To be honest I met Dr Gina under the most awful circumstances. We needed to put out Peanut, aka Sweet Pea down. She was a -6 year old Doxie, the sweetest dog you could ever meet. Dr. Gina was Amazing, didn't rush us, made my Sweet Pea comfortable. Despite the fact it was one of the saddest days of our lives, it was so peaceful for her. Would highly recommend.

I cannot say enough about how wonderful everyone at Restful Pets treated us when it was time to put our Coors to sleep. Shelley was so compassionate on the phone and through texts. Dr. Gina Sarnelli was such a calming presence and the follow up was beyond considerate. Being able to have Coors go to sleep in his favorite spot outside was the most beautiful experience we could have asked for.

What an exceptional service and caring establishment. From Bonnie, Shelly and Dr Falcon were amazing. Dr Falcon was compassionate, committed, she made this such a peaceful transition for Coconut and our family in our home. She was patient with our families hardest decision for Coconut after 16 and a half years of love, she made sure he was comfortable, serene and allowed us to ask questions and process the whole experience together as we've always been a family bonded by this wonderful angel. Engraved forever in our hearts the experience AARP provided was the ultimate service anyone could wish for a life long loved soul. Coconut lived like a king and AARP and Dr Falcon gave him a kings transition and passing . Forever thankful and in our hearts

Shelly was so compassionate and understanding when took my call. Dr.Falcone came as soon as she was able. She was caring, loving and showed true compassion for our sweet girl Lucy. Our furry baby left this world in her little bed inside our home. We were right next to her holding her. It was the best I could have hoped for in such a terrible time. It was worth every penny!!!

Savannah was our Esther Williams! We miss her so much but are grateful for the nearly 13 years of love, loyalty and protection. xxoo

Thank you Dr. Sarah Asadorian, Dr. Kristin Falcone, Dr. Gina Sarnelli, Bonnie and Shelley-The All About Restful Pets Team, for the kindness and compassion you showered upon us as we said good-bye to our sweet shepherd, Savannah. Dr. Kristin Falcone was amazing. She was incredibly professional, warm and beyond compassionate which brought us comfort and peace in those final moments with Savannah. We are grateful to the entire team for their work and their love of animals to help families like ours give our loved ones the dignity they deserve to cross the Rainbow Bridge comfortably. I highly recommend this team! Kathy D. Norris-Wilhelm

Our 13 year old Staffie Clarice struggled with cancer for a year. She took a turn for the worse as a tumor in her abdomen grew from a ping pong ball to a soda can practically over night. She had trouble walking and stopped eating. We called Restful Pets and Dr. Sarnelli came by to begin Hospice care. Her tumor burst and she couldn't even get up. We knew it was time to let her go. Dr. Sarnelli was caring and compassionate throughout the entire process. It was nice to have Clarice home with us when the time came.

Starky loved celebrating with us. He got help ending his Mommy a Mother's Day Card too.

Dear Dr. Falcone, I just wanted to take a moment to express my deepest gratitude for the kindness, compassion, and care you showed in relieving Starky's pain. Your empathy and love for life shone through in every moment, and both Pam and I were truly touched by the way you supported us through this. It means more than words can say. Thank you for being such a wonderful presence in our lives. Shelly, we want to express our profound appreciation for your understanding and help with guiding us through the process. Thanks to you and Dr Falcone, our cherished Starky left the pain behind while wrapped in Pam's arms. Warmly, Alex and Pam

My experience with All About Restful Pets; all of their staff, vets & service was such a huge support for me as I was going through the difficult loss of my 16 yr old pup. I don't know if I could've been surrounded by more gentle, compassionate & giving people. You can tell how they really do try to go above & beyond to answer the call for all pets & pet parents to support with knowledge, kindness & expertise. Thank you, AARP; I am so grateful for you & the work you do! I have another 16 yr old pup & would not hesitate to call again for his needs.

No matter what it will be the saddest situation ever. But this is the second time we've called all about restful pets to help us out. Mrs. Beasley our good girl senior was ready to cross rainbow bridge. She never liked going to the vets office. So it was wonderful that all about restful pets come to your house. The vet that showed up, gave her less sedation medication, so she was very calm and sleepy. We were able to pet her and be with her until she crossed. It was the same with our beloved Bianca. The Vet talk you through it. It was just the best in a horrible situation. I am very thankful to do it here at the house where my babies are most comfortable. Like I said, we use them twice in two years and as will always be dog lovers I'm sure we will have to use them in the future. Thank you for your service and everything you do to help us on our Pets final journey.

My Sammie, until we meet again
Mariel A.

It was one of the hardest things I've had to do, saying goodbye to my Sammie. She was my 4 legged child and I adored her. Dr. Sarnelli was very compassionate, explained everything and didn't rush the process until we were ready to say goodbye. I wish the ashes came in a nicer urn but I will take care of that on my own.

This is our Sookie, she was a really mama's baby.
Mandy O.

We have, unfortunately, lost two of our fur babies this year. In February 2024 our boidawg Ulmo passed at the age of 16; In July 2924 our baby girl dog Sookie passed at 6 years old, unexpectedly after a short illness. In both cases, the representative from All About Restful Pets was caring, empathetic, and genuine in how they treated my family and we now have our puppies' ashes safe at home. The same representative came to our home for both pick-ups, and she remembered Sookie from her previous visit in February.

Making the decision to say goodbye to my French bulldog, Rambo, was one of the hardest things I've…read moreever had to do. Rambo was my baby, and I was absolutely dreading this moment. With a decision like this comes so much doubt and guilt. You question whether you're doing the right thing, whether they might somehow pull through, and the emotional weight can feel overwhelming. On September 21st, 2023 Dr. Ryan Pearce lifted that weight from my heart. From the moment he arrived, he approached everything with compassion, calm, and professionalism. He gently explained just how sick Rambo truly was and gave me reassurance that choosing euthanasia was an act of love, not failure. He answered every question we had, never rushed us, and gave our family the time and space we needed both before and after Rambo passed. His wife, Jessica, was just as thoughtful and kind. She later hand-delivered Rambo's ashes in a beautiful wooden urn. They also provided two paw print molds, one for me and one for my mom along with several stamped paw prints. One was even framed and sits on my dresser to this day. Although I may have read about these keepsakes on their website while searching through my grief, receiving them felt like the most meaningful and comforting surprise. Being able to share those pieces with my mom meant so much. Two years before losing Rambo, I had used another in-home service that was good but Dr. Pearce and Jessica were truly exceptional. Their compassion, attention to detail, and genuine care made an unbearable day more peaceful. On February 11th, 2026, we chose them again because of the experience we had. It was time to say goodbye to Cinco, my sister's dog, who my mom had taken in and cared for. Cinco was 16 years old and had outlived all of our other dogs. Losing her felt especially heavy for my mom. There was something about her being the last one, the one who had been there through everything, that made the grief deeper and it still is. In a time when it feels like you cannot possibly make it through the pain, Dr. Pearce's kindness and steady presence helped relieve some of that weight. That kind of compassion stays with you. We are forever grateful that both Rambo and Cinco were able to pass with dignity, love, and gentleness. We cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Selena, Jeanne and Tyree

She has labored breathing, hasn't wanted to eat, and her meds just aren't working. Her health has been some good days, some bad, but today was unfortunately one of those bad ones. My biggest concern is she isn't suffering. I left a message and Dr. Pearce called me back almost immediately 12:23. He let me know that he doesn't service this area since it's about an hour from his home (52.6 miles), I appreciate how quickly he returned my call. Living out here can be challenging because many services just aren't available. My regular vet is only open Monday-Thursday until 4 p.m. which is difficult to work around as a teacher. Even though Dr. Pearce couldn't help us directly, I'm very grateful for his prompt response and professionalism during a stressful and emotional time.

Having the veterinarian come to our home made such a difference. Bella was able to be in her favorite place, surrounded by familiar smells and the people who loved her most. The vet was gentle, patient, and respectful throughout the entire process, taking the time to explain everything and making sure Bella was comfortable and peaceful. What could have been a very clinical or traumatic experience instead felt calm, dignified, and full of care. Bella passed peacefully, and I truly believe that being at home made it much easier for both her and for us. Losing a pet who has been part of your life for so many years is incredibly painful, but Luna Vet helped give Bella the peaceful goodbye she deserved. Apparently she got into a cat fight and the puncture wounds on her belly abscessed rather quickly. I called several mobile vets in the hopes they could come to me as my cat was incredibly stressed and fearful and I didn't want to exacerbate it by taking her to our regular vet who only had long waits and no appointments available. When I called the office manager Tammy said they didn't have any appointments available, and that the vet tech had already gone home for the day, but after we spoke about what was going on she told me "hold on" and when she came back to the phone she said they were going to come to me right away. I could tell how much she cared about my cat just from our conversation. Dr. Garthe was wonderful with my poor grumpy girl, who isn't much of a people cat. She had her calmed (as calm as an in pain cat can be) and drained and cleaned the wound, and then taught me how to care for it. Today shes eating, drinking and even playing again! Its very apparent that she truly cares about our fur babies, and I would call her again in a heartbeat if I needed her. I would give an arm and a leg for my cat, but at the end of the day the superb care she provided was incredibly affordable. I would recommend Dr. Garthe to anyone looking for someone that cares about their animals like they're their own. Thank you Dr. Garthe, and Tammy, you were an incredible assistant! Our veterinarian was Tali T in Phoenix and I HIGHLY recommend her. She was patient, explained everything with care and attention before beginning, and allowed me to pace the appointment. She didn't rush me at all. I also loved that she didn't seem to try to fill the space or give me sentiments. She sat with me in my grief. It was such a wonderful gift. Tali went above and beyond by clipping my girls hair and putting it in a keepsake jar provided by her and helping me to make nose and paw impressions with materials I had purchased. She helped me tenderly place my pup into her final resting place in my yard and slipped out quietly so that I could have my last moments with her. About 3 weeks after my pets death, I received a hand written note in the mail from Tali. It was such a kind hearted, wonderful note. I don't know how I got so lucky to have this angel by my side through my pups death, but I am so grateful I did. She (and the Blue Pearl Hospice Team) helped me do the unbearable, and for that I am eternally grateful.

Dr. Morrison's approach may not be for everyone and that is ok. But what I will say is she absolutely makes this time about you and your pet. Dr. Morrison really eases you into the moments, tells you to tell her your pace and is considerate of your heartbreak. In a hurry as usual, I jumped in and immediately turned the key. I had no idea what the thud noises were I was hearing...until I began to see tufts of hair floating in the air outside the van. To say I was hysterical, once I realized, would be an understatement. While of course I did not hurt her intentionally, the guilt I initially experienced was overwhelming. Dr. McGee was not the first veterinary office i contacted and/or visited immediately following the incident. The first two i went to gave me two options : euthanize or amputate the rear leg. One suggested I meet with a surgeon which had an initial fee of several hundred dollars for the appointment alone. I liked the fact that Dr. McGee was mobile and would come out to my office. He showed up on time and was very pleasant to speak with. Unlike other veterinarians, he was not rushed or impatient. As a matter of fact, he even helped me locate the kitty after she went into hiding upon his first arrival. Dr. McGee was able to fix my outdoor kitty up.
