Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. Very bad experience and first impression last a long time…read more I found this company online and used their chat feature to get more information. They asked if I wanted to pick my part or have it pulled for me. I opted for the latter. They referred me to Keystone in Maryland. I call their number (410-636-4600) and they look up my (interior) part and say they have it and to just come in. Everything sounds good. I go to the location and the front desk says they don't sell interior parts. I show him the number I called and it was for that location. I call the number again, coincidentally get the same person and they remembered speaking to me. I ask where they are located. They are in VA. I ask how I can get the part. The person transfers me to another location where I can pick it myself and the automated message says they are closed and then say their business hours, which is within the time ai was calling. Poor poor customer experience. I won't be using them and I urge anyone reading this to do the same.

The owner stumbled through his book flipping pages only to tell me my truck came factory wired (which it did not, hence why I am trying to buy a wiring harness), then tells me I need to look for it along the drivers side frame. I asked nicely if he would check to see if it was there, to which he responds "its only 5° outside"... A+ Customer Service wins again (It was actually 29°)... then he tries to sell me an $80 powered wiring harness, which is ridiculous. What a conformed Christian... I'm guessing he didn't know he had a global personality in his store, otherwise I'm sure he'd been much more willing to help. The camouflage on his minion did not surprise me after I left this ratchet ass 'service' store... Don't go here. I will never be returning.

I pointed out I have gotten my car serviced many times at the dealer (2017 car) and not once have they broke it. No response. They claimed they replaced it "with a better one." So you charged me $68 for a $30 ish aluminum cap that YOU broke. I really hate when people talk to women like they don't know anything about cars. I know they were price gouging me and I don't appreciate being talked to like I was an idiot. I have grown up going to car shows and working with my dad on his classic cars and I don't appreciate this behavior. I will not be returning.
