They assured me it would be delivered Friday. They would not allow me to pay with my credit card and was instructed to wire the money. I said "Fine." I had to leave my office and go to the bank, pay an additional wire fee and sent the money immediately. My customer called me furious the following Tuesday asking me where the engine was! When I called Beltsville, they were very nonchalant and totally unapologetic. The engine was finally delivered the following Wednesday. Beltsville Auto Recyclers is the worst yard I have ever dealt with. Unbelievably Bad!

I suppose I should mention too that it was 8:40 in the morning and the temp was going to be in the high 90's. Thankfully we were stalled next to an opening in the pylons to the south traveling traffic so when the car had cooled enough, we got off at the first available exit-Hanover St and found this garage. The two gentleman at Whay's were so SO kind and quickly diagnosed our problem (bad fan motor) and offered us advice as to who could fix it quickly for us (we were en route to Maine for work). The woman who works here even offered us water. We were so grateful for their kindness and that they took the time to even look at the car given they were already backed up with work so they must be good.

I was sent to order again because my order was not transferable to another location. This alone took an additional half hour. By the time my order was filled, the staff was very accommodating. They made shire the inventory was in stock. They checked on me as we waited for the order to show up on the computer and they brought the item to my car. It was a pleasant experience that could have ended poorly.

Chose to take my truck to the Catonsville location as my friend had his truck done there. As I…read morepulled up to the parking lot, a man came out to greet me promptly. I was in the process of taking off my tonneau cover, and he told me he'd have the team take it off and have it back one when they were done. I made some special requests like no Line-x stickers or badges and to have some holes taped down. I waited for the truck since I didn't have a ride. Watched some cable TV that was available in the waiting area. Very friendly staff, we discussed the shows. When the truck was done, one of the workers brought it around to the front and had me inspect. I was really happy about the way it looked on the truck, amazing product. My bed was all scratched up before, because I was too lazy to get it done sooner, but now it looks brand new and better. All in all I'm satisfied with the job. I'd give them 4.5/5 if I could. The only reason for me taking off a half point is for some minor miss in details. They sprayed over 2 bolts (shouldn't really matter though) and there was some overspray in my bedgate latches.
