Dr. Pearce is an Amazing gentle man. Out of my six felines who transitioned and the many others I held and witnessed who were beloved clients of mine over the years, there was only one (sadly) that In my opinion was done with divinity and respect. Fortunately, My Tiera- mysu was blessed to with Dr. Peace as her Doctor. Dr. Pearce was calm n gentle. I have had absolutely horrible experiences with in home end of life services. Acutally the reason, I became a professional pet care provider 28 years ago was from what happened in my own home with a horrible vet to my soul cat. I digress. Dr. Preace taped a small tube to her arm and asked if I was ready for her to have the sedative. Tiera would go to sleep but would still be alive. I took my time n Told him when I was ready. Afterwards, When I was ready, He injected the final dose to stop her heart. I am stating exacting what happens so you know what to expect. It is best to be prepared. I will never get past what happened to my babe n the vet who killed my cat in my home. Choose Dr. Pearce n have the best Transition ... I am writing to highly recommend Serenity In-Home Pet Euthanasia for anyone facing the difficult decision to euthanize a suffering pet. Dr. Ryan Pearce is a licensed DVM who safely performs in-home euthanasia and is proficient in palliative care, pain management, and humane end-of-life protocols. When I reached out, Dr. Pearce responded immediately to my request for a consultation and was able to schedule a same-day appointment within just a few hours to relieve the pain of my suffering cat, Princess. Throughout the process, Dr. Pearce was professional, considerate, and incredibly patient, even helping me locate my cat while she was hiding among moving boxes. The arrangements were deeply respectful of my grief; Dr. Pearce prepared a quiet, comfortable space for Princess and provided a pink pillow and blanket for her transport afterward. I highly recommend this outstanding veterinarian for this challenging but necessary service. read more

I called Dr. Pearce on a Friday 12/26/25 at 12:20 to see if I could schedule a visit for my 12-year-old French bulldog who has CHF. She has labored breathing, hasn't wanted to eat, and her meds just aren't working. Her health has been some good days, some bad, but today was unfortunately one of those bad ones. My biggest concern is she isn't suffering. I left a message and Dr. Pearce called me back almost immediately 12:23. He let me know that he doesn't service this area since it's about an hour from his home (52.6 miles), I appreciate how quickly he returned my call. Living out here can be challenging because many services just aren't available. My regular vet is only open Monday-Thursday until 4 p.m. which is difficult to work around as a teacher. Even though Dr. Pearce couldn't help us directly, I'm very grateful for his prompt response and professionalism during a stressful and emotional time. read more

Serenity In Home Pet Euthanasia - Phi. 12 year old French Bulldog (CHF) - Veterinarians Near Me - Mesa, Arizona

Making the decision to say goodbye to my French bulldog, Rambo, was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. Rambo was my baby, and I was absolutely dreading this moment. With a decision like this comes so much doubt and guilt. You question whether you're doing the right thing, whether they might somehow pull through, and the emotional weight can feel overwhelming. On September 21st, 2023 Dr. Ryan Pearce lifted that weight from my heart. From the moment he arrived, he approached everything with compassion, calm, and professionalism. He gently explained just how sick Rambo truly was and gave me reassurance that choosing euthanasia was an act of love, not failure. He answered every question we had, never rushed us, and gave our family the time and space we needed both before and after Rambo passed. His wife, Jessica, was just as thoughtful and kind. She later hand-delivered Rambo's ashes in a beautiful wooden urn. They also provided two paw print molds, one for me and one for my mom along with several stamped paw prints. One was even framed and sits on my dresser to this day. Although I may have read about these keepsakes on their website while searching through my grief, receiving them felt like the most meaningful and comforting surprise. Being able to share those pieces with my mom meant so much. Two years before losing Rambo, I had used another in-home service that was good but Dr. Pearce and Jessica were truly exceptional. Their compassion, attention to detail, and genuine care made an unbearable day more peaceful. On February 11th, 2026, we chose them again because of the experience we had. It was time to say goodbye to Cinco, my sister's dog, who my mom had taken in and cared for. Cinco was 16 years old and had outlived all of our other dogs. Losing her felt especially heavy for my mom. There was something about her being the last one, the one who had been there through everything, that made the grief deeper and it still is. In a time when it feels like you cannot possibly make it through the pain, Dr. Pearce's kindness and steady presence helped relieve some of that weight. That kind of compassion stays with you. We are forever grateful that both Rambo and Cinco were able to pass with dignity, love, and gentleness. We cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Selena, Jeanne and Tyree read more

A Compassionate Farewell for out Beloved Girl Lady Dante! Losing a beloved pet is one of life's most heartbreaking experiences, but Dr. Pearce and his team made an impossibly difficult situation as peaceful and dignified as possible for our precious girl. From the very first phone call, Dr. Pearce demonstrated genuine compassion and understanding. When we needed to reschedule, there was never any pressure or inconvenience on their part. He took the time to help us navigate the toughest decision any pet parent has to make - knowing when it's time to let our best friend go. When the day arrived, Dr. Pearce never rushed us. He allowed us all the time we needed to say goodbye, showing the kind of empathy that made all the difference during such an emotional moment. Having had a difficult experience with another veterinarian previously, I can honestly say this experience was 1000 times better. Our girl was able to pass peacefully at home, surrounded by love. The care didn't end there. After the holiday weekend, the dr. Pearce wife personally brought our girl back home. The thoughtful presentation meant everything - they had carefully prepared paw prints in both carbon (framed) and clay, included a heartfelt sympathy letter, and presented her urn with such care and respect. In the midst of losing my best friend, I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Dr. Pearce and his team understand that our pets are family, and they treated us - and our girl - with the dignity and compassion we needed during this incredibly difficult time. If you're facing this heartbreaking decision, I cannot recommend this service highly enough. I can't even begin to find the words to explain the compassion and empathy that Dr Pearce and his wife Jessica show during the most difficult time a pet owner can endure. Dr Pearce fully explained the process, at which time he also made sure I knew this was "my time" to say my good-byes. The steps at which we progressed was my decision. At my request, Dr Pearce did stay with me. Emotionally, and spiritually, for me, Dr Pearce was the calm for what was taking place in my life. My "Stormi" passed away December 29th, 2025. She lived a full and spoiled wonderful life of 20 years plus. Dr Pearce let me wrap her in the blanket I bought ( pink and red hearts) and I carried her to his car. Dr Pearce helped me lay her on a soft pink pillow and draped another soft pink blanket over her. And I said my final goodbye as I put my nose to her fur. The saying..." I loved you your whole life, now I will miss you the rest of mine" is so very true. "Stormi" was cremated on Dec.31st and returned to me on January 3rd by Jessica, Dr Pearce's wife. She handed me a white bag that contained Storm's ashes, 2 plaster paw prints, and ink prints, of which one was framed. This act of kindness brought about a peace seeing her paw prints. And for that I am so grateful. Dr Pearce and Jessica of Serenity Pet Euthanasia go beyond 5 stars. I will not be replacing my beloved Stormi, the pain is too great when you have to make this kind of decision . I just hope that if you are reading this, and it is a decision you are trying to make for your pet, please call Serenity. read more

Dr. Pearce is empathetic, understanding and made the whole process a lot easier to say goodbye to our 11 year old Tibetan Mastiff (especially when our regular vet seemed more interested in extracting every dollar from us they could with tests and prolonging the inevitable). We had seen significant degradation in our dogs health over the previous 18 months and we knew it was time given how low her quality of life was. It's never an easy decision to make, but I honestly believe after going through the experience that doing "in home" is a lot easier on the animal also (way less stress). read more

Maddy"s least favorite place was a trip to the vets. That's when I reached out to Dr. Pearce. The process was so peaceful for Maddy and myself. I had her back in four days. Dr. Pearce is absolutely amazing. My old boys Buddy and Mater, both 13 years old, declined very quickly in a short amount of time. It was, without a doubt, time for them to rest . The following week, his wife dropped off our dogs' ashes and beautiful keepsakes of their paws. I would 100% recommend Serenity to anyone whose pets are nearing end of life. I'm gonna be short, cause it's a hard subject. I'm skeptical of reviews, especially so many positive ones. That being said, the reviews I've read are correct. Very professional on every level. The services aren't available 24/7 as the doctor clearly has a family. And I wasn't the best either cancelling I think twice. All and all, I wound strongly recommend. It's a lot of money but there were several cheaper options available and really, you get what you pay for. In the end, you'll forget about the cost relative to what you're really losing. read more

This review is overdue, but it's been a rough time. At the end of April, I came to the realization I needed to let my sweet boy go, who had been suffering from cluster seizures for almost 2 years. He had suffered a recent cluster event that took the last bit of functionality from him and he was struggling, my vet felt he did have a brain tumor and things would only get worse, and they were already very bad. He referred me to a colleague and that doctor was Dr. Pearce. I had to wait a few days longer than I wanted to as he wasn't available right away, but I'm so glad I did rather than go with someone else who wasn't recommended to me. Dr. Pearce was kind and comforting, it's obvious he truly cares about his patients, even though his time with them is brief, and their heartbroken owners. I never felt rushed through any part of the process, and every request was graciously accommodated, such as my request for a nose print. I said goodbye to my beloved Connor on our balcony, his favorite place to be, on a beautiful morning with birds chirping and blue skies, it was beautiful and peaceful. Dr. Pearce was so gentle with him after, placing him in a fluffy bed and covering him with a baby blue blanket, he looked so at peace, finally, after fighting for so long. I hated to let him go and Dr. Pearce let me have as much time as I needed with him afterward. Less than two weeks later his lovely wife hand-delivered my boy home and I was surprised by all the incredible gifts. Pawprints in ink, framed, and clay, my requested noseprints, a lovely card, it was so nice. I cannot recommend Dr. Pearce enough, he really helped make a painful decision and process easier with his kindness, gentleness, and warmth. We dread this day from the time we bring our little furry babies home and it's never easy, but being able to do it at home, where they're comfortable and with a doctor who truly cares and it shows, makes it a little easier. read more
