Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. I was sent to order again because my order was not transferable to another location. This alone took an additional half hour. By the time my order was filled, the staff was very accommodating. They made shire the inventory was in stock. They checked on me as we waited for the order to show up on the computer and they brought the item to my car. It was a pleasant experience that could have ended poorly.

Now that Jeremy has started a car repair service, I'm in auto parts stores two, three times a week. I head for the stickers and accoutrement sections because that's all I understand right now. I'm not tall enough to see into the hood of a car so I never learned what any of the pieces look like. I've heard them mentioned, so I know they exist, but don't ask me what they do. I suppose that will change over time. I'm in for years of Jeremy telling me about cars. The same thing happened to me with guitars and Star Trek.
