Perfect spot for a hot date. You don't get more Greek than George, the owner who sits at the bar. This place opened then closed for a bit and now re-opened better than ever. Some of the items have been a bit updated like spanakopita and we like them more now. We love new additions of saganaki and the branzino. If you could only order one thing here, get the lamb shank. It's killer. Second is the Keftedes/meatballs - super authentic. Annoying neighbors apparently had put up a big stink when this place tried to open up...but it's such a welcome addition to the neighborhood! And the best Greek food in RI by a mile. Ironically, despite the cluster of Greeks that call RI there home, there's not enough Greek food around! It is pricey though - the food is so tasty its dangerous once you start ordering you may not stop.

The good: The food was clean, healthy, and used refreshingly simple ingredients, leaving us without that overly stuffed sensation. The meatballs were moist and flavorful, the fish was buttery and flaky, and the baked feta and veggies were warm and delicious. The modern and stylish interior created an inviting atmosphere, making it a pleasure to spend time there. The cocktails were a standout, especially the unique licorice-flavored gin, which was both tasty and intriguing. The not so good: The portions are meant to be small, which I usually enjoy. However, they are also meant to be shared, which left the 4 of us all a little hungry at the end of the meal. When we decided to order either the gyro or the lamb, they were out of both. The expensive price of each item makes it difficult to order a lot of plates which is necessary for their small size. What we ordered would have been plenty for 2 people, but definitely not for a group of 4. For example, the tzatziki dish included about 1/4 cup of tzatziki which would have been enough for one person (maybe haha). Overall this restaurant has really good potential! I would honestly give it 5 stars if the portion sizes were larger or less expensive!

Sooooo good. You gave to give it a try. The pasta was so different and surprising. I would also recommend the pork and the crudo.

We ordered drinks before the meal. I had a Vermont Red Ale for the first time which was very good and worth remembering. At this time they were serving'cocktails for a cause' in support of the Alzheimer's Association, which my other half decided to have. The drink, Fuchsia Butterflies ($15), was made solarium gin, house-made lemoncello, with a Gran Classico & Violet Rinse. It was quite excellent. I had a sip to try (I am usually not one for cocktails) and enjoyed the taste. Perhaps I will try cocktails in the future. For food we shared curry moules frites, well done, just how I like them, and salt and vinegar Wings - tasty but too salty which detracted from the dish. We ended with a good chocolate mint creme brûlée. The check came to $80 to which we added a decent tip for our friendly server, Triston. We have always enjoyed the vibe and cozy environment of this place and are sure to return.

Not the kind of place I really want to sit in and enjoy a cocktail. Dungeon like. The music is loud hip hop, not something I mind, but worth noting if thats not for you. I sat at the bar, and honestly didn't feel like it was super clean. I don't think the counter had been wiped down for a while. Staff were doing their best but seemed overwhelmed on a Saturday night. I was watching them make the cocktails and did not feel like it was very sanitary. They've got one small sink they're rinsing everything in, they were chucking stuff, literally chucking and slamming metal. They were dumping out people's drinks into the same side of the sink and then rinsing in the other side. But stuff was splashing into what should be the clean side. It's not a good setup for a cocktail bar. The cocktail menu had 8 drinks on it, 2 they were out of. Nothing had whiskey in it. I got a drink called Darjeeling something. Really didn't like it, didn't taste balanced and it looked different than someone else's who ordered the same thing, not sure if the bartender forgot an ingredient. The bartender also wasn't tasting the drinks which I usually see to ensure it was made correctly. This one had curry in it as a listed ingredient and it was just way too strong a flavor. It was a rum drink with some mezcal but it just tastes like mezcal and curry powder. The place was pretty busy but people were coming and going frequently. There's only one bathroom which really isn't enough for a bar. Seems like there's potential here but I didn't like the menu offerings and the sanitary concerns leave me with no desire to come back here.

Every bite had great balance and you can tell they really care about the ingredients. One thing that really stood out to me was the seating. The Frida booths in the corner are the most comfortable restaurant seats I've ever sat in in my life. I could have stayed there all night. The atmosphere overall is fantastic. The lighting is mellow, the music is at the perfect level where you can actually talk without shouting, and the bartender was well-stocked and clearly knows what they're doing. Another bonus is the view. Looking out across the street at the park lit up at night is gorgeous and really adds to the vibe of the place. The only downside is parking, which can be a little tricky depending on when you go. But honestly, once you're inside and the food hits the table, it's totally worth it. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to

We ordered one taco each (different flavors) and neither of us could even finish it, it was that bad. Additionally, I have a severe gluten allergy and they were making an accommodation to what I ordered (grilled fish instead of fried), but initially when they brought me my taco, it had been made with fried fish and I had to tell them so that they could re-make it. I'm glad that I noticed, but because of that, I would not consider them food allergy-friendly and wouldn't risk eating there again. That being said, the waitress admitted that they were understaffed, so it's possible that we may have had a better experience on a different night.
