I am writing an updated review for a review I left this week. The manager after seeing my review…read morehas communicated very well with me to address my issues with items I purchased. Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. I was cautioned not to stockpile oil so much (it comes off as potentially being commercial use) but I can't blame them, I recycled like 40qrts. It's located across the party mart. I arrived here on a foggy spring afternoon after my car battery died. Two strangers helped push start my car to get here, while another made the Google search to find this location. (Thank the car gods and universe. gah, and especially for kind people!) I worked with Randy at Advance Auto. He was really patient and accommodating, even though he sensed that I was stressed out. He let me park my car in front of the shop (which you're not usually allowed to do) as he completed a battery test and checked out the specs. The new battery was about $112-120 for a Mazda 6; and the transaction took no more than 25-30 minutes. Randy also helped change my battery and recycle the old one free of charge with the tools that he had on hand. While waiting for my car, we chatted with some of the employees on break. They were friendly + laid back and put us in a jovial mood despite the circumstances. (**The employees also recommended to keep car doors locked to be safe, even though everyone is nice here**) So glad this store exists!

Their service is also usually very prompt and they almost always have the part I need in stock. I've been there to pick up parts as well when I needed them late in the day or in a rush and the office staff are very helpful. Parking was a little confusing but easily found around the building. I love that they sell their radiators & A/C compressors in Kits so I can do a complete warrantied job for my customers knowing that they have quality parts in their vehicles.
