I lived in Buffalo New York where the whole Buffalo Wing trend began and this place does not have Epic wings! The Wings were not cooked completely. They asked for a tip upfront before any service could have been provided. I had spilled my water at the table and they didn't even help me. They don't have wet wipes (alcohol) for cleaning your hands. They did not bring a single napkin when tey brought my food. And it was nearly $9 for six wings. Not worth making the trip. The food is great if you feel like waiting for it that is. Good luck calling to place an order. They apparently have a phone system that simply causes callers to receive a busy tone if someone else happens to be calling in an order also. This forces you to constantly just recall the location I hopes of not getting a busy tone. What kind of good business practice is that? I never saw an option to order online either, which is even more frustrating. The worst part of all of this is the fact you have to wait almost 30 minutes just to pick up your PRE ORDER! What sense does that make?? Instead of having only one cash register why not expand and have 3 going at once with a separate line labeled for call in orders. I know they've done this before on busy nights like the Super Bowl but today was Monday. Granted it was buy one get one free single meal offer but if you know the promotion drives in customers why wouldn't you have 2 cash registers running at once? This place has the potential to be great if they used common sense. I waited outside in line for almost 15min meaning my called in order got luke warm or cold even because it would have been 45min after I ordered it before I ever actually received it. The food is really great here but the time it takes to get your food is usually about 30 minutes. The employees do not work very quickly. Place is also always filled with high school kids and it just makes line long. It doesn't really matter what time you come, you food just takes forever. Today's experience- Had to wait at the register for someone to take my order. I am not expecting someone to be standing there waiting for me but, let's be alert at least.
