Me and my wife needed to put down our 13 month old Chihuahua (steve) due to a Deterioration in his liver. We immediately knew we wanted this process to be done in the comfort of our home. That's when we found Dr Kelly. She was more than happy to accommodate our wishes, and was extremely professional. She even took the time to allow our other dogs the chance to say goodbye afterwards which definitely helped them. I've recommended Dr Kelly to 3 of my closest friends that have all used her and we're all extremely grateful for the care, consideration, and professionalism that Dr Kelly brings to each appointment. Having a few other dogs that will eventually need the same care. We will definitely be using her again. Thank you again for the comfort and care that went into Steve's passing.

Do yourself and your beloved pet a huge good deed, and bring Dr. Collins into your home to help you with this most incredibly difficult situation. Such a peaceful and confirming way to say goodbye to your pet. The hardest part of euthanasia is being at peace with the decision to do this for your pet, and Dr. Collins helps you to fully come to terms with this last act of love for your pet. Today she helped us say goodbye to our dog Bella. The small extra amount spent to do this in-home means nothing when compared to the knowledge that you did all you could for yourself and for your pet - as your last act of love.

    Batman

On what was an incredibly sad and difficult day, Dr. Collins was the most perfect person to help us say goodbye to our dear cat, Batman, following a short battle with lung cancer. She was available to come out the same day and was so understanding and pleasant on the phone and was so very kind to me, my family and Batman upon her arrival. We had never been through this experience before and she was incredible with explaining the procedure and treated him (and us) with kindness, respect and dignity the entire time. Allowing him to pass at home where he felt safe, comfortable and surrounded by his loved ones was the best choice we could have made and we couldn't have done it without Dr. Collins. She arranged to have Batman's cremains delivered to our vet. We couldn't have picked a more compassionate person to give us peace and comfort through such a difficult time and honor our sweet boy, Batman. I will be forever grateful to her.

    Remembering Loki
    Nicole T.

Our beloved cat Loki became sick and was deteriorating rapidly. Bloodwork at an emergency vet confirmed he was suffering from kidney failure. I wanted Loki to be able pass peacefully in the comfort of his own home surrounded by his family, so I brought him home and began searching for in-home euthanasia services, but no one was available. One provider recommended Pets At Rest, and I'm so thankful for that because Dr. Collins made a few adjustments in her schedule and was able to come on short notice. She also facilitated our wishes to have Loki cremated. The experience, although so sad, gave us comfort that we could help Loki's suffering end in the most comforting way. Dr. Collins helped us tremendously in a heartbreaking situation. I've since recommended her service to others. Call Dr. Collins first!

It was so comforting to have my dog Peaches euthanized at home. Dr. Collins was calm and caring. I was able to give my dog treats as she received her first shot. She fell asleep while eating her favorite treat. I am very sad that she has passed, but happy because she was not stressed and literally did not know that something was happening.

The online scheduling made the process so much easier. I really appreciated that feature. We booked a couple days out to give us more time with our girl but unfortunately that wasn't in the stars. I called Dr Collins sobbing to see if we could move our appointment to same day. How she understood me through tears is a skill in itself. Dr Collins was professional and kind and was able to come over within hours. She and her tech were very warm and made the process as comfortable as possible. They really kept our girl Pinky in mind throughout the visit and they were so sensitive. Thank you.

Even though I knew this moment was coming, no one can truly be prepared to wake up to find your beloved pet has passed away overnight. It was very difficult emotionally to process the loss, let alone trying to figure out what to do with his body. I called a few places that I found online, but the only person to call me back was Desmond (in 10 minutes no less!). He was able to drive over to our house right away. Desmond was kind, supportive, and very helpful. When he gave us his business card, I noticed a photo of one of his Dobermans on the card. It felt like a sign from above that my little Joey was going to be well taken care of. When Joey's ashes were ready, Desmond drove the remains back to our house and delivered the most wonderful package. The urn is a gorgeous wood box, and the clay paw print comes with a small display stand. Some of Joey's fur was also included in a little glass bottle. The note from the cremation center said a tree was planted as well. I've had other pets cremated in the past, but this is by far the most beautiful package I've seen. I would highly recommend Peaceful Pet Transport to anyone in this situation. Desmond is truly an angel and I'm very appreciative for his help through an extremely difficult time.

From the moment I called this place, I was met with empathy, patience, and understanding. I was helped every step of the way and they even put me in touch with a vet who could perform the euthanasia necessary for my 18-year old cat. Any pet-owner can attest to the depth of despair they feel when they have to say goodbye, so having someone there to help dispel any confusion was such a blessing. They went above and beyond. Fast forward to today, 11-29-25. I called Entrusted Pets right when they opened at 9am and the call was answered by someone who responded in a manner that did not align with what I've come to expect from Entrusted Pets. I explained how my 11-year old German Shepherd was diagnosed with cancer and we were told she had maybe a week left. I asked if they still offered assistance with setting up the euthanasia and I was told no. I was then told that a vet would have to come to my place, and we would then have to bring our dog's body to them for the cremation. This is in stark contrast to my previous experiences where I could bring my pet to their facility, say goodbye, and they took care of everything after that. But today, there was no understanding, no support - it was very clinical and matter-of-fact. The entirety of the call lasted exactly one minute, and that included me asking all my questions. Unfortunately, this place isn't what is used to be. Instead, I'll just find a Vet to come to my home - as suggested - and take it from there.

Our sweetest 13 year old mix, Nemmie, took a sharp turn for the worse after a brief battle with splenic cancer. I reached out to AARP on a Friday in hopes of scheduling them over the weekend. I was able to schedule online, and Shelley reached out the following morning to confirm the appointment and provide resources and instructions. Unfortunately, Nemmie's condition rapidly declined and it was clear that she would not make it to the original appointment. I reached out the Shelley, who was able to reschedule our appointment to that same day to make sure our sweet girl could be put to rest with dignity and little to no suffering. Dr. Falcone was the vet assigned to us. She called me roughly 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, letting me know that she was in the area and could arrive before the 12pm appointment. However, she also let us know that it was completely okay if we wanted her to wait until the original appointment time so we could spend an extra few minutes with our girl. She arrived promptly at the appointment time, and was nothing short of an angel for our girl (and for us) throughout the entire experience. I can imagine that having her job would not be an easy one. However, she handled our situation with such grace, empathy, and kindness. Before the procedure started, she took the time to walk us through each step of the process. She also made sure to be as gentle as possible, while getting Nemmie as comfortable as possible before everything started. We also have another dog in the house, who was very curious about what was going on. Dr. Falcone was so sweet to him as well, and let him sniff her, give licks, and be all up in her business prior to the procedure starting. She also did not rush us at any point in the slightest, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our sweet girl. Once the procedure had finished and Nemmie was no longer with us, again, Dr. Falcone let us have as much time as wanted to say our final goodbyes. She also allowed me the privilege of lifting my girl onto the stretcher, covering her with a blanket, and helping carry her out of our house and to Dr. Falcone's car for transportation to the crematorium. One small little touch that I'll forever remember. She was also very clear that there are two options for having your dog's ashes returned to you: either having them shipped to the vet, or shipped directly to your home. AARP's services, quality of care, and empathy for their clients & their pets are truly second to none. The opportunity to have been able to put our girl to rest in the comfort of her lifelong home while surrounded by love and comfort, is truly something that you can't put a price on. When your inevitable duty as a pet parent to see your pet off to the Rainbow Bridge comes, I can't recommend using All About Restful Pets enough. I had no idea what to do with his body once he passes, and I knew he was imminent. Happy Endings told me they would examine him at home and give me their opinion. They gave me a 2 hour window of when they would be at my apartment. I didn't have to wait long. Dr. Fixler told me what he could observe about my dog, which fit with what I had seen in the last couple of weeks. He assured me there was nothing I could have done to change things. It was a sad occasion even knowing I was doing the right thing. Dr. Fixler and his team were very respectful and compassionate about that. I got to thank Buddy for all the happiness he brought me. He went quickly and comfortably. They took him to be cremated, I didn't opt to be given ashes. They will send a paw print to me in the mail.
