I've been coming to chick-fil-a for far too long. Would purchase for my family of 6 so I'd spend a fair amount here yearly. The last year or so it's been going down hill. I can just about bet that I'll have missing items. It's 99% of the time. Gotta go through all the bags before leaving. Then when I do discover the missing item(s) I then have to call them and tell them and then they run it back out to me while I have to wait and waste more time. Seriously how hard is it to make sure all the items are in the bags? I'm done for good this time. I don't have time to waste checking everything and then waiting for my missing items. Went through drive-through. After getting to window, my sandwich was not ready, I was asked to pull up and wait with my hazards on and a side lot, not in a designated parking spot. I advised at window that the last time I removed myself from a window and a Chick-fil-A drive-through I waited 38 minutes in a parking spot for my food. During that time, Chick-fil-A had a shift change and I was all forgotten about. Chick-fil-A's policy is the receipt in the bag. I have a problem with that when you ask someone to pull up and you don't provide a receipt. Without a receipt when you leave the window, you have no proof of purchase so I will put my vehicle in park every time until my food is given to me at the window. Drive-through my order once again is always screwed up. No fries. Chick-fil-A. Change your receipt policy. If you have people standing in the drive-through taking orders, make sure they have a receipt machine on them to provide receipts in the drive-through. read more

I miss Chik Fil A so much, being in Michigan we don't have any Chik Fil A's near us...yet. I usually stop through Perrysburg on my way home but it's usually a Sunday and of course they're closed. (Insert Sad Face) Imagine my excitement when I realized we'd be driving through on a Saturday AND it's Peach Milkshake season. I almost had a panic attack, I was so excited. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich combo with large waffle fries, fresh lemonade, and a 6 pack of chicken nuggets with Chik Fil A Sauce. Afterward, I washed it all down with a large Peach milkshake. They make a darn delicious chicken sandwich. I was in a food coma on the way home, I was in heaven. Hello Perrysburg OH and my first real Chik-Fil-A meal! The first stop on our road trip south was this lil spot since were from Detroit and Chik-Fil-A's are scarse around there. This location was awesome (as are most of their locations)! The line was super long but went quick! I love how organized they are. They always seem to be able to quickly find you to bring you your food! Always super friendly and dont even hesitate if you ask them to bring you something. Drive thru not ready for prime time. Everything else was great! Stopped by on a Friday night, pulled in to the lot at 6:12 pm. Prime dinner rush time, and it showed...cars were wrapped around the building, almost blocking the drive thru line exit. If I see this at ANY OTHER restaurant, it's an immediate abort...I'll just find another place to eat. But...not Chic-fil-a. They are renowned in the fast food business for outstanding drive thru efficiency, which I have personally experienced many times. No problem here, I think....I see the double lanes, and know it'll move fast. They probably even have those roving outdoor order takers plugging orders in on tablets, like many locations do. Boy, was I wrong. As I sat in line in my car, I watched other people bail on the long car line, park, and go inside. I've tried that before...and have always been burned. I figured I was good. After seeing 7 customers go inside, order, then re-emerge with their food and leave, however, I was ready to bail. By now I had crept forward to the concrete curbs separating the order lanes, though, and was boxed in by other cars behind me. Thoroughly committed. I finally order. 2 regular chicken sandwiches, and a Coke. Pay. Food is correct and hot. Employees super friendly. I pull up to the stop sign at the end of the drive thru, and look at the clock. 6:33pm. Dang. So in love. I live in Michigan and whenever my girl friend and I venture out of our state, we hit up chick-fil-a. We're obsessed. And we always load up on chick-fil-a sauce. This location like most other locations was friendly. The manager even came to our table to see how everything was and to see if we needed anything else. Always a special treat when traveling to stop and enjoy a Chick Fil A sandwich experience. The staff training is industry leading. They really care about making you feel welcomed and comfortable. Our group today loved our various sandwiches, waffle fries sodas and shakes. I appreciated the roving manager who interacted with the guests and refilled drinks and cleared unused trays of trash. The restroom was over the top clean and I was blown away that I had a mouthwash wash available to help clean teeth after eating. My only negative would the entry doors. If you need a Catering order this is not the Chick-fil-A for you. I tried to place an order for my wedding multiple times over three months I even emailed the owner and didn't get help. We ended up giving up on the idea of having Chick-fil-A at our wedding even though that's where we met and it would have been super cute. Very quick and the usual chick fil a foods! Delicious as always! Only complaint is that a bunch of the teenagers just stood around while we waited to be helped. I have had this argument with a coworker that Wendy's has the best spicy chicken sandwich. Well needless to say, Wendy's is second best! The chick-fil-A in Perrysburg,Ohio is the best that I have been to. I traveled all over the US when I was working and stopped at a chick fil A every time I see one. The one in Perrysburg has some great food but more importantly the people that serves you are absolutely the best. No matter what mood I would enter when I leave I'm in much better mood.
