Celebrated a special birthday today with a great lunch! One had the mochi waffles with poached eggs, another the clam chowder as she'd already eaten earlier. The other two decided to order the Wagyu burger with Truffle fries and the Lobster roll with salad-then split both! Everything was delicious, and the Olena refresher was yummy. It was my first time there and we had a lovely time. The service was pretty good, and the restaurant layout was airy. There is a restroom code at reception, but good luck asking for directions. That's ok, got some steps in and discovered it nearby; exit Foodland to the right and turn right. It's clean and spacious!
My go to here is getting an espresso martini and the burger with fries(sometimes truffle fries). The service is usually good. The espresso martini is a consistent drink, nice coffee flavor and shaken enough to create a foam top. The burger with fries is filling for 1 person. I've also tried other dishes such as their lobster roll(which was ok), chicken and waffles, mushroom risotto, their korean breakfast bowl(which wasnt that great), softshell crab benedict. Depending when you go, it can be busy so maybe make reservations. For the most part, this restaurant is consistent food and service wise.
Wonderful breakfast get together with Yelp friends Gail U. and Donna O. at et. al. 5 stars for the great get together! The restaurant has a large bar and counter top area. The bar chairs have gorgeous fabric backing with flower leis. Very welcoming to those who enter the establishment. The tables are standard, as well as the chairs. Spacious area with a variety of table sizes. Service is generally attentive and friendly. We were not rushed out and we were able to eat and talk at ease. Food is average. The Haupia (coconut) French toast was unremarkable. The Haupia flavor was missing and the bottom pieces of toast were on the mushy side. I was not a fan of this dish. Gail's breakfast included a side of 'ulu (breadfruit) tots. This was unique and tasty. Thank you for letting me try it. Donna's mochi waffle was crispy and slightly chewy. The honey walnut chicken was unremarkable. The presentation of this dish is a big fail. Please look at the photos. Thank you for letting me taste your dish. I enjoyed my refillable iced coffee. Perfect for a warm day. Coffee flavor was subtle and almond milk blended well. Bathroom is Not available within the restaurant. You will need to obtain a code and walk outside near the Coffee Bean and Tea establishment. My wife and i stopped by on a whim on a rare, random day that we didn't have the kids with us. The restaurant is located inside the Foodland at Kahala...very unassuming. We were seated quickly. The place was at around 75-80% full but our waiter was super attentive and helpful. Ended up ordering the Crispy Ahi Confit Croquettes to start. They were absolutely delicious. I also ordered a Garden State drink...because...well...that's my homestate. Really, no other reason than that. The drink was super refreshing and light. Onto the main courses, my wife was super disappointed to learn that they were sold out of her first choice of the Miso Mushroom Melt. Our waiter told us that they had just recently redone the menu and that was one of the newer items and it had been selling out a lot as its super popular. She ended up getting the wagyu burger and enjoyed every bite of it. I ordered the Braised Short Rib Loco Moco with an extra over easy egg. The meat was super tender and flavorful and the crispy onions added that extra layer of texture. Absolutely delicious. To finish off the meal I decided to get a Banana Bread Latte and holy hell was it tasty. So much so that my wife took once sip and immediately ordered a decaf one to go for herself. Definitely check this place out if you can. Just beware the parking lot is SUPER tight...also lots of people that don't know how to pull into their stalls properly. I've seen multiple minor accidents in that parking lot. We even got hit by an elderly lady who was backing up and not paying attention as we were leaving.
This is the restaurant in Foodland in Kahala. Nice ambience. Great for a nice brunch. They have coffee, mocktails, and cocktails. The food is delicious. I got the ahi confit cake Benedict. It's tasty! Eggs perfectly cooked. Comes with salad on the side. Got the avocado toast to share. It was massive! Had a mild spice to it. Service was good. Just took a little long for the check and water refill.
6-3-2026 We arrived a few minutes before our 9 a.m. table reservations . We could select any table so I asked for the one in the corner: more room, less tables nearby. Our server was very patient as we decided on what to eat and drink. Very knowledgeable of the menu choices- what was popular and what ingredients were used. We each chose something different. Donna had the chicken and waffles plus iced coffee, Jackie tried their French toast and added cream to her iced coffee. I had 2 poached eggs, strips of extra crispy bacon and good tasting ulu tots( breadfruit tots) plus an Olena refresher. On the Open Table on line reservations you can notify them if someone is celebrating a birthday. They brought a nice big scoop of the BEST mango sorbet to Donna with 3 spoons for all of us to try- it was really good. They have beautiful counter chairs decorated with printed views of draped leis.
Et Al has quietly become one of those places I know I can always count on. My best friend and I came here for one of our lil dinner date --a tradition we try to keep every so often. We've both been here plenty of times with our families over the years, and we'll come for both brunch and dinner depending on the occasion, but this visit was for dinner. Their menu was recently refreshed, so while a few favorites remain, there are quite a few new dishes to explore. I ordered the Watercress/Kale Salad with Grilled Chicken, while my friend went with the Mushroom Risotto topped with Shrimp. Both dishes were fresh, vibrant, and beautifully plated. Nothing overly complicated--just well-executed food that's consistently reliable. Of course, cocktails were a must. My friend paired her meal with the Lychee Hibiscus Martini, while I started with an Espresso Martini. I'm always on the hunt for a standout espresso martini, and this one definitely delivered--smooth, balanced, and one I'd happily order again. The biggest surprise of the night, though, was the Matcha Whey cocktail. After visiting countless cocktail lounges, I wasn't expecting this drink to stand out as much as it did--but it absolutely did. It looks light and almost transparent, so I wasn't exactly sure what I was expecting, but instead it had this incredibly smooth, creamsicle-like finish that was completely unexpected. Easily one of my favorite cocktails I've had in a long time. My only disappointment is that the bone marrow is no longer a item on the menu. It was one of my favorites, and I hope it makes a return someday. Et Al continues to be one of my favorite dependable spots on the island. It's the kind of place my family gives gift cards to for birthdays and special occasions--not just to me, but to other family members and loved ones as well--because it's somewhere we know we'll genuinely enjoy. Whether it's brunch, a casual girls' night, or a special occasion, it never disappoints. Looking forward to seeing what else comes with the new menu, but one thing's for sure--I'll definitely be back. One thing to note is the parking. There's a shared lot for the businesses in the shopping center, and I've never had much trouble finding a spot. That said, the layout can be a little awkward with its narrow lanes in the entrance and tight turns, so navigating through the lot can be more of a headache than actually parking. Fortunately, once you make it through, the convenience of having dedicated parking makes the visit pretty hassle-free.
This is one of the things I love about Hawaii...an upscale restaurant run by a grocery store chain featuring excellent locally sourced food. I feel like you don't find this anywhere else in the country. Et al. exceeds in service standards, which is warm, friendly and knowledgeable. The ambiance is modern and fresh. Very comfortable! We started with the Sumida Watercress Salad with Green Goddess Dressing. Yum! I had the pan-seared kanpachi over choy sum in a spicy chili water broth! Absolutely delicious. My dining companion had the mushroom risotto and it was a stand out! Reservations are recommended.
Monday May 25, 2026 first time, coming here. Private parking lot for a lot of food places. We didn't have a reservation. We were seated in 5-10 minutes. We came here for breakfast. But, they have a brunch menu instead. Service was fast and friendly. We both ordered the Braised Short Rib Loco Moco. Food came out shortly after. It looked good and tasted good too. The Braised Short Rib was super soft. Ambiance is casual and comfortable in here.

This is now my favorite meal at this restaurant. I am a pescatarian, so I get this at least twice a week. It's so good. I highly recommend it if you like fish. The service is always great. Never really busy when I go in, typically go in around 830-900 on the weekends without a reservation. My boyfriend gets the Loco Moco (he thinks it's one of the best on the island). The restaurant is located inside Foodland, but it's a really nice, clean, aesthetically pleasing place inside My only issue is that I try to call and order ahead for a to-go order, but I can rarely get through.
We enjoy coming here for the lobster roll but recently the price has gone up. The market price in March was $45 which makes it quite an expensive lunch. You do get decent chunks of lobster though. The seasoning seems to have changed a bit. Seems to have more seasoning than prior times. It is also on their dinner menu but being a sandwich makes it seem more fitting for lunch. It is not on their Pau Hana menu, so if you're there between 3-5 pm the lobster roll is not available and there are only four small bites to choose from.
Came here on a Sunday for brunch and it was fairly busy. It can get loud especially with larger parties. The waitress was very attentive and our food came out quick. I got the honey walnut chicken and mochi waffles, which was delicious. My friend got the pan fried chicken thigh, which she said she enjoyed. It was a coconut chicken over a salad and a side of rice. For dessert, we got coconut and mango sorbet. Both was tasty and creamy! I'd definitely come back to try other items on the menu.

Came here for lunch, but after reading the reviews and seeing how busy it gets during lunch when I would pass by, I definitely have to swing by and try brunch too. I was pregnant at the time so anything undercooked, I had to stay away from. With an already limited menu, I decided to get the chicken and waffles because (1) it's mochi waffles and (2) garlic chicken, but (3) black sesame butter?? Whaaaat? Long story short, what a knockout combo! I need a whole carton of that black sesame butter; everything paired so well together! The chicken was made to perfection and the garlic flavor was present, but complimented the taste of the sesame butter. The mochi waffles were also very neutral flavor which is great to allow the other layers to rise to the top and shine through. I really, really, really, have to get it again. And I don't know if it's because I PP now, but I would buy it again in a heartbeat even though I don't have to worry about what I eat anymore. As far as the ambiance, it's a small and intimate restaurant tucked away on the side of a small grocery store. At night, the tables a lightly lit with small candles. Not the best place to accommodate large groups, there was about 12 of us, so we were squished but they still accommodated, but we definitely hit the threshold of what was possible. The servers were also great, personable, and professional. It's so great to see servers who do a great balance of having fun with guests, not be so stiff, and maintain professionalism. read more
Came here because we got a gift card and looked up the menu and the food looks good. This is a cute spot to get together with friends or date night. It's a pretty chill place and it's connected to Foodland. The melon fresco was really delicious. Very light with a hint of mint after taste. And the ube latte was very good too. I would definitely come back to try some other dishes as well read more
Friends invited us to Sunday night dinner. It has been a while that we went to it and first for our friends. It wasn't too busy that night. Service was good, and food came out fast. We enjoyed the meal and the place was clean. Food is on the pricey side, but not much can do about it. read more
We made a reservation online for 5 people at 7 PM on a Thursday. Our table wasn't quite ready when we arrived, but that gave us time to browse around the store (it's located inside the Kahala Market). There is a parking lot outside. We ordered a variety of dishes to share family-style, and everything was beautifully presented and full of flavor: Big Island Bone Marrow - Rich, savory, and full of umami. It comes with 3 pieces of bread but we recommend asking for enough slices for everyone in your party so they can enjoy a taste. If you haven't had bone marrow before, you'd treat like butter and spread it on the toast. Short Rib Arancini - Our favorite dish of the night! Crispy outside, tender risotto inside. Comes with 3 pieces, but we recommend asking for more to match your group size. Hamakua Mushroom Risotto - Deep, savory flavor that tasted like it was made with beef stock. It paired perfectly with our steak. The mushrooms added some earthiness. 12 oz USDA Choice NY Striploin - Cooked medium rare, super tender, and juicy. The broccolini and potatoes it came with soaked up the sauce wonderfully. Et Al. Chopped Salad - A refreshing and bright contrast to the richness of our other dishes. You can add protein but we kept ours plain. Ube Pave - it's like cake-pie hybrid. We loved the texture and the freeze-dried marshmallows. Haupia Gelato - Paired with the ube pave as suggested by our waitress and it was a great combo! Summer Berry Mascarpone Bar - Like a lighter take on cheesecake. Not too dense, with a nice pop of brightness from the berries. Portions are good for one person or easy to share between two, making it perfect for a date night. If you're bringing a group and trying to family-style, definitely ordering additional pieces or more dishes is recommended. Food is always a hit! I hadn't had a wagyu burger before, and didn't realize how greasy they are... But even so, it didn't feel heavy in my stomach. The fries were perfect! Well seasoned and crispy on the outside while nice and tender inside. Our server was attentive and very friendly. Food came out in a reasonable amount of time. The maitai was yummy, but the lilikoi spritz is what I would order again. read more

Came here for dinner on a Wednesday night to stamp our dinning passport and service and food was great! Both my boyfriend and I have been here before and it's always been enjoyable. Small restaurant located inside of foodland farms in kahala. Since it was a weeknight we didn't need reservations but reservations can be made on open table. Parking lot is shared with a bunch of other businesses, when we went had plenty parking but during weekends/busy times the lot might be full. Cocktails- Melon Fresca and espresso martini Both tasted great! I felt like the melon Fresca had more of a cantaloupe taste than honeydew though Food- Hawaiian clam chowder, crispy skin king salmon, hamakua mushroom risotto, and braised short rib loco moco. this tagliatelle pasta was some of the best I've ever had. Truly didn't want it to be over! Every bite was perfection. I love the staff, service, cleanliness at et al. It is such a bright and classy yet unassuming spot to have a pau hana, lunch, breakfast or dinner in Honolulu. I will say that I do wish they would add another pasta option or two on the menu for variety ;) read more

I've always loved coming here for brunch or lunch! The entrance is inside the Foodland. The food is always amazing and very savory so it satisfies and feels luxurious. The service is top notch and you really feel taken care of. The risotto is my favorite. So much umami! Can't wait to return. read more
This is a great spot for a gathering with friends, celebrating for birthdays, grabbing brunch with friends or driving between games like us with our kids sports. We bumped into our neighbors there too! The food is cooked perfectly and they were great with the kids. Lunch is busy but cleared up by 1. Worth training the kids to behave in a nice adult setting. My go-to is the lobster roll with fries! It's one of few places that consistently serve lobster rolls, but they do charge at market price! I strayed once to try the chicken with mochi waffles and the chicken was nothing special tbh. The mochi waffles is the star of the meal with the black sesame butter and syrup! If you're into appetizers, the short rib arancini is tiny but delightful! The ahi tartare is ok, not worth it imo. The best drink here is the strawberry milk drink! It's light and everything you imagine a strawberry milk drink would be! read more

We had high hopes coming in, but overall, the food didn't quite live up to the hype. The portions were generous, but most dishes fell a bit flat in flavor. What we ordered: * Braised Short Rib Loco Moco * Tagliatelle * Big Island Bone Marrow * Chocolate Macadamia Tart The braised short rib loco moco was the standout of the night as it was tender, rich, and comforting. Unfortunately, everything else missed the mark. The tagliatelle was pretty bland, the tart came out overly salty, and the bone marrow lacked depth of flavor (plus only four slices of bread for three bones felt a bit sparse). Service was fine and the restaurant itself was nice and clean, but for the price point, we expected more consistency in execution. Not a bad experience overall, but probably not one we'd rush back for. read more
This is a cute, nicely vibed place to gather for brunch. Four of my work colleagues and I met up for brunch today (Monday) for an 8:30 brunch time. This place is located in the Foodland Kahala Market (grocery store). It is small and quaint with amazing friendly and professional staff. We were quickly greeted and sat with a one-page brunch menu with a plethora of options for any pallet. Once the coffee was served (may I add that Autumn and the serving team kept refilling our cups with bottomless cups of caffeine), we were able to dive into the menu options. The mochi waffles were amazing with 4 large waffle pieces! One of the co-workers ordered them with strawberries and blueberries topped with whipped cream. Nice!!!! Two other coworkers ordered the 3-egg omelette with ulu roasti (an amazing breadfruit take on hashbrowns). Very savory and didn't disappoint. The final dish was the breakfast bowl. et al does a fabulous job in substitution options. I ordered it with tofu (instead of pork belly) and a poached egg (instead of fried). While the poached egg was over cooked, the overall dish was wonderfully assembled with carrots, avocados, tomatoes, mushrooms, charred kale and 'quinoa crunch'. Everything was amazing, and a great place for a work gathering. There was a robust cocktail menu - of which I look forward to partaking in my next visit! One last note, if you want water, you have to ask for it as it is not automatically served. Great place! Look forward to visiting it again. read more

I was not impressed with their dishes, it had little taste and I had no plans to return. I'm not sure if the chef improved or if the first time that I went, it was the main chef's night off. Either way, I suggest that you give them a try for brunch and dinner . You may be pleasantly surprised. TL;DR Fantastic brunch spot! et al. Burger = ONO 3 Egg Omelet = ONO ----- My family has very much enjoyed our two brunches here. I was deciding between a 4-star and 5-star review, so I am ultimately rounding up from 4.5-stars. During our first visit, my wife and I shared the chopped salad, and I ordered the 3 egg omelet, which was delicious. During our most recent visit, we split the mochi waffle with my daughter, and I ordered the burger. The mochi waffle was good, not great. I prefer my waffles on the crunchier side, and this one fell a little flat. I think mochi waffles in general tend to be chewier, however, so I won't knock et al. that much. The burger was awesome. The patty was juicy and delicious, and the toppings complemented the meat well. I would highly recommend the burger if you are in the mood for it. The fries were also really, really good. Amazing texture and flavor. I'd come back to et al. just to have the burger and fries again. read more

So ono!! Didn't have reservations but was able to get a table for 3 no problem on a Sunday around 11:30am. Got the soft shell crab Benedict, braised short rib loco moco, and keiki garlic chicken. Crab cake benedict- the crab was crunchy and tasty and the taro bun was a great addition! Braised loco moco was tender and the gravy was so good. read more
Honolulu Restaurant Week Meal #1 I've dined here a few years ago and remember it being good, not exceptional or any stand outs. My opinion hasn't changed much since then after dining in for restaurant week. 2 Dinner Prix Fixe $49 per person Appetizer Short Rib Arancini sweet peas, herb aioli, lemon zest, pecorino I've loved Aracini ever since my trip to Italy and this was delicious. The sweet pea puree added a nice addition with pieces of short rib inside. Recommend. Entrée Grilled Kona Kanpachi pak choy, sizzling chili soy broth, cilantro, garlic rice I chose the kanpachi as my entree and it had decent flavor. I enjoyed the side of garlic rice, complementing the tender fish and broth. Wish the portion was larger. & 12 oz Citrus Brined Pork Chop Brussels sprouts, pearl onion, sumac, curried apricot glaze, pomegranate reduction My partner chose the pork chop and enjoyed it. This is a more generous portion, so get this one if you're hungry for more. Tender and good flavor. Recommend. Dessert Berry Mascarpone Bar strawberry glaze, crisp meringue, basil crumble This was a bigger dessert than I thought. Usually pre fix comes with small bite as a dessert, but I actually ended up taking half home to enjoy later. Not too sweet (the best Asian compliment). I enjoyed the mascarpone cheese and berries brightened the flavors. Our service was slower, and dishes took much longer than expected. There was a small mishap with host when I checked in as well. I gave my name and then the host actually forgot about us (even though we were standing right behind her). A bit awkward but she apologized and sat us eventually. It was an overall decent experience. It was nice to try their more popular dishes for a deal with restaurant week for $49 ($67 value). read more
Happy Hour Review Modern decor with lots of natural lighting. Clean spacious comfortable room with a large bar. Great service with quality happy hour food. We had almost every item on the HH menu except for the fries. Big Hits: Bone marrow served with grilled sourdough. Very "meaty" portion with lots of marrow and the pangrattato, added a wonderful gritty cheesy, salty texture. The Sliders with mini patties from the Honolulu Meat Co. were simple but delicious. You can just tell quality ground beef when you bite into it. The jang sauce pinched hit for ketchup and added a complex funk to the dish. The Arancini stuffed with braised short ribs on a thin bath of herb aioli were addicting. Slight crisp exterior. Creamy rice interior with an umami short rib finish. Not Our Fave: The Chicken with garlic soy glaze. A bit hard exterior and chewy. Awesome service from our friendly bartender. Lots of parking in front. Happy Eating!! read more
I've been wanting to visit Et Al. for quite some time after hearing great things, and Honolulu Restaurant Week was the perfect opportunity! Located in the Kuono Marketplace across from Kahala Mall, this upscale yet cozy restaurant delivered on all fronts. We easily made brunch reservations online via OpenTable (highly recommend, as the space is on the smaller side). When we arrived, the restaurant was bustling, and we waited about 10 minutes for our table--not an issue at all since we browsed Kahala MKT. next door. The special prix fixe menu for Honolulu Restaurant Week included an appetizer (Hawaiian Clam Chowder or Little Gem Salad), an entrée (Braised Short Rib Loco Moco, Breakfast Bowl, or Garlic Chicken and Mochi Waffle), and a Berry Mascarpone Bar for dessert. We both started with the Hawaiian Clam Chowder, a rich and creamy dish featuring 'ulu (breadfruit), smoked meat, tender clams, and perfectly grilled sourdough. It was a delightful island-inspired twist on a classic chowder. For entrées, we chose the Braised Short Rib Loco Moco and the Breakfast Bowl. The loco moco was everything I wanted for brunch: tender braised short rib smothered in a flavorful gravy, served with garlic rice, a sunny-side-up egg, and crispy onions. The Breakfast Bowl was equally delicious, combining crispy pork belly, a fried egg, creamy avocado, fresh tomatoes, charred kale, miso mushrooms, and chili oil over garlic rice, with a crunchy quinoa topping. Another member of our party ordered the Hamakua Mushroom Risotto from the regular brunch menu. It was comfort in a bowl--earthy shimeji mushrooms, aromatic truffle, and nori came together in a dish that was rich and satisfying without being heavy. For dessert, we were treated to the Berry Mascarpone Bar, which was the perfect finale to an amazing meal. The creamy mascarpone base was topped with a vibrant strawberry glaze, crisp meringue, and a unique basil crumble. We also ordered a scoop of Chocolate Hazelnut Gelato. The gelato was rich, silky, and indulgent, with the perfect balance of deep cocoa flavor and nutty sweetness. To round things off, I sipped on the Melon Fresca from the cocktail menu. This refreshing drink balanced honeydew, aloe liqueur, citron vodka, and Aperol with a hint of mint and coconut water. The service was warm and efficient, and despite the restaurant being busy, everything came out perfectly timed. The ambiance was modern and stylish but still welcoming, making it a great spot for a leisurely brunch. For the quality of food and the overall experience, the prix fixe price was more than reasonable. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu! read more

Went to modify the reservation a couple hours later through Opentable and scored my original time of 10:30. Parking was easy and attached to Foodland. Our server ?John? I ordered the catch of the day. The waiter told me that there were two options, kampachi and swordfish. I told him I was good with either. He decided on the kampachi which was fine, but then I got the bill and there was an $11 surcharge for it. I felt misled. The waiter should have done two things. First is to mention that one is a surcharge. Second, when I said I was good with either; he should not have defaulted to the substitution to the more expensive option. Received a pretty large gift card for et al. and decided to go one day for brunch with my best friend. It's located across from Kahala Mall inside of Foodland. I never knew this was here, and I think I go to Kahala Mall one to two times a week. The place is super cute. Perfect for a date or large group. Everyone was so nice, our server was so kind and patient with us, cause all we wanted to do was chit chat and kept forgetting to look at the menu. We wanted to order everything, but there was only two of us. So we decided on one item per category! Note to self, we are going to come back with more humans so we can order more! Came here for Restaurant Week. The menu looked too good to resist!! For starters, I had the Hawaiian Clam Chowder. It had three clams still in their shells on top. Fancy! lol. The chowder had lots of clams and was substantial, creamy, and delicious. I had the Breakfast Bowl and my DH had the Braised Short Rib Loco Moco. The bowl was like bibimbap and had so many flavors! They all worked really well together, except the avocado. That didn't match the bowl, but I love avocado anyway. I also loved the bit of crunch from the quinoa crunch; it was great texture. The Loco Moco was really good too. The meat was tender and the gravy was rich. The crispy onions gave good texture and flavor as well. For dessert, we had the Berry Marscapone Bar. It was so yummy and fresh! My DH particularly thought it was perfectly balanced with some salty to go with the sweet. I imagine that was the basil crumble? I would recommend coming here and having the Restaurant Week course menu! Even though is more than I'd normally order/eat, it was a good way to try a few things and a pretty good deal! read more

First time at et al and had a wonderful experience . I ordered the Soft Crab Benedict and it was so onolicious that I cleaned everything off my plate. The ube iced coffee was very good too. My friend had the shitake mushroom omelet and she said it was delicious. Service here was very attentive and very contemporary inside. read more
I enjoyed an evening meal here and it is a place one can dress up or down if they like. It is a sleek, open, "mainland design" with Hawaiian touches. I adore the bar chairs with their beautiful drawings of leis. This evenings service overall is relaxed and unhurried. Somehow, our sweet server would disappear for a long time, busy with something. We had a wonderful celebratory dinner here at et al. It was our first time here and the restaurant is beautiful with high ceilings and nice decor. They sort of share the store-front with foodland, but they are their own restaurant so you don't even remotely feel like you're eating in a supermarket. We got a chopped salad, brined pork chops, a kids cheese pizza, and a braised short rib loco moco. Everything was perfect! Service was excellent as well. Desserts were also fantastic! Mushroom risotto portion was TINY for over $20. The lobster roll was decent but the menu said it came with melted butter and we didn't receive any. We love to support local businesses but there was more than one "miss" with our take out order. Don't think we'll be coming back again. read more

This is my go to place for mushroom risotto!! Service is always attentive and nice. Every single time I've come here which is about 20+. The restaurant is inside foodland Kahala and there's always a place to sit as they have a large bar area, shared high table, and table seating. My girlfriend and I felt lazy and ordered delivery from Et Al. We got the Risotto, the pesto pizza and the garlic chicken. I don't normally complain about portion size but what the hell is up with the garlic chicken? I opened up the container and felt so disappointed in seeing 2 okay-ish size and 2 manini size bites. The garlic chicken here is like a Zippys Korean chicken wannabe. Btw, it tastes the same, save your money and go to zippys instead folks. You'll get more chicken on your plate there. The mushroom risotto and the pesto pizza were good, nothing special though. Each was the size of a Keiki meal. read more

Beau, et al's online menu for kids includes a margherita pizza. Without the basil, this is the cheese pizza you're looking for, served 11am to close. I'd call ahead to make reservations, by the way. Enjoy!
