We anticipated a wait for a table, once seated, we waited 20-mins to get a staff for service when three staff walked past more than once. Our food was great but never were we asked for refills. I never leave bad reviews but this is one of the worst dining out experiences I've had. We got there at noon on a Sunday. Almost no one in the restaurant except from 3 waiters and a bartender. I order a strawberry lemonade and a water. It took 23 minutes for the strawberry lemonade to come and for our order to be taken. While the food tasted fine, the service was horrible. We were checked on once and ignored even asking for our check. Also they have the never-ending appetizer deal right now and the waiter declined our request to purchase those. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings last night (Sunday) and honestly, it was a huge letdown. I ordered 6 bone-in original buffalo wings, my go-to, but what I got was sad. Unfortunately this place has gone way downhill. The food is terrible, the only thing I liked were the potato wedges for my side. For my entree I got 10 boneless wings, half caribbean jerk, half salt and vinegar. Let me just say that I felt like I was gonna break my teeth biting into these. There was barely any chicken in them and if I did get any it was extremely dry. My boyfriend and I's food also came out cold but it was whatever because they seemed extremely understaffed anyways. As servers ourselves we understand how it is to be understaffed at times but I do also feel there wasn't much urgency either. Kayla, our server, was great though. She checked on us and brought us refills without asking which is a plus. I've also ordered to-go here a few times and it seems that no one is ever at the to-go station and I'd be sitting there for at least 10 minutes before getting helped. Looked up BWW on Google and it implied that there is happy hour on beer, wine and some cocktails. Tried to order house wine but the rude attendant said no happy hour on wine. So I looked at the menu and it wasn't that expensive for Pinot Grigio. But when I ordered she curtly said they are out of that but they have another brand. The other brand was around $17!
