My husband and I are grateful to Furry Friend Funerals. They made a horrible time more bearable. We lost our dog in an accident. It was and still is, so hard, and words can't describe how painful losing him was. But we called at 7 p.m., paid the invoice, and their representative texted us immediately. She was very kind and patient. She was at our home within an hour. I knew my boy was in good hands. We just received his cremains tonight and we're grateful for the love and care they put into his urn. It's personalized and that means more than I can say. I'm glad we contacted them. I can't recommend their services enough.

From the moment I called this place, I was met with empathy, patience, and understanding. I was helped every step of the way and they even put me in touch with a vet who could perform the euthanasia necessary for my 18-year old cat. Any pet-owner can attest to the depth of despair they feel when they have to say goodbye, so having someone there to help dispel any confusion was such a blessing. They went above and beyond. Fast forward to today, 11-29-25. I called Entrusted Pets right when they opened at 9am and the call was answered by someone who responded in a manner that did not align with what I've come to expect from Entrusted Pets. I explained how my 11-year old German Shepherd was diagnosed with cancer and we were told she had maybe a week left. I asked if they still offered assistance with setting up the euthanasia and I was told no. I was then told that a vet would have to come to my place, and we would then have to bring our dog's body to them for the cremation. This is in stark contrast to my previous experiences where I could bring my pet to their facility, say goodbye, and they took care of everything after that. But today, there was no understanding, no support - it was very clinical and matter-of-fact. The entirety of the call lasted exactly one minute, and that included me asking all my questions. Unfortunately, this place isn't what is used to be. Instead, I'll just find a Vet to come to my home - as suggested - and take it from there.

I'm impressed that even if a person chooses the communal cremation that they bury the ashes in a very nice place in Payson that people can visit. I chose the semi-private option. I will definitely use their services in the future when I unfortunately need them. They understand that pets are family.....even the small ones like Hamsters.

Noticing our girl's arthritis was getting worse, and the light in her eyes was not what it once was, we decided it was time to let our girl rest in peace. After much research/phone calls, we decided on Peaceful Passing to come to our home. We had to schedule about a week and a half out (quite daunting to know a date was coming), and we took care of payment in advance. The day of, they called us asking how we would like to remit payment (ugh). I made flower leis for our girl and my toddler son to wear, as we wanted to have her collar, and we waited for the call that the Dr was about 10 min out...then I broke down. After the Dr came, and she was at peace, we spent some time with her saying goodbye. She was taken with her blanket she was on, and we requested for it back. When it came time to pick her up, there was no blanket (I realized when I got home). I called, and they said they would look into it. A couple days later, they said it's ready to be picked up and they found it; I got it, and it smelled strong like Tide...which we don't use. After my mind went crazy with assumptions, I called them asking for an explanation; the blanket was washed because of bodily fluids, and they sent it home with another family! I was so sad that it didn't have her smell anymore, and that they mixed that up, and didn't tell me. My trust for them really went out the window with this ending...and wasn't really impressed with their presentation (we got a white gift bag, no writing, and a tin box). Hope this helps to make an informed decision about the Rainbow Bridge Transition

From beginning to end, Lucy was treated with such dignity, and I was treated with genuine kindness. The woman who called to arrange the delivery of Lucy's ashes was incredibly gentle and compassionate. I'm so sorry I didn't get her name, because the way she spoke to me and handled such a painful conversation meant more than she probably realizes. Today, Paul delivered Lucy's ashes, and he was equally wonderful, kind, respectful, professional, and very mindful that what he was bringing to me wasn't simply a package. He was bringing my little girl home. When you've loved a dog for so many years, their remains aren't just "ashes," and the people entrusted with their final care matter tremendously. Every interaction I had with this company made me feel that they understood that. There is no way to make any of this easy, but there is a way to handle the people grieving with tenderness, dignity, and humanity. This company did exactly that. Thank you for taking such good care of Lucy, and thank you for bringing her home to me with so much kindness. I will never forget it.

I was devastated to think about how long it might have been there and suffered. It's body had decomposed in the heat and fused with the wire cage. The City of Phoenix Dead Animal pickup has a contract with All Animals and sent one of their "sensitive professionals" to pickup the deceased cat. I'm a frail Senior and the cage was quite heavy. The employee refused to help and immediately began yelling at me that he couldn't wait and I could get fined for the cat being in the cage. I couldn't get the cat out of the cage as it's body was attached to the wires, the employee began yelling and refused to help and wouldn't accept the cat with the cage. He was highly agitated and at one point for no reason yelled, "Don't touch me!" He finally just got in his truck and left. An emotionally draining experience made much worse by an out of control employee with anger issues.
