Where do I start? The other reviews are true - no greeting whatsoever when you walk in (or call your order in over the phone), zero customer service. I feel like I'm bothering them when I pick up my food and pay. I took my 8 piece tenderloin (plus 2 extra pieces that were TINY but I was definitely charged additional for) extra wet mild sauce home. Opened up the MUSHY carrots and celery and there was MOLD on both sets!! Needless to say, I have not returned. Always takes forever to get food even when you've pre ordered. The staff is unfriendly and NEVER greets customers as they walk in or even if you are standing at the counter. Not happy at all. I come here all the time. Ordered $20 of food to go and got home and my wings didn't have sauce ... the whole point of eating there is the sauce. When I called to complain I was told I could come back and get a sauce (like I am going to spend another 10 minutes driving back there) or they could credit me for a sauce ... so basically I wasted a whole meal because the chicken was dry and gross. I ordered the double meal here: 1/2 extra hot wings and 1/2 lemon pepepr wings, without the breadsticks and carrot/celery sticks and ranch dressing. The extra hot wings were delicious and flavorful. I've ordered the hot wings here and they were good, but given the small size of these wings, the regular hot sauce doesn't pack enough punch. My friend ordered the honey BBQ sauce, and that was just as good. On the other hand, The lemon pepper sauce was very disappointing. I was expecting a dry rub of seasoning, but instead it was a vat of lemon flavored butter that was entirely tasteless. The taste was so bland that I suspected it was just plain wings. Avoid. I cannot tolerate hot and spicy so I only go for their mild chicken strips with ranch. That to me is the perfect combination. This place has great wings, but their selling point to me is their breadsticks and buffalo chicken fries! The breadsticks are so soft and buttery, they're delicious with their creamy ranch. And the chipotle on the buffalo chicken fries is delicious. I always get their hot sauce on the side and dip the bread in it as well. The customer service here is always great too! It was extremely busy today and the cashier was still very sweet and had a great attitude! The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because it is very small so there's usually never any seating, and it can take a long time for the food to be ready, so I always just call my order in and then pick it up.
