My poor baby in his final sleep
    Patricia F.

Hi.I'm so, so pleased that I decided to call KC In Home Euthanasia. Katherine is so caring. My beautiful Prince rallied when Katherine came because I think, He knew how loving she was and wanted to see her. Katherine spent time with me and totally let me make my own decision. When I worked it out in my head that it was truly best for my baby, she put him in my lap so I could hold him while she sedated him and he went to sleep, before she euthanized him. Her assistant helped with that as she monitored Prince's heart. It was just seconds before he was in his final sleep. I held him while her assistant got a blanketed basket to carry him out. I sincerely recommend using her services.

I can not imagine a better experience than we had yesterday. We were despondent about losing our 15 year old dog to dementia. KC came to our home and treated us with kindness and compassion, giving our girl Tater the best send off we could. It was a calm, beautiful day. We were afraid she would have a frightening experience but it was so peaceful and sweet. Thank you so much!

Wanted to add a photo to our review Reposting original review in case this update erases it. It was from 3/17/22 I posted a one star review on her website, describing the most horrific experience that traumatized our family. This comes from experience knowing what should've happened, as we've used other mobile places before. I couldn't find my one star review on her website as of yet, so if you don't see it, she removes them....all I can tell you is call ANYONE else....we will never recover from that day, we owe it to our faithful, devoted pet, to post the review telling what he went through on his final day, when we made that fateful call. This decision is hard enough, to have it go so wrong, and then have Katherine promise to stay in touch with encouraging emails after, only to never hear from her again, added insult to injury. She owes us the over $300 we paid, as no one should be left traumatized like we were....we've put a few pets down, and the other places we used, made it tolerable considering what we were doing. It was respectful and all they could do. I will never forget KC mobile and what they put us thru, I wouldn't risk it, call someone else. She can not justify their bad service, and there's no redoing something like this.....sorry Katherine, but this review is long overdue.her websites reviews are all 5 stars, yet I posted a one star review.....why is that?.. call another mobile service, don't risk it folks.....I hope I did my baby boy who suffered at the hands of this place justice....as God is my witness, these are all facts!

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Katherine and her services. She was so accommodating and kind. As far as I can tell her services are much more reasonable than other mobile vets in the area. She was able to give our boy a calm and peaceful send off to the rainbow bridge, and for that we are so grateful. We ended up having to ask her to come sooner than we had scheduled, and she was able to accommodate us. She made us feel better about our decision, and was so compassionate and sweet. We were able to get a paw print of our pup to remember him by as well. I will definitely use her services again, but hopefully won't need them anytime soon.

My sweet boy in the basket KC provided after he was put down

My 16 year old fur baby cat, Mowgli, had been declining in health quickly over a few months. It's so heartbreaking watching your fur baby get worse despite medical intervention. But it comes time to make the loving decision to put them down. We all know how devastating this is, and that's why I'm glad I found KC mobile vet. I texted her late on a Friday when I had come home from an errand to find my sweet boy in more pain suddenly. She came by noon then next day, assessed him and explained the process. I've had two prior fur babies put down at home so they would be comfortable as possible, in their own home, in my arms as they took their last breath. I will never do it any other way. This vet was very compassionate, kind, and patient. I held my sweet baby as he passed. She gave me time with him afterwards. As another reviewer mentioned, they brought in a wicker basket and blanket which I placed him in. Of course we all know that our pets won't be in the basket for the car ride to the crematorium, but it's a very compassionate thing especially if you have children experiencing this, to see a beloved pet leave your home in this way. The crematorium Lasting Paws called me 5 days later to pick up my boy's remains. The urn is simple but very nice, and the paw print is so sweet. I plan on getting a different urn however this one is very nice for now. Being so devastated when a pet dies, it's crucial to have a team who really cares who will come to your home to perform end of life services in a compassionate way. KC mobile vet was amazing. Thank you so much for caring for my Mowgli.

We called Dr. Morrison as heartbroken and desperate pet parents, unsure of what we were calling for and just guidance from a kind vet who may understand our grief. Dr. Morrison not only answered the call but explained in detail her services and promised us a peaceful night. It was EVERYTHING and more. Dr. Morrison's approach may not be for everyone and that is ok. But what I will say is she absolutely makes this time about you and your pet. She's completely honest with her approach, what to expect during the night and what you may help with during the process. Dr. Morrison really eases you into the moments, tells you to tell her your pace and is considerate of your heartbreak. After it was done, she gave us all the time in the world to grieve and say our goodbyes. We took an hour and not one word from Dr. Morrison because she knew we needed that time. She stepped away during that time and just told us to come get her when we're ready She also tells us to be completely honest with her during this process; the pace, the things we may want like paw print or fur, at the end she wraps your pet in a warm blanket with a pillow a stuffy and a pink boa. We kindly said the boa didn't really reflect our girl and she immediately understood and took it off. It didn't take away from our grief or the moment because you know everything she does is to try and help. I cannot recommend her services more and I'm without a doubt convinced that there is a reserved seat in heaven for Dr. Morrison because of what she does for families everyday and the peace she brought us will always be appreciated.

Our sweetest 13 year old mix, Nemmie, took a sharp turn for the worse after a brief battle with splenic cancer. I reached out to AARP on a Friday in hopes of scheduling them over the weekend. I was able to schedule online, and Shelley reached out the following morning to confirm the appointment and provide resources and instructions. Unfortunately, Nemmie's condition rapidly declined and it was clear that she would not make it to the original appointment. I reached out the Shelley, who was able to reschedule our appointment to that same day to make sure our sweet girl could be put to rest with dignity and little to no suffering. Dr. Falcone was the vet assigned to us. She called me roughly 30 minutes prior to the appointment time, letting me know that she was in the area and could arrive before the 12pm appointment. However, she also let us know that it was completely okay if we wanted her to wait until the original appointment time so we could spend an extra few minutes with our girl. She arrived promptly at the appointment time, and was nothing short of an angel for our girl (and for us) throughout the entire experience. I can imagine that having her job would not be an easy one. However, she handled our situation with such grace, empathy, and kindness. Before the procedure started, she took the time to walk us through each step of the process. She also made sure to be as gentle as possible, while getting Nemmie as comfortable as possible before everything started. We also have another dog in the house, who was very curious about what was going on. Dr. Falcone was so sweet to him as well, and let him sniff her, give licks, and be all up in her business prior to the procedure starting. She also did not rush us at any point in the slightest, and gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye to our sweet girl. Once the procedure had finished and Nemmie was no longer with us, again, Dr. Falcone let us have as much time as wanted to say our final goodbyes. She also allowed me the privilege of lifting my girl onto the stretcher, covering her with a blanket, and helping carry her out of our house and to Dr. Falcone's car for transportation to the crematorium. One small little touch that I'll forever remember. She was also very clear that there are two options for having your dog's ashes returned to you: either having them shipped to the vet, or shipped directly to your home. AARP's services, quality of care, and empathy for their clients & their pets are truly second to none. The opportunity to have been able to put our girl to rest in the comfort of her lifelong home while surrounded by love and comfort, is truly something that you can't put a price on. When your inevitable duty as a pet parent to see your pet off to the Rainbow Bridge comes, I can't recommend using All About Restful Pets enough. They truly are the best at what they do, and make the worst day of your life just a little bit better.

After waiting about an hour, we were told he was on oxygen to help him breathe and that the vet would be with us shortly. Another 30 minutes later, the vet came in and asked the same questions we had already answered on the intake form and with the vet tech. The vet then told us they "didn't know what was wrong," but they could keep him for 24 hours and run tests that may or may not help. We were quoted $4,900. We asked about euthanasia because it was clear to us he was actively dying and suffering. Instead of guidance or compassion, the entire interaction felt focused on expensive testing rather than our dog's comfort and welfare. Regardless they charged us $200 for the visit, $200 to administer $100 worth of medication and oxygen. What a rip off! We took him home and went to our regular vet first thing in the morning. They immediately assessed him and told us the kindest thing was to keep him comfortable because he was in pain and suffering. He was humanely euthanized about 10 minutes later. I would never bring an animal here again. The lack of empathy, poor communication, and the push toward a very costly "maybe" plan in a crisis was unacceptable. When families are saying goodbye, compassion should come first. Do better.

About a year ago, my dog tore her ACL (I believe it's called a CCL in dogs). We were referred to the Glendale location for surgery. While preparing for the procedure, they mentioned she was coming up on her rabies vaccine. She had always been on the 3-year rabies schedule and was around 8 years old at the time. They offered to administer the vaccine during surgery, and given that my focus was on getting her through the operation, I agreed without hesitation. Fast forward to now, I received an email stating her rabies vaccine was due. That didn't make sense since she has consistently been on the 3-year vaccine. When I stopped by to pick up Zoee's medication, the front desk staff acknowledged it appeared to be the same dosage and said they would message the vet to see if the record could simply be corrected to reflect the 3-year vaccine. Less than an hour later, a vet tech called and told me Zoee would need to come in for another rabies shot regardless. I explained the situation, but was told it didn't matter. After going back and forth, I said I would bring her in, but I did not feel I should have to pay an exam fee for what appears to be a documentation error on their end. I even asked for a veterinarian to call me directly to discuss it, but no one ever did. It's disappointing after being a customer for over a decade to feel like concerns are dismissed and that the focus is more on fees than accountability or communication. Based on my recent experiences, I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before bringing their pets here.
