    Upon review of my receipt...it noticed there was a deliberate WRONG TRANSACTION DATE of 8/03/2026. Why you ask ??? Im thinking multiple motivations. Racial discrimination ? (Buzz word) Incompetence ?, Attempt to rob their customers ? My 12 week pit pup diagnosed as having PARVO and quoted $4k. Deliberate misdiagnosed by Asian female vet. She was rude had it been a male ...police would have been called. Long story short. Pup digestive track was soothing off due to wife giving a dental treat. Here is photo from the Blue pearl visit. Vet assured Parvo diagnosis and pup would die if not admitted on the spot. You judge. 4 photos to follow. Pup day b4 visit, during visit, visit poop and pup now. Go to Lovet Vet at Sarival. About 30% of B.P. quote and had an at home treatment option.

    Well, my first experience at Blue Pearl was a good one. We were getting ready to board our dogs and head to the airport. I sat by bags by the back door and tended to other business. When I came back into the room, my mini Doxie had gotten into some of my medication. The childproof lid was no match for the dog. There were destroyed capsules everywhere. My regular vet was not open yet, so I called Blue Pearl, to find that there was no wait. I rushed my dog down, where the staff patiently and thoroughly asked about the incident. They took him in quickly and began monitoring Buddy's vitals. I was then asked to call poison control, who would advise the doctors about the effects and lethal dose of medication. After questioning me, poison control contacted the doctor to advise them about treatment options. The doctor induced vomiting and found granuals of medication in his stomach. They gave him fluids and monitored him throughout the day. The doctor thoroughly explained everything that he had done and reassured us that things looked good. That was a relief. In the end, little Buddy came through it just fine. I even received a refund of several hundred dollars when we checked out. To me, this meant that this clinic is on the up-and-up with its customers. And even if my experience were not as great as it was, I am thankful to have a 24-hour animal hospital near by. I was fortunate to have both the hospital and a great experience.

    It went okay today, my dog ate some stuffing from an animal toy he had and it got lodged, punctures his intestines. Lexxy the tech there and Dr. Young advised us on low cost options. We spent over 12 hours there today with our Doobie boy. We have an appointment tomorrow at The Scottsdale's Vet Clinic for surgery. Please pray and send good vibes! I'll be taking my pets to BluePearl when there's an emergency!

    I've been to this facility twice already. The first time for my five year old cat and the second for my epileptic cat that's about 1 1/2 years old. Both times have been great. Our regular vet is desert ark but they advised we go to blue pearl to take my cat since they wouldn't be able to see him. I'm not sure what the bad reviews are about as I had a great experience with them both times. The girls at the front are very friendly and I can tell they know what they're doing. Everyone made sure to answer all my questions and concerns. The facility is vey clean and tidy. They offer coffee, water and they even have vending machines. And PetSmart is not too far from there which is a win win to me. My babies left blue pearl feeling much much better! I was so worried

    Came at night for my dog who had torn his nail and the staff helped us as quickly as they could. Helped our little boy get some pain meds while we filled out paper work and wee up front about cost the whole time. No surprises at all.

    Took my dog in because he contracted parvo. They did treat him like they should but they didn't care for him like they should. BluePearl charged me over $3500 per 24 hours and kept him 3 days. In those 3 days, my dog had diarrhea and vomited a lot. They told me the reason they charge so much is because there is a vet tech with my dog. I finally couldn't afford to leave him longer and discharged him. He was covered in his own diarrhea and vomit. To the point wear his butt is raw and bleeding. They never tried to treat the wound.

Most groomers do not want to risk grooming a dog who could possibly have a seizure at any moment, but not Lovet. About a year ago, my dog tore her ACL (I believe it's called a CCL in dogs). We were referred to the Glendale location for surgery. While preparing for the procedure, they mentioned she was coming up on her rabies vaccine. She had always been on the 3-year rabies schedule and was around 8 years old at the time. They offered to administer the vaccine during surgery, and given that my focus was on getting her through the operation, I agreed without hesitation. Fast forward to now, I received an email stating her rabies vaccine was due. That didn't make sense since she has consistently been on the 3-year vaccine. When I stopped by to pick up Zoee's medication, the front desk staff acknowledged it appeared to be the same dosage and said they would message the vet to see if the record could simply be corrected to reflect the 3-year vaccine. Less than an hour later, a vet tech called and told me Zoee would need to come in for another rabies shot regardless. I explained the situation, but was told it didn't matter. After going back and forth, I said I would bring her in, but I did not feel I should have to pay an exam fee for what appears to be a documentation error on their end. I even asked for a veterinarian to call me directly to discuss it, but no one ever did. It's disappointing after being a customer for over a decade to feel like concerns are dismissed and that the focus is more on fees than accountability or communication. Based on my recent experiences, I would encourage others to carefully consider their options before bringing their pets here.

When I picked him up, he was completely panicked--jumping, uncontrollable, and clearly not in a condition that felt safe to take home. I questioned it, but was told he was "fine." The next day, he showed significant swelling and signs of pain that didn't seem normal. We were told to text or call with any concerns and that post-op checks would be no charge--but when I reached out, I got no response. Calls were routed elsewhere, and we were essentially ignored during a time that felt urgent. After finally reaching another location, we were told to bring him in immediately. He was prescribed additional medications, but the issues continued--swelling, inflammation, and abnormal discharge. When we returned again, the recommendation was either a costly culture test or to continue the same treatment, despite ongoing symptoms. At that point, we were also told future follow-ups might be charged, which contradicted what we were originally told. The biggest issue here isn't just the complications--it's the lack of communication, responsiveness, and consistency in care. When something goes wrong after surgery, you need to be able to reach your vet and feel supported. That wasn't our experience. I would strongly caution anyone who values reliable post-operative care and communication to think carefully before choosing this clinic.

The…read morevet was decent but they nickel & dimed me when I needed a second-opinion on my senior dog. (And still didn't diagnose the presenting problem). I'm beyond aggravated b/c they are not patient-centered here. Probably okay if you are just doing annual exams or vaccines but if you have an animal who needs ongoing, comprehensive care you'll need to take out a second mortgage to get quality care here. I do not recommend because they saw my dog for a full appointment, complete with full blood panel, then, two weeks later demanded my dog be seen for another full appointment before prescribing pain treatment for him. After recently moving our dog over, I couldn't be happier with the care, honesty, and genuine compassion this team shows. The staff is incredible, never once have they tried to upsell treatments or medications. They only recommend what's truly needed, and that kind of integrity is rare. A beautiful example of their heart, we adopted two sweet cats that were born there because their mom was rescued as a stray, completely free, because they just wanted to see them in a loving home. Now, all five of our animals will be coming here for their care. The clinic itself is clean, well-organized, and respectful. One small but deeply meaningful touch they light a candle whenever a pet is crossing the rainbow bridge, honoring them with such tenderness. This place goes above and beyond. We're beyond grateful to have found them.
