I came to them to find out what was wrong with my engine, although i got a…read morediagnostic from autozone and let them know they said i needed a MAF sensor, but they told me all it was, was the air filters and low oil codes popping up. Charged me $220, ok. Not even 2 full hours later of me driving around to do errands my engine light comes back on. Not only that within a week after me bringing my car to them, my car starts starting and not staying on. This happened 3 times within a span of a week. I got stuck in a garage because my car wouldn't start anymore and a guy my school sent out looked at my oil and said it was dark!! i brought my car BACK to bob's and they then charge me another $200 just to clean out a sensor but on the receipt it says they removed and replaced the sensor (lying on paperwork) and they said this was a new code to pop up. But when I brought my car to autozone before coming to Bob's, they told me the MAF sensor was the issue. Another 3 hours after driving my car from getting their service, my engine light turns back on. They have no respect for clientele and just want to ruin your car so you have to keep coming back to them. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life! Do not go here!

I got 4 new tires and the price was good. Nobody tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need and everyone was very nice. They wouldn't patch my tires because I needed new ones altogether, which was fine age figured that was worst case scenario. I look forward to a great service relationship with the team and appreciate them looking over my car and doing what makes sense for me.

Unfortunately, that has been my experience more times than I'd like to admit. The first shop I called gave me a bad feeling right away based on their customer service, but I still made an appointment. Afterward, I checked their Yelp reviews and was shocked by how many negative ones they had. That didn't sit right with me, so I decided to get a second quote. I already had a good idea of what was wrong with my car based on past experience. When I called this shop, the difference was immediate. They were professional, respectful, and didn't argue with me or try to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. I specifically looked for negative reviews--and there were none. I dropped my car off early that morning, and they gave me a clear time estimate for when it would be ready. They even sent photos of the issue. While I didn't fully understand what I was looking at, the fact that they were transparent enough to share images--knowing I could easily research them--told me everything I needed to know about their honesty. I don't remember the technician's name, but they took great care of my foreign car, Lexi, and I'm beyond relieved not to be driving around with grinding rotors anymore. I truly appreciate their professionalism and the way they treated me as a customer. Every single mother needs a mechanic she can feel safe with--and I'm so grateful I found one. I found them to be very dishonest in their dealings…read morewith their customers They were the only Auto shop to touch my BMW X6 to give me a diagnosis on why one rear strut was not rising. After their analysis, they charged me and returned the vehicle to me with both struts deflated and quoted a high price for the repair. I asked them could they inflate the compressor and the mechanic said it cant be inflated, it can only be replaced for the amount quoted. I got a 2nd opinion and was told that the compressor was deflated manually and the screws and ty-straps in the place where the compressor is located are missing. They also said the compressor can be inflated electronically and did it. Went back and asked to speak to the manager on duty. The guy I spoke to wouldnt reveal who he was but pulled up my ticket and when I told him what happened, he then said they didnt do it and he was Steve the owner and they didnt touch anything. Well if they touch anything, how did they know to quote me the price. Either he was lying or they gave a quote without doing the diagnosis. He also said no one never said they couldnt inflate the compressor. SO if you know you could do it, why would you return the vehicle to me with out raising it since the same equipment you use to do the diagnosis is the same equipment you use to instruct the computer to raise the vehicle. The other company inflated the compressor and no issues were found. Never going back again. Terrible service and I believe they create damage on your vehicle in order to charge for repairs.

I've been taking my vehicle to this location for the last three years and one thing is very clear,…read morethe workmanship and quality control is horrendous. Nearly every time I bring my vehicle in, I end up having to return it because widget xyz was not installed correctly, or something was missed that should have been found during the QC. Bought 4 brand new tires, the next day was of them was flat, bad valve stem, or so they said. They ordered the wrong size tires, which cost me an extra day, then when the tires were installed, the car sat for a few hours and the bad tire was starting to lose air. Like, doesn't anyone check these things before giving the vehicle to the customer?? The front office staff is very helpful, especially Andrea, and I think that's why I kept coming back, but I'm tired now. I'm tired of having to burn leave days from work to deal with returns, or paying for tows that could have been avoided. I would rate these techs as some of the worse I've experienced at Firestone since opening an account with this company nearly 20 years ago. Your experience at this location may differ and I hope it does, but for me, I've had enough.

They took my vehicle in the back I was there for only about 50 minutes for pads and they also gave me a few recommendations and taught me a few things that would be beneficial to me. 10/10 services and management will be bringing my vehicle back!!
