There is a sign directing you to service in the back, so if you're a first timer you'll automatically follow that in only to get waved back and told to get in line behind the regulars who know how their operation works. Then you will notice the cars parked at the stop sign across the way. That was a little annoying as with all the cars everywhere there was no real way to tell the customers apart from the workers or even the neighbors. However, from the time I arrived to the time I spent in line to getting worked on and paying and leaving was exactly one half hour. My tire had a nail in it and I figured I would be spending my entire Saturday waiting for it to get fixed. They have an impressive and efficient operation, and they had that tire off, examined, and patched - not plugged - practically faster than it takes me to pump my gas. I was also impressed at the ridiculously reasonable price they charged me for that service. Now that I know where they are, what they do, and how well they do it, I'm going to be happy to line up as one of their regulars.

They jacked up my car with a portable hydraulic jack, took off the tire, diagnosed whether I needed a plug versus a patch, patched the tire, and put it back on the car in 20 minutes!!! Pricing was extremely competitive: Feb 2025 price was $20 for a plug or $50 for a patch. Convenience, fast, quality work, and a good price. I appeared at just the right time and they took my car in immediately. They said it'd be about an hour, so I sat in their huge luxurious waiting area (kidding, but there is plenty of room compared to most other small businesses). (Tip - Bring something to read to kill the time.) Less than an hour later I was done. They gave me the paperwork and explained everything on it -- numbers both before and after the alignment. Our alignment cost about $83 or so for a smaller car. Per some buddies that's a pretty good deal. I am happy to say that forever more when we need work like this I have a great go-to place.

One of the downsides is that they don't have wifi so you will just have to use data if you are playing on your phone. They seem like very honest people, not trying to oversell. They looked at my tires and was going to recommend that I didn't need to change them until they realized what year they were. For safety sake, we decided to get new ones. The oil change fee was also very reasonable. It's a bit out of the way for us, but we've been looking for a new auto shop that is honest with reasonable fees, and I think we found one here! The only inconvenience is they don't do oil change over the weekend, which makes planning a bit difficult. Larry was the one who helped us out and he was awesome!
