So when we recently decided it was that time to say goodbye to Georgia, I decided to reach out to VVMVS again. Similar to my last experience, the team was super empathetic and professional on the phone, and we scheduled our appointment for a few days later. Dr. Kormos and Alicia cam out this time and helped facilitate another peaceful passing. They were communicative about timing on the day of the appointment. My daughter and our other dog were there and while we were all very emotional, I'm glad that we could surround Georgia with love as we watched her go. We miss her beyond words but are also relieved that she is no longer in pain. We will cherish the paw print and all of the memories and carry Georgia in our hearts with us always. If you are in this predicament and seeking an in-home visit of any sort for your pet, I do recommend Valet Vet.

Dr. Carrie has always been incredibly patient, kind, and understanding. She genuinely treats Smoke as if she matters, and I never feel rushed or dismissed. I am so grateful to have found a vet I trust with my senior girl. Highly recommend!

Saying goodbye to our beloved cat (Samba) after 15 years was incredibly painful, but your gentle care, patience, and understanding made all the difference. You treated not only our pet with dignity and tenderness, but also supported us with such empathy and respect. We will always remember how you helped make a heartbreaking experience feel peaceful and full of love. Thank you for everything you do Dr Julie and Vet Tech Brie for the animals you care for and the people who love them. Your work truly matters, and we are so grateful.

We contacted Angel Veterinary Services at 5:00 am and left a message that we need assistance with transitioning our puppy to a better place. We immediately received a call back from their offices letting us know Dr. Alexis and her assistant, Rhi were available at 11 am to come to our house and euthanize our puppy. We were heart broken with having to make this decision. When Dr. Alexis and Rhi arrived at our house they met us at the front door with so much love and compassion that we knew Sawyer would be in good hands throughout this process. While our hearts were broken, Dr. Alexis helped us feel like we made the right decision and Sawyer had transitioned to a much better place. OVer the next couple of days, we recieved so much support through Dr. Alexis and her team that made us feel so much better and we know our Sawyer is no longer suffering and in a much better place with our previous puppy, Mona Lisa and our family in heaven. I know I have rambled on, but from the bottom of my heart, I can't thank Dr. Alexis and her team for being there for us in such a difficult time. Our hearts will always be with them as they were with us through such a hard time. With all our love, we share this review.

We called Dr. Morrison as heartbroken and desperate pet parents, unsure of what we were calling for and just guidance from a kind vet who may understand our grief. Dr. Morrison not only answered the call but explained in detail her services and promised us a peaceful night. It was EVERYTHING and more. Dr. Morrison's approach may not be for everyone and that is ok. But what I will say is she absolutely makes this time about you and your pet. She's completely honest with her approach, what to expect during the night and what you may help with during the process. Dr. Morrison really eases you into the moments, tells you to tell her your pace and is considerate of your heartbreak. After it was done, she gave us all the time in the world to grieve and say our goodbyes. We took an hour and not one word from Dr. Morrison because she knew we needed that time. She stepped away during that time and just told us to come get her when we're ready She also tells us to be completely honest with her during this process; the pace, the things we may want like paw print or fur, at the end she wraps your pet in a warm blanket with a pillow a stuffy and a pink boa. We kindly said the boa didn't really reflect our girl and she immediately understood and took it off. It didn't take away from our grief or the moment because you know everything she does is to try and help. I cannot recommend her services more and I'm without a doubt convinced that there is a reserved seat in heaven for Dr. Morrison because of what she does for families everyday and the peace she brought us will always be appreciated.

They gave me a new dog food for my sweet dog. They really explained everything and they were both so wonderful. I was understandably a little frustrated because they didn't really give me a diagnosis as to why my sweet dog was acting the way he was last week throwing up multiple times and then throwing up blood and refusing food but they did their best to try to figure it out. The front desk staff isn't so great.... One of the ladies in particular was very rude and demanded I leave a deposit before my bill was worked out. I decided not to do an X-Ray and they needed them to take that off my bill before I had to make a deposit. If I wanted to leave and get lunch I still had to pay which is understandable but the tone was unacceptable and when I went to pay at the end of the visit my bill was more than expected. So, I thought they made a mistake again. They ended up taking off what they should've and the bill was correct but of course that same lady had a lot to say about everything and I just didn't want her opinion. I wanted her to have a little empathy and kindness. I was frustrated that the doctors never really figured out what was wrong with my dog and needed to have a follow up visit and I was frustrated that I really got no answers and ended up paying almost $450 when I had already gone to another emergency vet last week and paid around the same amount! That's a lot of money for anyone. I got here at 11 am and left at 4:40! That's a very long time for my sweet dog to be there. I have to come back on Monday because they need bloodwork checked again. I'm not looking forward to seeing the receptionists again, but I do look forward to working with the staff that works directly with the dogs. This place would be so much better if they had different receptionists. There was one lady at the reception desk that was nice, but the others were just rude. They all need a lesson in empathy.

I normally see Dr. Miller, but I needed to go on a Saturday per my schedule. She actually quoted me $500 for the.titer test - I was astounded and flabbergasted. The clinic is not even- to be candid - that pristine. Yet a new modern updated clinic in Scottsdale was quoting me $200 less? At this point I will not be going back there. I believe they are now profit over pets versus pets over profit. And I cannot trust them with my animal. And then on top of that there's a 3% surcharge now for credit card usage. Don't they know that most people are on a budget and sometimes they have to use a credit card but yet they gouged you yet again with a 3% charge? I had a really wonderful vet who was pets over profit for many years and he retired so it's been hard to match him. I mean if he has to get the rabies vaccine I discussed with her that I was worried and she said well, I can give him a couple of injections. My previous vet would've said here's what you can do, give him some Benadryl about 45 minutes before the procedure. But not Amigo- they were just racking up the bill. No thanks. I feel bad to say this, but when I was talking to her, I didn't feel like she was really listening to me.
