Steve, my precious boy before his illness
    Leah R.

I came to visit my sweet boy (Steve) to paint his precious little paw baby blue to make a print. Brooke and Daniel were incredibly kind and gentle with me through that. I was in shambles, absolutely inconsolable, crying like a baby and Daniel was so kind helping me take the print because I was truly shaking and crying from sadness. I was also a bit shaken from seeing him after he passed, he was cold and I was scared to touch his little body. Brooke gave me a cold water bottle and Daniel made sure I was okay to drive and advised me that it would be unsafe due to how upset I was. I can't tell you how much I appreciated that. Steve was my best friend, baby and guardian angel for 16 years and that's most of my life. He meant everything to me. I'll attach a photo of what he looked like before his kidney disease. He passed in a circle of flowers in my arms at my home. Thank you again for your kindness, I truly needed it.

Most wonderful people and I'm so grateful to have called them. I honestly had no idea what to do or where to turn when we lost our baby. Thank goodness for Yelp and for the wonderful people at this company- everything was done with kindness and love and for everyone who sat and listened to me about our cat and walked me through the process of during and after.. sending you all my love and gratitude. Thank you.

Had a nice experience here. They have a new location with very nice facilities so call to confirm the address as the one listed in Yelp was incorrect. We went through this process some years back with a different company in an industrial complex in downtown Phoenix that was outdoors where they just handed us the ashes in a paper bag when they were done. All Pets was so much better and extremely professional. They provide an indoor air conditioned viewing area and provide complementary bottled water. I find it quite cathartic seeing my pet placed into the crematory and being there when the ashes are removed and placed into the urn. I was able to take my dog to the vet to be euthanized and immediately take her to All Pets to be cremated. They have ovens (for lack of a better word) set aside to handle same day services. You pay a premium for this service, but this isn't something we do everyday and it is well worth it. Grateful to this business for being sensitive to our emotional well being that day. They have urns for sale, but there was no pressure to purchase and they were honest and mentioned there are less expensive urn options with online vendors. And when done the free urn they provided was a nice temporary home as we look for a permanent option. Way better than a paper bag. Highly recommend!

Jeff was so sweet. My daughters bun died very suddenly. She was 6 yrs old. We were treated with great empathy. They even sent us a sympathy card which my daughter was very thankful for. Id recommend absolutely for grieving pet owners.

From the moment I called this place, I was met with empathy, patience, and understanding. I was helped every step of the way and they even put me in touch with a vet who could perform the euthanasia necessary for my 18-year old cat. Any pet-owner can attest to the depth of despair they feel when they have to say goodbye, so having someone there to help dispel any confusion was such a blessing. They went above and beyond. Fast forward to today, 11-29-25. I called Entrusted Pets right when they opened at 9am and the call was answered by someone who responded in a manner that did not align with what I've come to expect from Entrusted Pets. I explained how my 11-year old German Shepherd was diagnosed with cancer and we were told she had maybe a week left. I asked if they still offered assistance with setting up the euthanasia and I was told no. I was then told that a vet would have to come to my place, and we would then have to bring our dog's body to them for the cremation. This is in stark contrast to my previous experiences where I could bring my pet to their facility, say goodbye, and they took care of everything after that. But today, there was no understanding, no support - it was very clinical and matter-of-fact. The entirety of the call lasted exactly one minute, and that included me asking all my questions. Unfortunately, this place isn't what is used to be. Instead, I'll just find a Vet to come to my home - as suggested - and take it from there.

I'm impressed that even if a person chooses the communal cremation that they bury the ashes in a very nice place in Payson that people can visit. I chose the semi-private option. I wasn't expecting it and lost it. There was even a casket piece mixed in sitting on top. I read through the process and everything I read said that wasn't supposed to happen. Jennifer had poor bed side manners and when spoke to me said "Hey lady, how's it going?" As if we were long time friends talking about the weather instead of handling the sensitive manner of my father's death. They never asked me if I wanted to do anything besides cremation and never offered any resources or information. I tried asking questions a few times and was treated like I was wasting their time. There was no dignity in the way they handled things and it makes me sick to think this was how my father's final wishes were handled. If they were this sloppy on the outside I'd hate to see how everything else was handled that I couldn't see.

In the meantime, simply trying to talk to the employees was so confusing. They kept changing the price of the cremation from $700.00 up to $1,900 even though it was stated quite clearly on their website the price was $700.00. One employee didn't know what the other was even talking about. They finally got $700.00, however due to my distress while in their facility, they enclosed his ashes in an urn type fake wooden little box with screws in the bottom & threw in an extra death certificate. One guy who posted on here stated they also cremate animals there as well. So, I have no idea who or what is enclosed in my husband's box. I do not trust them!

Our sweetest 13 year old mix, Nemmie, took a sharp turn for the worse after a brief battle with splenic cancer. I reached out to AARP on a Friday in hopes of scheduling them over the weekend. I was able to schedule online, and Shelley reached out the following morning to confirm the appointment and provide resources and instructions. Unfortunately, Nemmie's condition rapidly declined and it was clear that she would not make it to the original appointment. I reached out the Shelley, who was able to reschedule our appointment to that same day to make sure our sweet girl could be put to rest with dignity and little to no suffering. Dr. Falcone was the vet assigned to us. She called me roughly 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, letting me know that she was in the area and could arrive before the 12pm appointment. However, she also let us know that it was completely okay if we wanted her to wait until the original appointment time so we could spend an extra few minutes with our girl. She arrived promptly at the appointment time, and was nothing short of an angel for our girl (and for us) throughout the entire experience. I can imagine that having her job would not be an easy one. However, she handled our situation with such grace, empathy, and kindness. Before the procedure started, she took the time to walk us through each step of the process. She also made sure to be as gentle as possible, while getting Nemmie as comfortable as possible before everything started. We also have another dog in the house, who was very curious about what was going on. Dr. Falcone was so sweet to him as well, and let him sniff her, give licks, and be all up in her business prior to the procedure starting. She also did not rush us at any point in the slightest, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our sweet girl. Once the procedure had finished and Nemmie was no longer with us, again, Dr. Falcone let us have as much time as wanted to say our final goodbyes. She also allowed me the privilege of lifting my girl onto the stretcher, covering her with a blanket, and helping carry her out of our house and to Dr. Falcone's car for transportation to the crematorium. One small little touch that I'll forever remember. She was also very clear that there are two options for having your dog's ashes returned to you: either having them shipped to the vet, or shipped directly to your home. AARP's services, quality of care, and empathy for their clients & their pets are truly second to none. The opportunity to have been able to put our girl to rest in the comfort of her lifelong home while surrounded by love and comfort, is truly something that you can't put a price on. When your inevitable duty as a pet parent to see your pet off to the Rainbow Bridge comes, I can't recommend using All About Restful Pets enough. They truly are the best at what they do, and make the worst day of your life just a little bit better.

Even though I knew this moment was coming, no one can truly be prepared to wake up to find your beloved pet has passed away overnight. It was very difficult emotionally to process the loss, let alone trying to figure out what to do with his body. I called a few places that I found online, but the only person to call me back was Desmond (in 10 minutes no less!). He was able to drive over to our house right away. Desmond was kind, supportive, and very helpful. When he gave us his business card, I noticed a photo of one of his Dobermans on the card. It felt like a sign from above that my little Joey was going to be well taken care of. When Joey's ashes were ready, Desmond drove the remains back to our house and delivered the most wonderful package. The urn is a gorgeous wood box, and the clay paw print comes with a small display stand. Some of Joey's fur was also included in a little glass bottle. The note from the cremation center said a tree was planted as well. I've had other pets cremated in the past, but this is by far the most beautiful package I've seen. I would highly recommend Peaceful Pet Transport to anyone in this situation. Desmond is truly an angel and I'm very appreciative for his help through an extremely difficult time.
