Apparently, the items were by mistake sent out without being checked over for defects. The company acknowledged this and credited me for their mistake. They did advise to always get pictures emailed before ordering from a salvage yard which will be very helpful to anyone who orders. Since I couldn't remove the rating from before , I wanted to give credit to the staff who graciously helped resolve the issues with our order. Thank you Chucks for following up and understanding our needs.

I had a horrible experience with Bumper Globe. Communication was terrible from start to finish,…read morehard to get updates, and when I did, they were not accurate. They had my car for 12 weeks giving me no updates. The work itself was poor quality and didn't solve the issues I brought my car in for. The first time I went to pick up my car, I pointed out multiple issues where the work was incomplete, pieces were falling off my car and not secured well, or not fixed at all. The doors they replaced were not even painted completely and they left the inside of my car a disaster. They have since been completely unresponsive when I tried to follow up. I have had to go through my insurance company to hear any news. I selected them doing searches on Yelp and Google and realized when I went to pay for the work, they off discounts if you leave a 5 star review... so that is why it looks like a good option. I recommend going anywhere else in the area. They apparently require that you pay in cash, which they never told me until I was there picking up the car, and then I did not have that amount of cash in hand, told me they could only use a card with a surcharge. Absolutely would never recommend any work from them.

My eyes bugged out of my head when I saw the estimate but given I wanted the car fixed by a reputable company, I set up a time to bring my car in for the repairs. I was given a 3-day window for completion and got a call back by the end of the 2nd day to come get my car. Checking out was easy and before I knew it, I was out in the lot looking at my car. Not only were the repairs flawless, I believe my car has been washed...at least rinsed off. The overall repair, while not cheap, is immaculate. I hope to be more careful in the future and have no more fender benders, but if I do, I'm coming back to Bumper Globe!

Review of the Panda Lot at 1810 Worcester Street Baltimore, MD 21230…read more Found out about the Parking Panda service from the Ravens website and checked out a spot close to M&T Bank for Sundays NFL game. Pleasantly surprised by the relatively inexpensive cost for outside "lot" parking spot. We were within walking distance of the stadium and there was plenty of space to tailgate and mix with the other Ravens Fans in the lot and on the local streets nearby. Getting into the lot was ~ 5 minutes or so which is to be expected around an hour before game time. The attendant read the email and barcode off my phone and waved us in. Easy and close and that's a plus in downtown B-More. Will give the Panda a try next time in town.

They suck! I prepaid a parking space through them online to use for the bay to breaker event. I…read morereceived an email from them and the bar code that guarantees me for the parking space. I know that the designated time is at 7 am but the night before the bay to breaker I received an email and advised customers to arrive at the designated parking garage at least by 530 am because of the street closures and probable traffic mess. So I did go early before 7 am..like around 630am. When I got to the garage the staff steward asked me for the barcode. So I have him scanned it..it was showing an error code! The guy tried it several times! So I wasn't able to use it! The parking panda charged 27 dollars while the garage charges 24 dollars for the whole day! It is a Sunday! I totally understand about the extra fee because it's business. But not able to use it? That's uncool. Panda tried to resolved it but because I paid cash and the only proof I had was my stub that was provided by parking garage, but I told Panda that I paid in cash and Panda asked for the stub copy which I sent to them. But unfortunately, they can't give me a refund even after all the copy of the stub and the one that the garage put on the window shield. Anyway, I'm not going to use them anymore. First impression lasts. P.S. I was only the second car that's parked in this garage during that time. The first car also used Panda Parking and the barcode didn't work for them too.

I often park here when I go to Power Plant or more generally the downtown Baltimore area. Several…read morebusinesses at Power Plant will validate parking, so it's a good idea to call ahead to the business and see if they still do and what you end up paying after validation (sometimes nothing, sometimes $5). The parking garage is new, clean, and huge. The driveway is not cramped as are other parking garages in the city, and the spaces are evenly spaced so you're not dinging up neighboring cars when you open your door with reckless abandon. Other Yelpers' comments about the kiosk are true; sometimes it takes forever to accept my parking ticket, sometimes it asks me to refeed my credit card, sometimes it just doesn't work and you have to try again. The elevator is slow, but what's slower is having to walk down several flights of stairs, so I think that if you cannot wait, then take the stairs down.

The glass was shattered from some type of sharp instrument. I am assuming that once the fool(s) couldn't break the glass, they left. One can only imagine my frustration level. I proceed to leave the garage, but as I was driving out, there was another couple that was parked on the floor below from where I was, whose front passenger window was completely broken. Their car was rummaged through, but nothing was stolen. As I am leaving out, I ask the attendant if there were cameras on the floors and he tells me "no, there are only cameras at the entrance and exit." Unbeknownst to me, I certainly would not have parked here if I knew they do not care about security. I went onto the Pier V website to retrieve the contact information for the person in charge, so I could find out about possible reimbursement. I finally got a call back from a gentleman, whom I assume is the person in charge. He did not care one bit about my car being damage in his garage. He blamed it on "it happens at every garage downtown." Not so much as an apology for now being inconvenienced. NOTHING! If you ever have an event to attend in downtown Baltimore City near Pier V, DO NOT PARK in this garage. They do not care about your vehicle and or if something happens to it. You would think in these days and times, there would be more cameras around an establishment and not just at the entrance and exits. ESPECIALLY FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY. NO THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! IT ONLY TAKES ONE TIME FOR ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
