All we can say is WOW! We haven't found a Vet service that we are more comfortable with, The receptionist and vet tech were wonderful, and, Dr Anna Krumins is Fantastic. The time she took with our Dog child and the conversation we had was outstanding. She shared more knowledge with us than any other vet has. we are very happy with her service. We were referred to Curem when our usual vet was unavailable, at the hardest time. Our 17-year-old chihuahua took a sudden turn in her health, and it was time to help her cross the rainbow bridge. From the first phone call through the entire process, the compassion shown to us was something we are so deeply grateful for and will never forget. The environment at Curem was calm and serene for all of us. They offered goodbye treats, explained every single step, and never once made us feel rushed. It went as well as this heartbreaking moment possibly could. We were given paw and nose prints, a clip of her fur, a beautiful memorial box, and a card signed by the entire staff. Dr. Robinson is wonderful, prices are reasonable and Kami is THE BEST. We've used Curem for the last year or so, after leaving another vet practice that didn't have a regular veterinarian on staff. Dr. Robinson takes her time with you, and listens! But the reason that I'm writing the review today is to give a big shout out toKami... Right now we are out of state, and my dog needs another allergy shot, so I called to find out when our last shot was, and how much it cost. Kami told me that when I found the new vet to just give her a quick call back to let her know and that she would get records to them right away. When I did, I gave Kami the fax number, and she asked if I had an email address instead. When I didn't, she told me not to worry, she would call the new vet herself (which she did) got the records over them, and then called me back to see if I wanted another set of records sent to me personally. Within 10 minutes. I don't receive this level of service from anybody, anywhere these days. She is just incredible!!! (Oh, and she's super good with your pet, too! I took my pretty big male Rottweiler Gus to Curem for the first time yesterday. Understandably, some vets can be leery of my dogs. but there was no hesitancy, everyone from the front desk to the techs were friendly and greeted him so nicely. I love that intake, new patient stuff, and check out is done in a room, so you don't have to try and wrangle a dog and write, pay etc. Everything is explained and pricing given up front. We highly recommend Dr Robinson. While most vets we have been to have been ok Dr Robinson was far more than that. We took our 13 yr old lab there as she started with breathing difficulty and other symptoms. Unfortunately the prognosis was not good as there was no cure and vet gave her a week or so to live. We decided to have her put to sleep, rather than watch her suffer. Dr Robinson explained everything to us and we stayed throughout the procedure. Dr Robinson went above and beyond with her compassion and care. I don't think we could have got a better vet anywhere under these difficult circumstances. Loved the place! Everyone was so helpful, our dog was having health issues and the vet and their technicians explained thoroughly that I was able to understand what was going on with my pet. I wish I could give this clinic more than 5 stars. They we amazing with our reactive dog who does not tolerate being handled by strangers, but can be examined if we are allowed to restrain him. Curem allowed us to do that. Everyone in the clinic was so good about accommodating him. Shae (vet tech?) was so calm and reassuring when she was in the room with us that our dog hardly barked at all, which is a huge difference from every other place we've been to. He needed surgery and Curem was the only place that would let my daughter and me stay with him while he went to sleep and then let us get him from his run when he was ready to come home. Keeping the whole experience as low stress as possible for our dog was a priority for them and we really appreciated that. Dr. Robinson performed the surgery and did a great job. On top of all that no one at Curem ever made us feel bad about the way our dog behaved. If you have a reactive dog that is difficult to manage at the vet's, I can't recommend Curem enough!! read more

Highly recommend!! Since my dog is now a senior, I've been looking for a well trusted vet that I feel comfortable with and I definitely felt that way at this clinic. My dog went in for an exam/ annual vaccines and I didn't feel rushed at all like I have at previous vets, they really took their time to look at her medical history and care for her during the appointment. We brought our 15 year old cat here for what we thought was an abscessed tooth but turned out to be a tumor on his jaw. He could no longer eat and was losing weight. We had never been here before but were referred here by our mobile vet, Dr. Adair. Everyone here was wonderful! They handled our Bengal cat with care and gentleness. We decided to end his suffering and put him to sleep. When we picked up his ashes, they included a card signed by the entire staff, a clay disc with his name and the imprint of his paw, and a baggie with some of his hair! We had never been here before but they treated us like we had been going there for the 15 years we had Tucker! Absolutely the best care, expertise, and thoughtfulness!!! If I could give this veterinary clinic 100 stars out of 5, I would. My cat Geisha had been showing signs of having breathing problems and I just happened to book an appointment with this vet since they had the soonest available same-day appointment for Geisha to be seen on 3/15/2024. The staff here is the most friendly, empathetic, caring employees I've ever received service from. Sadly, my Geisha needed to be put to sleep due to a cancerous tumor growing between her lungs. I was devastated and still am. The veterinarian and her staff were extremely polite, empathic, and caring to toward Geisha, me and my family that day. They offered cremation services and even though in that moment that's the last thing I wanted to think of, they offered it in a way of respect. Just yesterday I picked up Geisha's urn and this clinic included a hand-written note with sweet grievance messages from all the staff including the doctor. The amount of love I felt was overwhelming. I will only be seeing this vet from now on for my other cat. The customer service here is unmatched. read more

Our cat developed a large abrasion under her neck/ upper chest that she wouldn't stop scratching. It looked really bad, started to smell, and was bleeding at times. I tried calling several nearby vets and was told I would need to wait a few WEEKS before we could be seen, and that essentially my only option was an emergency vet. I called a few of those and was quoted a couple hours wait time. Fortunately, I stumbled across Curem's website and decided to give them a call. The office is brand new, so they were able to get our cat in within the hour! The staff was professional and gentle with our very skittish cat. So happy I found this clinic. Since I moved to Arizona it has been hard to find a good vet, or one that you can get an appointment the same day.
