The knowledge Marty and Jimmy possess is contagious and I wanted to learn as most as I possibly could each tome we spoke.

The price range for this service is very wide, from $100 to $300. I checked several shops. A 1 charged $150. I do not have any knowledge about what goes into a transmission flush so i went with the recommendation . Marty was the man who helped me. He took the car in on time, serviced it in a little over an hour and charged what he said he would. I would give this place five stars except another man gave me a different price at the same shop. You should ALWAYS honor the price given to you. In the end it worked out. Marty is a responsive professional. The million dollar question is would i go back. The answer is "yes"

I spent $3,200 or so to get it rebuilt and it never shifted out of first gear properly that entire time. They would work it over and it'd kinda sorta work for a week then start acting up again. I think the longest I got it working was a month or so? Then after the year was up they sorta ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and said they couldn't find the parts to make it work properly. Keep in mind, even after they fixed it it never ever worked properly or as intended. So now, I'm left getting it looked over by another place and staring down the barrel of another large expense. Bill & Earl's is lucky I can't give them half a star, because at this point I certainly would. Tl;dr they don't fix your issue properly, do not go to them.

I got 4 new tires and the price was good. Nobody tried to upsell me on anything I didn't need and everyone was very nice. They wouldn't patch my tires because I needed new ones altogether, which was fine age figured that was worst case scenario. I look forward to a great service relationship with the team and appreciate them looking over my car and doing what makes sense for me.

Charged me $220, ok. Not even 2 full hours later of me driving around to do errands my engine light comes back on. Not only that within a week after me bringing my car to them, my car starts starting and not staying on. This happened 3 times within a span of a week. I got stuck in a garage because my car wouldn't start anymore and a guy my school sent out looked at my oil and said it was dark!! i brought my car BACK to bob's and they then charge me another $200 just to clean out a sensor but on the receipt it says they removed and replaced the sensor (lying on paperwork) and they said this was a new code to pop up. But when I brought my car to autozone before coming to Bob's, they told me the MAF sensor was the issue. Another 3 hours after driving my car from getting their service, my engine light turns back on. They have no respect for clientele and just want to ruin your car so you have to keep coming back to them. I have never been so dissatisfied in my life! Do not go here!
