The team at Moore realized this was not at all the problem and fixed my belt tensioner same day. Alas, only a few days later (again my ride is not a new new vehicle, but one with "only" about 95000 miles) the passenger side window failed. Moore, again, was able to make the repair in a day, getting me safely back on the road. Chris was in constant communication and was so considerate and understanding.

Great. Super trustworthy, and no-nonsense explanation of what needed to be done…read more Last weekend my wife's radiator cracked while we were visiting family in the Baltimore area. Total vacation buzzkill: I had to spend Saturday morning calling around to auto repair shops, then wait for AAA to show up and tow the car. Luckily I called ABC early on in my list of calls. Their time estimates were the quickest of the 4 places I called, and the car was ready 30 minutes earlier than that. On top of that, they even had a radiator in stock for my wife's older, slightly unusual car. I'll probably never need to have a radiator replaced in Baltimore again. But if I did, I'd go to ABC. Top Notch!

Stopped by J&D to show them (Paul) a damaged side view mirror, thinking that they'd order the part and I'd have to come back later in the week. I was thrilled to have what I thought would be a several-day undertaking be completed in under an hour. I will be returning to this shop.

When I got there he was waiting outside for me and took us in the car while he test drove it. He was extremely thorough and asked questions other mechanics never seem to. He typed out all the things he found with the car and the price was very reasonable. When we discussed the issues, his phone rang a few times, and I acknowledged he had a call coming in, but he focused on our conversation and made sure I got the answers I needed. He was courteous, fair, very reasonably priced and if I was more local I would definitely choose him as a mechanic. I am so grateful I found him today!

I bought my parts at Autozone so that a friend could replace my water pump, but after the friend fell through miller's said they would use my part and just charge me for the labor. Cost $190 for replacing the water pump on a 2008 Dodge Ram 1500 and it was done within 2 hours of dropping it off. Owner (older gentleman) was pretty nice and I will definitely return if I'm in the need for any further work on my truck. The price was $100 less than my other quote.

I was not aware of this until I had to bring it back a week or so later for the same issue. Translation: They put a Band-Aid on the issue instead of holding the car to ensure it would be fixed. After taking the vehicle to the shop a second time to get fixed, the issues started up again. I took my vehicle to a different shop who told me what was going on and what they advised.

Shoutout to Charlie, Brent, and team! These folks are amazing people. Not only did I get a…read moremaintenance appointment scheduled for the very next day, I also was able to drop off my truck the day before. I ordered 4 new tires that had to be ordered and delivered the following day. But wait there's more, I also had to go Philadelphia for a family members surgery and could not be back until the following week... they said no problem! They kept it on the lot for me. Brent even called me and asked if I wanted to save @$65 on my Bridgestone tires by opting out on the "Bridgestone" lettering not being white. I didn't even know that was a thing!! Then he explained that the best thing to do in addition was an alignment once the new tires were installed. Our Red Dodge Ram 1500 Lone Star is already blacked out so these tires went perfectly. We just ordered the same tires to replace our old ones with the white lettering. Genius and we saved money! Thanks to Brent! And a little secret, I had to have the team get out a space saver hanger out of my bumper!! It's the king that has two hanging hooks on both ends so that when it hangs down, it space saves. Well, I got one caught up in my tail gate after hauling stuff to my storage unit and because of the double hook detail it was stuck. So it wasn't able to pull up it up from the tailgate hinge, so I pushed it down thinking it would fall through! Wrong! Since I automatically panicked knowing it could possibly make a rattling noise if left in the tailgate which would drive us crazy... I was also thinking it could affect wiring or safety issues. Though I asked the team to try and remove it, I asked for them to keep on the DL and I would confess to my husband after the removal. Jesus teased me by pretending he was going to announce the task on the overhead speaker so the entire crew could hear it in the service bay and sales floor. I told him he was funny and that I was going to keep an eye on him from then on. The team did a great job with everything! And the carefully placed the rescued hanger on display on the passenger seat for me to appreciate. It literally was on my service ticket. The surgery also went smoothly! God is good! Now as my family member recovers, so will my truck be able to from the hanger removal. Thanks to the excellence of the Surgeon at University of Penn Medicine, the service team at Fred Frederick, and God's Hand on us this entire week!
