Best nail salon ever! I've never written a review for any business, but I love this place. This is the only salon where I can get consistently good results no matter the technician. I can only speak for the Nexgen/dip nails, but I like that for the most part the technique is the same across the board from each tech. I always hated going to places where you find one person that does it one way and another a different way, usually with differing results. The staff are nice and helpful if I'm asking questions or for changes. Also, they have the best dip color selection I've come across, with ombré and swirl styles as well! If you have any problems the genuinely try to fix it and make you happy. read more

Went today for the first time. A Monday afternoon, steady but not crazy busy and they had time for me and took me right away even though I was a walk in. Linda the owner did my nails and she was very sweet and attentive. The gal who did my pedicure did a great job also. She wasn't too aggressive with my feet which I have encountered other places and hated. She took her time which is a plus for me when I'm looking to relax and be pampered. nice place situated in a strip of shops, lovely interior, offered me beverages multiple times and i got nex gen with tips. however during the manicure i was clipped 4 times by the cuticle cutter and the whirring machine that smooths nails. Ive gone to many salons and have never had this problem, one time when the cut continued to bleed the technician put nail glue on it to stop the bleeding and afterwards didnt wipe the tip of the glue aka NOT SANITARY not sure who else they may have put this glue on to stop bleeding but its not the proper procedure at all. the technician was nice and apologized every time she cut me, but in the end i paid $45 + tip for bloody cuticles. will look elsewhere next time. read more

They are so good! I love the mani and pedi delux with the massage. The lady who helped me was very gentle and understood I was trying to grow my nails. She trimmed them just a bit and gave me tips on helping me reach my goals. I should have come back to her but instead I went elsewhere and they destroyed my nails. The salon doesn't have the typical "nail salon" smell, so that is very nice if one is sensitive to that. I have never had to wait since they have so many employees working and they all do a wonderful job' I have gotten a regular mani/pedi and a dip powder manicure and a spa pedicure. Love love love this place! It was such a friendly environment! We had never been there before and within seconds of walking in were helped and seated. The guy who did my pedicure didn't disappoint and the leg/ foot massage was very thorough. They didn't just speed through the process. He took his time making sure the nail and nail beds were perfect. The lady who did my nails was so sweet! I have a really bad finger chewing issue and she was able to work around it and get me on track to help my nails grow out. She did an awesome job and made my non- existent nails longer and stronger by putting a plastic tip. I can't speak for my mom but she raves about her pedicure. She got and amazing pedi and even got a neck massage! This place has amazing prices as well. I really recommend and will definitely come again! read more

I went here with some friends on a Friday night for the first time, which was nice because there was hardly anyone there. I got a mani/pedi with a french tip manicure, polish only. Within the 24 hours after getting my manicure, I already had 2 nails where the polish was completely chipped off and a third nail was starting to peel off. I have never had this happen before at any other salon! Since they charge an extra $5 just for a french tip, I am not pleased. Also, I was not happy that the lady doing my manicure basically made fun of one of my knuckles (I'm double jointed, so my knuckles kind of sink in, instead of stick out) and she pointed it out to the lady that was doing my pedicure and laughed. Then she asked me if I wanted to get my eye brows done, implying they needed to be waxed. I thought that was rude since my eye brows are actually shaped nicely already. read more

Today was my third time coming to Escape. I've had a different nail tech each time just to get a feel for who I liked the best. Thankfully, all three nail techs I have used were great. So if your "go to" person is busy, you can trust that you can still go and get good service. Everyone is very friendly, and they all make sure you are satisfied with their work. I got my first pedicure here today, and I'm very pleased. They don't rush your foot massage, and it really feels like you get your money's worth. To top it off, the prices here are incredible! The man who did my pedicure was sick. His nose was dripping, he was sniffling and kept leaving to I assume blow his nose. I really doubt he was washing his hands or changing his gloves. Seeing his nose drip into the tub was gross. They really need to send their sick employees home. I'm not feeling great today either and I hope I can fight off getting sick myself. I followed Kim to this salon because she is WONderful. Every time I enter I am greeted with smiles, seated right away, and offered something to drink. Linda, the owner, did my soak-off the first time or two while Kim finished with another customer; Linda is very pleasant and obviously cares about every customer. There are a couple of things that bug me: The manicure stations are so close together that I can't move my chair even an inch without bumping the customer next to me. The employees speak to each other in Viet Namese quite often, which irritates me a lot, but Kim knows I consider that rude so she doesn't participate. I've already recommended this salon to others, and I have some of their business cards so I can give them to others. I will be coming back as long as Kim is there. read more

I went to this salon and got Nexgen nails three times in a row and I really loved it. I thought they did a great job so I went back and got a shellac french manicure and they look horrible!!!! It was a different tech than before. I ran out of time after being there for an hour and 20 min during my lunch break and they looked so badly I had to go back after work to have them fixed and they still look awful. There are black dots all in the white paint and they're bumpy. The tech used the electric nail file so much it made my nails super thin and red and it was very painful. I will never go back there. When looking through the reviews here, I noticed a high review from a woman with bleeding cuticles. WTF - if that wasn't a sign that I ignored. I really think people are becoming a bit too willing to settle. I should've known better, but I was in quite the time crunch and needed a simple polish change on my toes and gel polish on my hands. Le sigh. I was greeted by the owner, Linda, and boy she amped up the sales pitch from the start. Right as she was gearing up to up sell level 10, I politely explained that I would only like a gel polish change and my toes polished, but that I'd consider the Nexgen nails that she was so desperately pushing on me at another visit. She couldn't have cared less and continued her pitch throughout my entire time there. She hastily asked me what color I wanted and then got to work buffing my nails with a file. By finger number four, she was literally jamming a random and unsterile metal cuticle remover INTO the underside of my ring finger. OUCHHHH! I told her that this hurt and tried to move my hand, and she paused and then tried it AGAIN! I told her to stop and she really turned up the speed and finished the polish, completely missing the sides of at least four nails. She also felt it best to chastise me for not agreeing to the Nexgen nails during the entire 15 minutes that she rushed through my service. When she felt that she was done, she looks at me and says "Ok honey, you're done!" in the most condescending of ways. I purposely didn't remind her that I wanted my toes polished, paid my fee, and left. Though she had a nice tone to her words, aka she's soft spoken, the service was very pushy, rude, and painful. Word to the wise ladies, I don't care how nice someone may "seem", you shouldn't walk out of a salon with bleeding ANYTHING nor pain. I will not return. read more

This was by far the worst nail experience I've ever had. First of all, Linda tried several times to up sell me on the pedicures after I told her what I wanted since I didn't have a lot of extra time. It seemed to go downhill from there. Pham who did my pedicure was rude from the start and got annoyed when I didn't pick a nail color because I was told they would color match it to my NextGen color choice. She picked a random color that didn't even come close to matching. Tam did my nails and was also rude and burned me a couple of times with the electric file and didn't acknowledge it. I've been here a couple of times because it's close to my house and have never had a good experience. This is definitely the last time I come here. read more

I love this nail salon!! Their pricing is very reasonable, but most of all their product is amazing. I usually get a "dip" Nexgen manicure and a spa pedicure. They do such an amazing job.
