June Balloon as a young healthy boy. How he looks and feels now that he is reunited with his brothers.

It is always such a hard decision to say goodbye to your best friend. Dr. Fixler and his tech ensured my family and me that we were making the best decision for our boy Junior. This was my first at home goodbye and I will never do it any other way with any other company in the future. Thank you for making the experience as good as it could possibly be. The team were patient with us as we said goodbye, gave us time alone with junior, there was no rush, and everything was explained in such an empathetic way. Thank you happy endings for helping our boy cross the rainbow bridge peacefully to be with his brothers.

Dr. Fixler and Grace did a wonderful job for us last week. We had to say goodbye to our Lab mix Meko after 15 years of being in our lives. They acted with professionalism and compassion. All of our questions were answered. We were given all the time we needed. We will call Happy Endings again in the future if we are in need of their services. Highly recommended!

Saying goodbye is never easy. Happy Endings coming to our home made the experience so much easier for us and for our beloved boy. Having our pup home, made letting him go so much easier knowing he was peaceful and calm. Dr. Fixler and his vet tech were so unbelievably kind and compassionate. We would highly recommend their services as an end of life option for your beloved pet.

It's listed on their website (under fees and packages), it depends on the package you pick....I would say this though, they are very professional and caring and I would choose them again if I needed to

Apparently she got into a cat fight and the puncture wounds on her belly abscessed rather quickly. I called several mobile vets in the hopes they could come to me as my cat was incredibly stressed and fearful and I didn't want to exacerbate it by taking her to our regular vet who only had long waits and no appointments available. When I called the office manager Tammy said they didn't have any appointments available, and that the vet tech had already gone home for the day, but after we spoke about what was going on she told me "hold on" and when she came back to the phone she said they were going to come to me right away. I could tell how much she cared about my cat just from our conversation. Dr. Garthe was wonderful with my poor grumpy girl, who isn't much of a people cat. She had her calmed (as calm as an in pain cat can be) and drained and cleaned the wound, and then taught me how to care for it. Today shes eating, drinking and even playing again! Its very apparent that she truly cares about our fur babies, and I would call her again in a heartbeat if I needed her. I would give an arm and a leg for my cat, but at the end of the day the superb care she provided was incredibly affordable. I would recommend Dr. Garthe to anyone looking for someone that cares about their animals like they're their own. Thank you Dr. Garthe, and Tammy, you were an incredible assistant! She was compassionate (she went above and beyond to make sure my pet was comfortable and felt no pain). She took her time (which allowed me to take my time saying goodbye). Tiffany made an impossible situation the best it could be for all involved, and I will be eternally grateful to her for that. Long version = My wonderful companion, Brigitte, the miniature poodle, was diagnosed with lung cancer in August 2025. She did well for most of the next few months, but after the new year she started declining. On the evening of January 5th, 2026, I made the decision that every pet owner dreads. I reached out to Tiffany at Pets at Peace that night, and she came to our house at 12:30 pm the next day. This next part is important so please read as it may help you and your pet. I told Tiffany my biggest worry was the initial injection used to sedate Brigitte before the euthanasia injection was given. For my past two dogs it was clear that this shot stung a little, which was distressing for them (at least briefly) and for me (ever since). So, before giving Brigitte that sedative/anesthesia injection, Tiffany gave Brigitte an oral sedative that made her fall asleep first (we were lucky; Brigitte was still eating until the very end and we were able to mix the oral sedative in with some bread and cheese, which she always loved). After several minutes, when I was comfortable Brigitte was deeply asleep, Tiffany injected the main sedative/anesthesia. I watched Brigitte very closely as this injection was administered and I was very relieved to see that she did not react at all. This was the greatest gift Tiffany gave both of us. After several more minutes passed, Tiffany administers the final injection. Again, I watched Brigitte very closely, and I am confident she died as quickly, painlessly, and peacefully as possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Tiffany and Pets at Peace, on behalf of both Brigitte and me.

"Judged", "very cold, detached and rude", as another review put it, is an understatement for our interaction. Unfortunately, what should have been a peaceful goodbye turned into one of the most traumatic experiences of my life because of how Dr. Christina handled the situation. From the moment she walked in, she barely acknowledged us. There was little to no warmth or compassion--just a quick assessment and then we were told we could begin. I stood my sweet girl up to walk outside, something we had been doing all day because she hated being carried. Instead of showing understanding, Dr. Christina abruptly told us we were hurting her and making things worse. In the middle of my grief, I asked her to show a little compassion. She completely shut us down and told us she was "the animal's only advocate," as if we hadn't spent 16 years loving and caring for our dog. Dr. Christina made NO efforts to de-escalate the situation even in the slightest. I won't pretend I handled it perfectly either. I was overwhelmed, heartbroken, and shocked by how cold she was given the circumstances. While I was outside cradling my dog, Dr. Christina stayed inside arguing with my crying mother and brother. Eventually, my family managed to calm things down enough so we could move forward--because it's not like you can "cancel" something like this once it starts. When she came out to where my pup and I were in the backyard, she administered the sedation and, through my tears, she looked me straight in the eyes and said, "I just want you to know I'm not in the wrong here." Then she left us outside and went back into our home. I sat there, absolutely shattered, trying to focus on my dog and give her the goodbye she deserved. But instead of peace, we were left with trauma. My mother stayed up all night second-guessing everything, searching the internet for reassurance that we had done right by our pup--because of how judged and dismissed we felt. On top of grieving, my family now had to process the implication that we were not advocating for my baby and how cruelly and coldly it was all handled. This was one of the most painful, dehumanizing experiences I've ever been through--and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. While I understand that Dr. Christina's job is extremely challenging and emotionally taxing, it is important to acknowledge that with such a role comes a responsibility to show compassion and professionalism. Families who make the heartbreaking decision are already enduring an incredibly difficult experience. A basic level of bedside manner is not optional--it is essential. The people saying goodbye to a beloved companion deserve empathy, respect, and care from the professionals entrusted with such a deeply personal moment. We pay for a service, not personal opinion and judgment.

With a decision like this comes so much doubt and guilt. You question whether you're doing the right thing, whether they might somehow pull through, and the emotional weight can feel overwhelming. On September 21st, 2023 Dr. Ryan Pearce lifted that weight from my heart. From the moment he arrived, he approached everything with compassion, calm, and professionalism. He gently explained just how sick Rambo truly was and gave me reassurance that choosing euthanasia was an act of love, not failure. He answered every question we had, never rushed us, and gave our family the time and space we needed both before and after Rambo passed. His wife, Jessica, was just as thoughtful and kind. She later hand-delivered Rambo's ashes in a beautiful wooden urn. They also provided two paw print molds, one for me and one for my mom along with several stamped paw prints. One was even framed and sits on my dresser to this day. Although I may have read about these keepsakes on their website while searching through my grief, receiving them felt like the most meaningful and comforting surprise. Being able to share those pieces with my mom meant so much. Two years before losing Rambo, I had used another in-home service that was good but Dr. Pearce and Jessica were truly exceptional. Their compassion, attention to detail, and genuine care made an unbearable day more peaceful. On February 11th, 2026, we chose them again because of the experience we had. It was time to say goodbye to Cinco, my sister's dog, who my mom had taken in and cared for. Cinco was 16 years old and had outlived all of our other dogs. Losing her felt especially heavy for my mom. There was something about her being the last one, the one who had been there through everything, that made the grief deeper and it still is. In a time when it feels like you cannot possibly make it through the pain, Dr. Pearce's kindness and steady presence helped relieve some of that weight. That kind of compassion stays with you. We are forever grateful that both Rambo and Cinco were able to pass with dignity, love, and gentleness. We cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Selena, Jeanne and Tyree

Our sweetest 13 year old mix, Nemmie, took a sharp turn for the worse after a brief battle with splenic cancer. I reached out to AARP on a Friday in hopes of scheduling them over the weekend. I was able to schedule online, and Shelley reached out the following morning to confirm the appointment and provide resources and instructions. Unfortunately, Nemmie's condition rapidly declined and it was clear that she would not make it to the original appointment. I reached out the Shelley, who was able to reschedule our appointment to that same day to make sure our sweet girl could be put to rest with dignity and little to no suffering. Dr. Falcone was the vet assigned to us. She called me roughly 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, letting me know that she was in the area and could arrive before the 12pm appointment. However, she also let us know that it was completely okay if we wanted her to wait until the original appointment time so we could spend an extra few minutes with our girl. She arrived promptly at the appointment time, and was nothing short of an angel for our girl (and for us) throughout the entire experience. I can imagine that having her job would not be an easy one. However, she handled our situation with such grace, empathy, and kindness. Before the procedure started, she took the time to walk us through each step of the process. She also made sure to be as gentle as possible, while getting Nemmie as comfortable as possible before everything started. We also have another dog in the house, who was very curious about what was going on. Dr. Falcone was so sweet to him as well, and let him sniff her, give licks, and be all up in her business prior to the procedure starting. She also did not rush us at any point in the slightest, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our sweet girl. Once the procedure had finished and Nemmie was no longer with us, again, Dr. Falcone let us have as much time as wanted to say our final goodbyes. She also allowed me the privilege of lifting my girl onto the stretcher, covering her with a blanket, and helping carry her out of our house and to Dr. Falcone's car for transportation to the crematorium. One small little touch that I'll forever remember. She was also very clear that there are two options for having your dog's ashes returned to you: either having them shipped to the vet, or shipped directly to your home. AARP's services, quality of care, and empathy for their clients & their pets are truly second to none. The opportunity to have been able to put our girl to rest in the comfort of her lifelong home while surrounded by love and comfort, is truly something that you can't put a price on. When your inevitable duty as a pet parent to see your pet off to the Rainbow Bridge comes, I can't recommend using All About Restful Pets enough. Noticing our girl's arthritis was getting worse, and the light in her eyes was not what it once was, we decided it was time to let our girl rest in peace. After much research/phone calls, we decided on Peaceful Passing to come to our home. We had to schedule about a week and a half out (quite daunting to know a date was coming), and we took care of payment in advance. The day of, they called us asking how we would like to remit payment (ugh). I made flower leis for our girl and my toddler son to wear, as we wanted to have her collar, and we waited for the call that the Dr was about 10 min out...then I broke down. After the Dr came, and she was at peace, we spent some time with her saying goodbye. She was taken with her blanket she was on, and we requested for it back. When it came time to pick her up, there was no blanket (I realized when I got home). I called, and they said they would look into it. A couple days later, they said it's ready to be picked up and they found it; I got it, and it smelled strong like Tide...which we don't use. After my mind went crazy with assumptions, I called them asking for an explanation; the blanket was washed because of bodily fluids, and they sent it home with another family! I was so sad that it didn't have her smell anymore, and that they mixed that up, and didn't tell me. My trust for them really went out the window with this ending...and wasn't really impressed with their presentation (we got a white gift bag, no writing, and a tin box). Booking was easy, I filled out their online form and within about 15-minutes, I received a text offering additional assistance and the opportunity to book the service for my dog. They do take Care Credit which was a great help. Although I cancelled my first appointment due to my uncertainty that it was indeed time, I was able to reschedule also through text. The doctor, Dr. Frost, gave me a call when she was on her way and was very compassion both over the phone as well as upon arrival and throughout the process. While having my 15 year old dog euthanized was a tough and heartbreaking decision to make, I felt comfort knowing that not only was my dog going through this process in the comfort of his own home, but also by a team who truly cared. I would highly recommend Angel Veterinary Services to others making the same difficult decision, especially for the comfort provided throughout the process.
