Dr. Gilson performed emergency surgery in the evening assisted by Dr. Shaheen and Rachel, both of whom had spent three hours with us and Sholoh diagnosing, testing and discussing treatment options for her life threatening condition. We can't tell you how much we appreciate their professional care and their utmost compassion for Sholoh and for us. They all gave so much of their time to help guide us towards our decision. The communication from them through out the surgery and through out the night was incredible. We've had pets for over 40 years and can truly say these professionals pulled out all the stops to save Sholoh's life! We are forever in their debt.

Another vet we spoke with said the care would cost close to $4,000 and even suggested that euthanasia might be the only realistic option. The cat was clearly in pain, but still alert and fighting. This clinic stepped in and completely changed everything. They treated him with such compassion and urgency. They performed X-rays, gave pain medication, started antibiotics, provided food, and monitored him carefully. They were honest, kind, and focused on what the cat actually needed, not on upselling fear-based care. What truly amazed us is that they comped the bill and told us that all follow-up care will be free. In a moment where we were emotionally overwhelmed and financially scared, they showed pure humanity. This was a burn victim who deserved a fighting chance, and this team gave him exactly that. They did not just provide medical care, they saved a life. I will forever be grateful to this clinic. If you are ever in a crisis with your pet, this is the kind of place you pray you find.

They were incredibly patient, kind, and clearly experienced with feline personalities. Archer isn't exactly a spa-day enthusiast, but they handled him with such gentle care that he came home looking fresh, relaxed, and so good!!! It's rare to find groomers who treat your pet like their own, and this crew absolutely did. If you've got a cat, this is the place to go. Thank you for making Archer's grooming experience so smooth--we'll definitely be back! Omg can't forget to mention that they have experience grooming dogs and rabbits!! I got the pleasure of watching them groom dogs and they were so gentle and attentive to detail.

I was explained the process, and options. I do want to clarify something that I either misunderstood, or was explained...the 1st sedative injection can hit very quickly depending on the health, and size of your pet...for my little cat, it was almost instant, and I wasn't prepared for that, mentally. I recommend saying your goodbyes prior to that injection, as they can become very limp, and you may question if they're still with you. I don't want anyone to experience that moment surprisingly. As I was within 35 miles of them, there was no travel fee. And I was very happy to hear that Lasting Paws would be who would handle the cremation; I worked with them on our other cat and was very impressed with their presentation. Dr. Tiffany was a complete sweetheart, and we felt her empathy throughout the entire process. I had my girl for 19 years and couldn't imagine saying goodbye any other way than here in our home. I'm very grateful for this experience, and miss my little sweetie everyday.

Susie is very loving and responsible. My dogs adore her! We typically book her for live-in stays, but on occasion we also use her for drop in care. Lisa, the owner, is in tune with all her caregivers. Recently, our flight kept getting delayed and we ended up having to ask Susie to stay longer than anticipated. Once we landed, I let Susie know she could leave as we would be home soon. Before we got home I received an email from Lisa asking me to let her know we made it home so as our dogs were not left without care in the event something delayed us further. We had used other sitters before we found Pick of the Litter, and nothing compares to the care and communication we receive from them. I highly recommend!
