I absolutely love this place especially Laura and Jim they were so wonderful to me so understanding if I remember correctly I was their first customer and when I brought my baby puppy Lollah who passed away because she was too young I was devastated n heartbroken I was miserable for weeks on end and even writing this review makes me tear up unfortunately I still have not gotten over it nonetheless they met with me and my best friend out in the parking lot beam me they took care of her made sure that I was ok she even called and checked on me and the most wonderful thing for me that I never thought anybody would do you or even think of... she made her a birth certificate and puppy prints which I keep on my entertainment center along with her remains and her pictures and bottle. They also made it very very affordable which was extremely helpful financially and mentally because I did not have this $411 it was every other place wanted to cremate a half pound puppy so for that I just want to say that I absolutely love you guys so much and I would recommend u to anyone of course I would never wish anything bad to happen to any animal but if it were to ever happen God forbid this would be the place to put them to rest read more

I called the morning that our kitty passed away. They were able to fit us in for a private ceremony the same day, and we didn't have to drop off and come back to pick up our little boy. Jimmy, the one who handles the Phoenix location, was a perfect, compassionate fit for the position. We definitely felt odd about the area driving up, but once we arrived our stress was immediately alleviated. He sat with us and worked at whatever pace we needed to, as well as the personal touches that you would expect (e.g. Folding the blanket our kitty was brought in upon and bringing it to us, taking off his gloves to place our kitty in the cremator without us having to ask, and creating a personalized clay paw print at no extra cost, plus more within the short duration). If I had to choose between driving further to this location and a four star place a mile down the road, I would gladly spend an extra hour ensuring my kidden is treated properly after he passes. read more

I recently lost my rescue dog of 13 years which was devastating to me. I contacted Entrusted Pets since I knew the provide the same burial services for pets as they would any family member. They were great to deal with -- very compassionate and professional. I chose to have my dog's ashes returned to me. They called me in a couple of days to let me know the ashes were ready. The urn I chose was beautiful and they gave me her paw print as well which I will always treasure. Pets are more than "pets", they are a member of a family, so when we lose a pet, we experience the same feelings, when we lose a loved one. I lost my mother 6 months ago and now, her dog, Snooky, couldn't be without her, so he passed almost exactly, one week short of 6 months, when my mother passed. Entrusted Pet Cremation Service, couldn't have been more empathetic and kind when I called. I spoke to Jimmie who was very kind and understanding on the phone and arranged a time to bring Snooky in. I loved my little girl . She passed away one night in her sleep, I really do miss her. When things like this happen , you have to face what's next . I called several cremation services , the pricing and services were all overboard. When I got in touch with entrusted pet, they were nice and reasonable and very accommodating on services. I really can't say enough as to their kindness and caring . I mostly dealt with Jimmy Ahearne and altho I was having a bad day he made me and my wife feel comfortable and intrusted as to the things that had to be done . When we had to make the painful decision to have our beloved dog Taz put to sleep after a very brief and unexpected illness, we decided to call Gentle Journey and have the euthanasia take place at Entrusted Pets in Scottsdale. Lauren met us when we arrived and took us to their Comfort Room giving us privacy to spend our last moments with Taz. She then introduced us to Dr. Haley. Dr. Haley explained the entire process to us. Her comforting, reassuring words and warm personality made a devastating experience much more bearable. Saying goodbye to Oliver here with Dr. Campabadal assisting was a tremendous help. We did a viewing cremation, it was hard, but they were with me every step of the way. My boy passed away on his own after a long life. It happened unexpectedly on a Sunday early morning. I read reviews on a few places. I was pleased entrusted pets were able to accommodate me on a Sunday at no extra charge. They were caring and didn't try and up sell me. Gave me my options and respected my decision. I got my boy back quickly and in a very nice urn at no cost as I planning to make my own and didn't choose one. The one I recieved him in was very nice and after personalizing a bit, it was perfect. The cost all and all was less than I had expected which made this difficult time just a bit easier. I can easily recommend them and I thank them. read more

Amazing. This is the 5th dog I have cremated. The other 4 were with a competitor. Well the competitor raised their prices even though I have been a loyal customer so I decided to go to yelp and see if I could find someone better. Wow, I am glad I did ! A nice box for the ashes, A paw print in plaster, and a nice card inside. All I ever got before at the other crematorium was a small plain box. Apparently this is run by Messinger Mortuaries and they know their business because we left with such good feelings with our little angel. Thank You, more than professional. Oscar's Mobile Pet Grooming is totally amazing. From the very start, calling and getting a human to answer the phone and able to answer all my questions and concerns.
