Kristie helped us get this under control, so we can now have an enjoyable walking experience with our dog. While we were working on this, Kristie also helped us with some basic command refinements with all 3 of our dogs. One of our dogs needed a little confidence boost, and she taught us how to work with him to strengthen this. Kristie is clear in her instructions to the humans and is patient with answering questions and modeling how to give commands and corrections. She built a positive relationship with our dogs and with us. We have enjoyed the experience and appreciate the changes in our dogs' behavior.

For dog sitting, in our home, we've used Michelle several times now and she is great. Our 3 dogs love her and she clearly loves them too. We have 2 Great Danes and Beagle/Boston Terrier mix who are getting up there in age. Our male Great Dane has a number of health issues and Michelle handles it all so well. There's a laundry list of medications for the dogs and she does a great job keeping up with it all. She doesn't mind when I'm that helicopter dog mom and I check too often on my sick boy. Regardless of his illness, Michelle sends many pictures and text updates on how things are going with all the dogs. As a very protective momma, I trust Michelle completely with my furbabies and home. We love having Michelle take care of our babies... so much so that when we were planning the August trip we just completed, she wasn't available on our original dates, so we moved our trip to make sure she was available. I appreciate the freedom Kristie and Michelle offer us to get away several times a year. I completely trust them. Give them a shot!

How many places are comfortable with showing the behind the scenes at a moments notice? #2 they know my dogs name and the ones who know her rush to the front to greet her when she is announced of her arrival. Thanks to Julie for making Dfor Dog feel at home. #3 Dfor Dog's tail just goes wild when she realizes that she is going to stay here, the moment she gets out the car my dog is excited that makes all the difference. There's not many places outside of home she feels comfortable. We do have a special needs dog and the staff really take the time to help her stand and play. The outdoor play area looks great fun, it's a shame we cannot get involved and play with all the dogs at playtime. At Boulder Falls they look after more than dogs, cats, reptiles, rodent types, birds etc, all are welcome. Great tip is to book a grooming upon pick up so that you too can get a clean happy dog when you return.

After meeting her it was quick to see her professionalism, caring and true love of what she does. When dropping off my cat Bella, I was greeted by Nikki and she showed me her facility. She has a place for every situation. My cat is not very sociable with other animals so she had the run of the room. She never uses cages. Sent me updates and pictures while away also. She will ask you how often you want to be updated. When I picked her up she also gave me a framed picture of my Bella. Her pricing is also much less than the others with more than premium service. Another vet we spoke with said the care would cost close to $4,000 and even suggested that euthanasia might be the only realistic option. The cat was clearly in pain, but still alert and fighting. This clinic stepped in and completely changed everything. They treated him with such compassion and urgency. They performed X-rays, gave pain medication, started antibiotics, provided food, and monitored him carefully. They were honest, kind, and focused on what the cat actually needed, not on upselling fear-based care. What truly amazed us is that they comped the bill and told us that all follow-up care will be free. In a moment where we were emotionally overwhelmed and financially scared, they showed pure humanity. This was a burn victim who deserved a fighting chance, and this team gave him exactly that. Dr. Gilson performed emergency surgery in the evening assisted by Dr. Shaheen and Rachel, both of whom had spent three hours with us and Sholoh diagnosing, testing and discussing treatment options for her life threatening condition. We can't tell you how much we appreciate their professional care and their utmost compassion for Sholoh and for us. They all gave so much of their time to help guide us towards our decision. The communication from them through out the surgery and through out the night was incredible. We've had pets for over 40 years and can truly say these professionals pulled out all the stops to save Sholoh's life! We are forever in their debt.
