If I could give no stars I would. We came in to order two small servings of food. To dine in. Granted it is super bowl Sunday. We sat for twenty minutes with no food. I went up to ask about it and was told it would be an hour wait. No one told us anything about an hour wait just to diner in for two small meals. We would never have ordered. And as I am talking to the ladies about it, upset that we have had to wait so long, and telling them we would have never ordered, they promptly turned around and walked away. Terrible service. Ordered Chicken fries and a drink. Took 45 minutes for my fries to come out and would have probably taken longer if i didn't keep asking... The sad excuse for a manager refunded my chicken fries (after a fuss) but wouldn't refund my drink because "i used it already". You'd think they would do anything to make me happy after mixing up my ticket in the kitchen and forcing me to eat after my family was already done. We have ordered from this place for the last time! There are always multiple and totally unacceptable things wrong with our order. After 5 visits we have had overcooked, chewy wings with barely a drizzle of sauce every time. They are supposed to be bathing in sauce! We know this because of the other locations. We either get doughy breadsticks or bone dry breadsticks. Always missing ranch and my husband has to drive back for it. The barely edible carrots and celery are the icing on the cake. Celery is green, not brown and green. Not okay. Very long waits for all this....never again. We will make the 20 minute drive to Temecula where everything is always perfect. read more

The manager that works here has a lot of patience. I don't know his name but there was an extremely rude customer he was dealing with and she was being nothing short of a girl dog. But he was very calm and had a lot more patience than I would have had. Everyone working tonight was really cool. Buffalo chicken fries are bomb! read more

I like their wings. Their prices are pretty good as well. My biggest complaint is the Family Pack will only allow for 2 separate sauces. I love hot wings, my wife and daughter prefer honey bbq. But my son will only eat dry rubbed wings. It's not the biggest deal in the world it's just odd that a Family Pack only allows 2 sauces. read more

I ordered food 3 hours ahead of time. My wife arrived on time and paid to include a tip, was asked to have a seat and they would bring it right out. 20 minutes passed as she watched 4 couples come in, place order and leave. She was offered no drink or any compensation to include an apology from the manager. So in total she waited 30 minutes past scheduled pick up and still didn't receive the sauces that I asked for. Sabrina (cashier) was extremely RUDE!! She clearly doesn't like her job and takes it out on the customers. Horrible. The Epic Wings in Santee, CA is amazing every time, so we thought this location would also be good. My family and I were so disappointed. The chicken was chewy. It's hard to mess up a salad, but it was gross. We all felt sick afterwards. I will never eat at this location again. read more

The food is pretty good but only order if you have plenty of time to waste or if you really are not that hungry in case they cannot feed you . As is I called an order in. 30 min wait. Absolutely disappointed with their wings. We ordered their family pack. It was over priced and wasn't good. The only good thing was the bread sticks. We got the buffalo wings which was drenched in oil. The meat was tough to chew, it's like it was re-fried. Big thumbs down. read more

Seems they have weird days were they frawn upon fresh breadsticks. Maybe it just depends on the cashier & how she/ he feels about a request. But yesterday there was a young blk girl at counter to greet me for my ph'd order. She was super pleasant during the ph call placing the order. When I got there & wanted to ensure my bread was fresh/hot, she began speaking with her hands and seemed bothered. It just went in an unnecessary merry-go-round b4 she grabbed the breadsticks out of bag, forcibly threw them in the trash, and stomped to the bk to wrap different breadsticks. I didn't know I did/said anything wrong :/ Sheeeshhh, try to relax Miss, ur in customer service/restaurant business. No need to get offended/ attitud-ish/ bothersome.... If I could give 0 stars that's exactly what I would give. I called in my order at 11:49 am to be placed on hold by Isabel for 7 minutes. I showed up to the restaurant at 11:57 and let her know that she still has me on hold and was greeted with a "well that explains it"! Explains what exactly?? She went on to say I'm sorry in a rude sarcastic tone. I asked for her manager and she stated that she wasn't here and I asked her to write it down. She did though she had a nasty attitude about it. When she took my payment she didn't say anything related to your order will take x amount of minutes nor thank you. She was extremely rude, and her customer service skills weren't there. Totally unacceptable and uncalled for. I will be in contact with her manager Kristina Smith because she needs to understand that her employee is not sufficiently trained to be a customer service rep especially in the front of the restaurant. read more

The food and the service here are great. All sports programming is running on the several TV's they have mounted throughout the restaurant. This location seems to be a little slower than the location on Temecula Parkway, so if your here on a short lunch break you might be racing the clock. Also, it can turn into an after school meetup for the local high school kids. read more

This location is hidden but that's a good Thing bc there isn't long lines and it doesn't take forever to get your food. Worst customer service ever. The entire staff that was working tonight, August 11,2019 at 830pm -9pm are the laziest kids I have ever seen. Placed my order at 820 via phone call. Get there at 830 and pay and they tell me it's going to be 5 more minutes. I sit for 30 minutes until I finally ask when my order is going to be done because I notice people that came in behind me are already eating and my order was just sitting there on the counter the entire time. I'm only giving this place a 1 star cause there's not an option for "0 stars" . The young girl who was the cashier was beyond rude. She had an attitude from the time we ordered until we left . She was slamming stuff around and didn't even try to apologize when they got our order completely wrong . There was a boy there who was way more helpful and even seemed to notice the unprofessionalism of the little girl who was the cashier. The wings were good and I'll continue going to wings n things, just not that location. Her attitude alone is enough for me to never go back there .
