They were bomb while they lasted. They had THE best wings in Oceanside...but cash only???

I mean, it's a dive bar but... The wings and fries are pretty bomb. They do not have a full bar, it's just beer and seltzers and it's not a large selection. The staff can be pretty rough around the edges but I'm sure they have good reason due to some of the customers that come in. Once you get to know them they are pretty cool, at least that can be said for Cory. Cory is a good beertender and server, I really only like going when he is working because he makes sure we are taken care of. Even though I'm not much for beer, the twisted tea on tap is pretty good. Overall not a bad experience. I do go back for the wing cravings and chill vibes, but don't expect it to be classy. read more

Visiting Oceanside and found this sports bar that supposedly has the best wings in Oceanside.... Welllllll, THESE ARE THE BEST WINGS IN OCEANSIDE!!! We had the lemon pepper, buffalo and Cajun wings and they were deep fried to perfection. Crispy on the outside and moist on the inside! A side of tots and a couple beers to add. 1910 Tap House is one of Oceanside's best "hidden" dive bars. It's located in a great location that is a little east of the 5 hwy and just off of Oceanside Blvd. They are surrounded by a Thai and Mexican restaurant, a Starbucks and a Liquor store. For a typical crowd at night, their personal parking lot space is sufficient. What I love the most about 1910 Tap House is that they have a wide variety of entertainment to enjoy while enjoying drinks. They've got 2 solid pool tables, an air hockey table, mini basketball hoop and a few video games; not to mention a full spread of televisions to watch sports games and mma fights. They also have a jukebox that customer's can use to play their favorite music from their phones. 1910 Tap House carries nice selection of draft beers and hard seltzers, but they don't have full liquor license, so you won't find any hard drinks (rum, vodka, etc;). This isn't a problem though since there's a liquor store next door. I'll just grab a few $1 shots of my favorite rum and bring them over to enjoy with my Truly or Mike's Hard Lemonade. Where 1910 Tap House shines is there selection of food. They make some immaculate house-seasoned fries, but Wings Wednesday is a local favorite with chicken wings under $.70 and with one of the largest flavor selections I've seen in the area. Some of my favorites are: mango habanero (), honey bourbon, Cajun, garlic parmesan and "Danielle's Favorite". The service is excellent and the bartenders are knowledgeable and always bring that positive energy. Their bathrooms are dark and a little grungy, but not where it matters because the toilet is clean and there's always toilet paper. I just wish they would encourage more local chalk art on the wall inside (it looks too plain). I highly recommend coming here to enjoy your favorite sports and bring friends for a great time at this local bar. read more

This place is a waste of time and energy. Please do not go there at all. They are not opened as the hours are not correct online and sadly such a terrible experience as I have tried twice now. The least they could do is update their hours of business. They shut down very early. Again please don't waste your time and energy at the tap house. The staff is very rude as well:( read more

Stopped into 19Ten briefly for a beer while we were bar-hopping Oceanside. Never been here before. Parking was easy and plentiful once you understood which entrance to come into. The bar is part of a small strip mall that includes a Thai restaurant and a corner liquor store. Service was quick and staff was pleasant. Lots of tap options to choose from as well as bottles. They do have food but we didn't order any on this visit. My biggest and perhaps only complaint was the lack of air conditioning. It was midday and the weather was mighty warm outside. 19Ten had their doors open and no A/C running so it was warmer inside due to the lack of air flow. A couple of ceiling fans or even table fans would have been helpful here. Only had one beer...I think we were dying and need some quick cooling down so we hopped on over to The Draft right after. read more

First time coming here and service was very impressive and excellent! Me and my friend were on an adventure exploring the North County area and while we were in Carlsbad we began looking for places where to go eat and we found this location and we were let's go give it a try. We stopped by and it turned out to be a bar thinking it was going to be like a small restaurant or something. Honestly it all turned out great because food and drinks was good and delicious our bartender/server gave an outstanding service and checked on us how we doing and everything. Best part is they were playing the Padres game. Hope to come back soon even if I have to drive 45 min from south. read more

We had an errand to run in the area, so we checked Yelp and found this nice local place that has a great burger and beer deal on Mondays. Danielle was behind the bar and was very awesome, nice and attentive. She gave us some tips on the menu and local beers that we had not tried. We ordered the burgers. Our bartender, Eric helped me with a selection of beer and he even put a ketchup heart on our snack! Eric was super cool, we hope to see him again. The people who own it are cool, the people that work here are cool, and Nancy, who does bingo (Mondays at 730pm, but I hold right now) & trivia (Thursday at 730pm, also in hold)as cool. The food is great!the chicken tenders are delicious & last Thursday I tried white claw drink & they made me a protein style burger. It was wonderful! Came here on a Friday night because a friend of mine invited me to sing Karaoke. DJ Kristina was in the house and her sound system is great. 2 pool tables right when you enter and high top tables through out. They only have beer and wine at the moment so I had a glass of wine. The bartenders were absolutely nice and she didn't give me a funny look when I ordered 2 pieces of wings; 75 cents each. I ordered it with buffalo sauce on the side. The wings were good. I love it naked like that. The drinks are definitely priced well. A great place to hangout and I will definitely return for Karaoke. They got some great regular singers. read more

I stand by what I have reviewed. This place is top notch. 1910 Tap House Staff is amazing and patrons are respectful. One bad apple does not define each and everyone that visits here. We have had nothing but positive experience here. Never an issue. Bartenders know what they are doing and know when enough is enough! Some of these reviews seem to be with out cause. They have never stepped in this bar at all. To say that the regulars are disgusting is way too presumptuous. To each their own. We ordered fries, wings and 2 beers. The bartender suggested it'd be better to order a pitcher for $4 more so a pitcher we got. The fries were amazing! They were super crunchy and well seasoned. One guy on the grill and one guy run the orders, but they were kicking ass and making it happen which was pretty impressive. The only knock that I have against this place is to give you three tiny cups of ranch for 30 pieces of wings, but I'm sure I could've ordered extra so that may have been my fault. I called ahead to see if the pool tables were open and they said we were in the clear. Came in straight to the bar and ordered two tequilas on the rocks. We then asked if we could play pool and she said yes (for the second time). I even took money out of the ATM and was still charged a withdrawal fee. Some douche bag (who we later found out was the owner) told us we couldn't play and proceeded to yell at the girl who said the table was open. There were guys playing pool right next to us and we asked why they were able to play and he told us because they were regulars.. we then were told we HAD to get two appetizers since there was two of us. The tequila didn't even taste like tequila and the food was unappealing. At this point we were so annoyed/appalled we were over it and wanted to leave. This fool still charged us a fee for to-go boxes. 19TEN IS A JOKE!!! We are never coming back and I suggest you shouldn't even try to check out this lame excuse for a bar. We went out of our way to go there since we live in San Clemente and we were coming from Julian. After we placed one food order, the poor girl you yelled at later came back up to us saying that we are "required" to get another appetizer. Which is definitely not a state required regulation but we ordered it anyway. Yes, I did take the sign off because I was told I was able to do so when I asked if the tables were open once we got there. You on the other hand rudely rejected us and proceeded to say only the regulars are allowed to play. I understand it was last call but a quick game wouldn't hurt nobody, but you apparently. No one should have to pay a "to-go" box fee, that is completely ridiculous and unheard of. We honestly should've just asked for our money back because of how terrible the service was but we didn't. Went to the bar, greeted by a female bartender, asked for a beer that was on their menu and can directly see it on tap. She then Says they don't sell that beer at all. asked for our IDs. After searching for a place to eat amid the COVID-19 thing I found 19Ten and called to make sure they were open. They were and I came on over to make a pickup order. I had the fish and chips, onion rings, pretzels with queso dip, and probably something else as well. Everything was absolutely great and the perfect comfort food after a road trip. The owner or manager who was working was sincerely nice and gave the place an at-home feel even though I was just taking out.
