Initially, in the early years of my association with them the owner was the one who came to do the inspections and treatments, but now their employee, Billy, usually comes to do my ant and termite trap inspections. He is always very helpful and pleasant and I think sometimes goes above and beyond job requirements just to be helpful. Also, the company was helpful when I upgraded my termite protection plan in setting my inspections so my two contracts aren't both due at the same time. Called for a re-visit in June for an ant problem in the kitchen. While the technician was re-treating, he asked if I'd paid -- which isn't his job, and put him in an awkward position. I called the office to flag this as inappropriate; the office staff suggested I just pay the technician anyway since "he's there." I declined and asked to be invoiced properly like every other service company does. I then called the president directly to raise the concern. Instead of addressing it, he canceled my contract on the spot, telling me it's "industry standard" to have technicians collect payment in person. I'd never been sent an invoice the entire time I was a customer, and now suddenly the field tech is the one asking for payment? Completely unprofessional. I simply asked that a billing practice be handled properly, and got my contract canceled by the president himself for raising a reasonable concern. Honestly, the reason for the re-treatment -- one day later, the ants are already back. Between the billing issue and the treatment not even working, I'm not confident this is a company worth being with long term.

It was a full-on restoration and conditioning job where they removed my insulation under the subfloor, cleaned up some of the mold build-up, applied a mold preventer, laid a new vapor barrier that was better than my existing one, popped in two HVAC registers into ductwork so that heat and air can condition the space throughout the year, and then closed up all the external vents and applied blown-in insulation around the perimeter all the way up to the joist caps. They also put in a new sump system for me with drain tile to defend against water even coming in again, in addition to a new insulated crawl space door that will save my addition from freezing the pipes this winter. You can see the picture for yourself for about a 1,600 sf space. I think the work was high quality and am happy to have reduced the risk of mold and moisture build up down in the crawl space. The service was also very good. Throughout the project, Jason Ferrell was accessible to answer questions and provide updates on the work. His responsiveness met my high expectations. The crew were professional and very nice to deal with and didn't leave any trash or debris behind.

Another crew later came out, claimed there were "no birds, just twigs," sanitized the area, installed a metal cover, and left. Now there are flies surrounding the covering, birds trying to get back inside, and we can still hear chirping and movement in the wall/vent area. Instead of fixing the issue, it seems they trapped live birds inside our home while creating an even bigger sanitation problem. Terrible communication, conflicting explanations, and a complete waste of money. Absolutely unacceptable.

They had a much better plan than the first company and did a through inspection. They gave us peace of mind.
