Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. Very bad experience and first impression last a long time…read more I found this company online and used their chat feature to get more information. They asked if I wanted to pick my part or have it pulled for me. I opted for the latter. They referred me to Keystone in Maryland. I call their number (410-636-4600) and they look up my (interior) part and say they have it and to just come in. Everything sounds good. I go to the location and the front desk says they don't sell interior parts. I show him the number I called and it was for that location. I call the number again, coincidentally get the same person and they remembered speaking to me. I ask where they are located. They are in VA. I ask how I can get the part. The person transfers me to another location where I can pick it myself and the automated message says they are closed and then say their business hours, which is within the time ai was calling. Poor poor customer experience. I won't be using them and I urge anyone reading this to do the same.

I was blamed for not using the right part number and was told they had no control of the internet. On top of this I don't know how stupid the one employee thought I was but I could hear him talking about it me behind his back while I was on "hold". I will never be returning and I hope this review steers you away from this unbelievably terrible company. Take your car to a shop and buy a good product rather than dealing with these idiots.

I provided the make/model of my vehicle as well as my Maryland State tags. I was asked to select the exact items, that I wanted to purchase from the computer monitor. Within minutes, the AutoZone employee brought out the requested items. I inquired about military discounts, and was surprised that was offered. I displayed my retired military identification card as proof. I absolutely loved the excellent customer service that AutoZone employee Jay J provided. I am looking forward to visiting this AutoZone location in the near future.
