    Lady Dante! My girl
    Jay Y.

A Compassionate Farewell for out Beloved Girl Lady Dante! Losing a beloved pet is one of life's most heartbreaking experiences, but Dr. Pearce and his team made an impossibly difficult situation as peaceful and dignified as possible for our precious girl. From the very first phone call, Dr. Pearce demonstrated genuine compassion and understanding. When we needed to reschedule, there was never any pressure or inconvenience on their part. He took the time to help us navigate the toughest decision any pet parent has to make - knowing when it's time to let our best friend go. When the day arrived, Dr. Pearce never rushed us. He allowed us all the time we needed to say goodbye, showing the kind of empathy that made all the difference during such an emotional moment. Having had a difficult experience with another veterinarian previously, I can honestly say this experience was 1000 times better. Our girl was able to pass peacefully at home, surrounded by love. The care didn't end there. After the holiday weekend, the dr. Pearce wife personally brought our girl back home. The thoughtful presentation meant everything - they had carefully prepared paw prints in both carbon (framed) and clay, included a heartfelt sympathy letter, and presented her urn with such care and respect. In the midst of losing my best friend, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Pearce and his team understand that our pets are family, and they treated us - and our girl - with the dignity and compassion we needed during this incredibly difficult time. If you're facing this heartbreaking decision, I cannot recommend this service highly enough. They will help you give your beloved companion the peaceful, loving farewell they deserve. **Thank you for helping us honor our girl's memory with such grace and kindness.**

Thank you to Dr. Pearce and his wife for making the hardest decision I've ever had to make, a little bit easier to cope and deal with. The compassion and care he showed to my boy Rocco in his final moments will always be remembered. I would highly recommend Dr Pearce.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Pearce at Serenity Pet Euthanasia. This was the hardest decision we had to make for our 13 year old kidney cat Ziggy and Dr. Pearce was so gentle and kind from the minute he walked through our door. He gave us so much grace and space to feel the pain we were feeling while giving us words of comfort that we were doing this in the most comfortable and painless way possible for our baby. This decision came unexpectedly and Dr. Pearce was available and accommodating to our schedule and needs. We can't thank him and his wife enough for how comforting they made this extremely difficult experience. We will cherish the mementos of our babies paw prints forever! Thank you, Dr. Pearce!

e recently had to say goodbye to our beloved dog, Porter, and while it was one of the hardest moments of our lives, we are incredibly grateful to have had the support of Serenity's at home service. Knowing Porter was able to pass peacefully in the comfort of his own home -- his safe space -- brought us a sense of comfort during such a heartbreaking time. Dr. Pearce was truly exceptional. He was professional, warm, and compassionate-- treating Porter with the utmost respect and care from the moment he arrived. His presence helped bring a sense of peace to a very emotional day, and we will always be thankful for that. Everything was handled with such thoughtfulness and care, from the timely return of Porter's ashes to the beautiful clay and ink paw prints that we now treasure deeply. Thank you Jessica for bringing him back home to us. These keepsakes mean so much to our family. Thank you for making an incredibly painful experience just a little bit gentler, and for honoring Porter with such dignity. Much Love, The Temples (Porter too )

    "Stormi" age 20. Born July 5, 2005 to December 29, 2025.

I can't even begin to find the words to explain the compassion and empathy that Dr Pearce and his wife Jessica show during the most difficult time a pet owner can endure. Dr Pearce fully explained the process, at which time he also made sure I knew this was "my time" to say my good-byes. The steps at which we progressed was my decision. At my request, Dr Pearce did stay with me. Emotionally, and spiritually, for me, Dr Pearce was the calm for what was taking place in my life. My "Stormi" passed away December 29th, 2025. She lived a full and spoiled wonderful life of 20 years plus. Dr Pearce let me wrap her in the blanket I bought ( pink and red hearts) and I carried her to his car. Dr Pearce helped me lay her on a soft pink pillow and draped another soft pink blanket over her. And I said my final goodbye as I put my nose to her fur. The saying..." I loved you your whole life, now I will miss you the rest of mine" is so very true. "Stormi" was cremated on Dec.31st and returned to me on January 3rd by Jessica, Dr Pearce's wife. She handed me a white bag that contained Storm's ashes, 2 plaster paw prints, and ink prints, of which one was framed. This act of kindness brought about a peace seeing her paw prints. And for that I am so grateful. Dr Pearce and Jessica of Serenity Pet Euthanasia go beyond 5 stars. I will not be replacing my beloved Stormi, the pain is too great when you have to make this kind of decision . I just hope that if you are reading this, and it is a decision you are trying to make for your pet, please call Serenity.

Making the decision for our sweet Luna was one of the hardest decisions we had to make. Dr. Pearce was so kind and caring, walked us thru every step. He made sure Luna was comfortable and at peace. We are so thankful for his kindness in a very difficult time for our family. When she was brought back home by Jessica, Dr. Pearce's lovely wife we were surprised by the beautiful letter and her precious paw prints. This is not an easy thing to go through but We highly recommend Serenity.

Our sweetest 13 year old mix, Nemmie, took a sharp turn for the worse after a brief battle with splenic cancer. I reached out to AARP on a Friday in hopes of scheduling them over the weekend. I was able to schedule online, and Shelley reached out the following morning to confirm the appointment and provide resources and instructions. Unfortunately, Nemmie's condition rapidly declined and it was clear that she would not make it to the original appointment. I reached out the Shelley, who was able to reschedule our appointment to that same day to make sure our sweet girl could be put to rest with dignity and little to no suffering. Dr. Falcone was the vet assigned to us. She called me roughly 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, letting me know that she was in the area and could arrive before the 12pm appointment. However, she also let us know that it was completely okay if we wanted her to wait until the original appointment time so we could spend an extra few minutes with our girl. She arrived promptly at the appointment time, and was nothing short of an angel for our girl (and for us) throughout the entire experience. I can imagine that having her job would not be an easy one. However, she handled our situation with such grace, empathy, and kindness. Before the procedure started, she took the time to walk us through each step of the process. She also made sure to be as gentle as possible, while getting Nemmie as comfortable as possible before everything started. We also have another dog in the house, who was very curious about what was going on. Dr. Falcone was so sweet to him as well, and let him sniff her, give licks, and be all up in her business prior to the procedure starting. She also did not rush us at any point in the slightest, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our sweet girl. Once the procedure had finished and Nemmie was no longer with us, again, Dr. Falcone let us have as much time as wanted to say our final goodbyes. She also allowed me the privilege of lifting my girl onto the stretcher, covering her with a blanket, and helping carry her out of our house and to Dr. Falcone's car for transportation to the crematorium. One small little touch that I'll forever remember. She was also very clear that there are two options for having your dog's ashes returned to you: either having them shipped to the vet, or shipped directly to your home. AARP's services, quality of care, and empathy for their clients & their pets are truly second to none. The opportunity to have been able to put our girl to rest in the comfort of her lifelong home while surrounded by love and comfort, is truly something that you can't put a price on. When your inevitable duty as a pet parent to see your pet off to the Rainbow Bridge comes, I can't recommend using All About Restful Pets enough. They truly are the best at what they do, and make the worst day of your life just a little bit better.

"Judged", "very cold, detached and rude", as another review put it, is an understatement for our interaction. Unfortunately, what should have been a peaceful goodbye turned into one of the most traumatic experiences of my life because of how Dr. Christina handled the situation. From the moment she walked in, she barely acknowledged us. There was little to no warmth or compassion--just a quick assessment and then we were told we could begin. I stood my sweet girl up to walk outside, something we had been doing all day because she hated being carried. Instead of showing understanding, Dr. Christina abruptly told us we were hurting her and making things worse. In the middle of my grief, I asked her to show a little compassion. She completely shut us down and told us she was "the animal's only advocate," as if we hadn't spent 16 years loving and caring for our dog. Dr. Christina made NO efforts to de-escalate the situation even in the slightest. I won't pretend I handled it perfectly either. I was overwhelmed, heartbroken, and shocked by how cold she was given the circumstances. While I was outside cradling my dog, Dr. Christina stayed inside arguing with my crying mother and brother. Eventually, my family managed to calm things down enough so we could move forward--because it's not like you can "cancel" something like this once it starts. When she came out to where my pup and I were in the backyard, she administered the sedation and, through my tears, she looked me straight in the eyes and said, "I just want you to know I'm not in the wrong here." Then she left us outside and went back into our home. I sat there, absolutely shattered, trying to focus on my dog and give her the goodbye she deserved. But instead of peace, we were left with trauma. My mother stayed up all night second-guessing everything, searching the internet for reassurance that we had done right by our pup--because of how judged and dismissed we felt. On top of grieving, my family now had to process the implication that we were not advocating for my baby and how cruelly and coldly it was all handled. This was one of the most painful, dehumanizing experiences I've ever been through--and I wouldn't wish it on anyone. While I understand that Dr. Christina's job is extremely challenging and emotionally taxing, it is important to acknowledge that with such a role comes a responsibility to show compassion and professionalism. Families who make the heartbreaking decision are already enduring an incredibly difficult experience. A basic level of bedside manner is not optional--it is essential. The people saying goodbye to a beloved companion deserve empathy, respect, and care from the professionals entrusted with such a deeply personal moment. We pay for a service, not personal opinion and judgment.

She was compassionate (she went above and beyond to make sure my pet was comfortable and felt no pain). She took her time (which allowed me to take my time saying goodbye). Tiffany made an impossible situation the best it could be for all involved, and I will be eternally grateful to her for that. Long version = My wonderful companion, Brigitte, the miniature poodle, was diagnosed with lung cancer in August 2025. She did well for most of the next few months, but after the new year she started declining. On the evening of January 5th, 2026, I made the decision that every pet owner dreads. I reached out to Tiffany at Pets at Peace that night, and she came to our house at 12:30 pm the next day. This next part is important so please read as it may help you and your pet. I told Tiffany my biggest worry was the initial injection used to sedate Brigitte before the euthanasia injection was given. For my past two dogs it was clear that this shot stung a little, which was distressing for them (at least briefly) and for me (ever since). So, before giving Brigitte that sedative/anesthesia injection, Tiffany gave Brigitte an oral sedative that made her fall asleep first (we were lucky; Brigitte was still eating until the very end and we were able to mix the oral sedative in with some bread and cheese, which she always loved). After several minutes, when I was comfortable Brigitte was deeply asleep, Tiffany injected the main sedative/anesthesia. I watched Brigitte very closely as this injection was administered and I was very relieved to see that she did not react at all. This was the greatest gift Tiffany gave both of us. After several more minutes passed, Tiffany administers the final injection. Again, I watched Brigitte very closely, and I am confident she died as quickly, painlessly, and peacefully as possible. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Tiffany and Pets at Peace, on behalf of both Brigitte and me.

Noticing our girl's arthritis was getting worse, and the light in her eyes was not what it once was, we decided it was time to let our girl rest in peace. After much research/phone calls, we decided on Peaceful Passing to come to our home. We had to schedule about a week and a half out (quite daunting to know a date was coming), and we took care of payment in advance. The day of, they called us asking how we would like to remit payment (ugh). I made flower leis for our girl and my toddler son to wear, as we wanted to have her collar, and we waited for the call that the Dr was about 10 min out...then I broke down. After the Dr came, and she was at peace, we spent some time with her saying goodbye. She was taken with her blanket she was on, and we requested for it back. When it came time to pick her up, there was no blanket (I realized when I got home). I called, and they said they would look into it. A couple days later, they said it's ready to be picked up and they found it; I got it, and it smelled strong like Tide...which we don't use. After my mind went crazy with assumptions, I called them asking for an explanation; the blanket was washed because of bodily fluids, and they sent it home with another family! I was so sad that it didn't have her smell anymore, and that they mixed that up, and didn't tell me. My trust for them really went out the window with this ending...and wasn't really impressed with their presentation (we got a white gift bag, no writing, and a tin box).
