From the moment I arrived, Ron made the experience smooth and stress-free, taking the time to clearly walk me through how the repair would go. When it came time to talk pricing, I was honestly bracing myself after getting a few quotes elsewhere but was pleasantly surprised by how competitive their rate was. Huge relief. Not long after I left, I got the call that my car was ready, and when I picked it up, it felt like driving something brand new again. Between the quality work, fair pricing, and easy parking and location, this is hands down my go-to shop for any future auto body needs.

They had my car for 12 weeks giving me no updates. The work itself was poor quality and didn't solve the issues I brought my car in for. The first time I went to pick up my car, I pointed out multiple issues where the work was incomplete, pieces were falling off my car and not secured well, or not fixed at all. The doors they replaced were not even painted completely and they left the inside of my car a disaster. They have since been completely unresponsive when I tried to follow up. I have had to go through my insurance company to hear any news. I selected them doing searches on Yelp and Google and realized when I went to pay for the work, they off discounts if you leave a 5 star review... so that is why it looks like a good option. I recommend going anywhere else in the area. They apparently require that you pay in cash, which they never told me until I was there picking up the car, and then I did not have that amount of cash in hand, told me they could only use a card with a surcharge. Absolutely would never recommend any work from them.

My eyes bugged out of my head when I saw the estimate but given I wanted the car fixed by a reputable company, I set up a time to bring my car in for the repairs. I was given a 3-day window for completion and got a call back by the end of the 2nd day to come get my car. Checking out was easy and before I knew it, I was out in the lot looking at my car. Not only were the repairs flawless, I believe my car has been washed...at least rinsed off. The overall repair, while not cheap, is immaculate. I hope to be more careful in the future and have no more fender benders, but if I do, I'm coming back to Bumper Globe!

Literally a month later I had to bring the truck back to them to fix numerous issues including a new fuel pump. The worst part is that less than a year of having the truck the transmission went up. I had the truck towed there and they said it was nothing they could do. So I had to take the truck to AMMCO transmissions and it costed me $5000 to get it fix and get my truck back on the road. Schoolden's Garage sells bad cars that they get from the auction. Their cars are lemons! My husband also purchased a truck for $6500 from them around they same time I did and his truck is falling apart too it needs $3000 worth of work to be drivable again. Please save yourself the money, time and headache!! Don't purchase cars from this business they are doing bad business and burning people.

Within 2-3 minute, someone came to take a look. He took a few photos, asked a few questions and explained that he would have a written estimate in 5-10 minutes. 10 minutes later, he returned with a written estimate and explained my options. While I feel that some of the items in the estimate were unnecessary, I asked them to do a job and that's how they wanted to document/charge. If a part comes to you already painted (per the person doing the estimate), there is NO reason to charge for paint and paint supplies. Also, the amount of time for the job was excessive (to me). However, again, I came to them and asked for an estimate. There was nothing exceptionally good or bad about this experience.
