles, contained soft-serve ice cream and was topped by an upside down sugar cone containing cheesecake cream, and finished with whipped cream, a strawberry drizzle and freeze dried strawberries. Like I said, pretty to look at. For overall taste and serving size, I'd give it 3 to 4 stars. I dislike "artificial" tastes, and this had no taint of that, but it was not in the premium taste range either. As a "serving", it was WAY too much, which probably required the hefty price - $10.50. I ended up tossing half the cone and a third of the shake. But what really turned me off was the mess the crumbles rimming the cup made. I guess if you ate it in house, it would be ok. But I got mine to go, started in on it in my car and spent 5-10 minutes thereafter cleaning up the crumbles! Annoying. I will be back to try their food, but couldn't justify all the calories at one time. read more

disappointing. Went into the restaurant ordered our food to go. When we got home the sauce that they charge you extra for for your fries was not in the bag. I called to ask my options and she hung up on me. They must have caller ID, because I called back again thinking this possibly might be a mistake and gave her the benefit of the doubt, but now they won't answer their phone. used my husbands phone and they answer, so the excuse that you are busy wont work. If you cant even pit the sauce in the bag you charged me for, then at least show some damn concern for your customers. Not everyone can drive back 15 minutes away to get sauce. ridiculous when people have other choices you would be so disrespectful to a customer. smh read more

I heard of Odd Fodder through friends and by seeing pictures of the milkshakes on social media. I was really excited to try it out and it didn't disappoint. I didn't know they had food and ice cream, but the food was tasty as well. I got the Kick'n chikin wrap and it was delicious and not too spicy. The only thing I wish would've been different is I wish they offered meals worth the food that included fries and a drink instead of all of them being separate. My boyfriend got the classic chicken sandwich and it came with 2 Large pickles on it. The fries were pretty good as well. As for ice cream, I got the buckeye milkshake which had a cookie, cupcake, and whip cream on top. My boyfriend got the M &M brooke.
