Another vet we spoke with said the care would cost close to $4,000 and even suggested that euthanasia might be the only realistic option. The cat was clearly in pain, but still alert and fighting. This clinic stepped in and completely changed everything. They treated him with such compassion and urgency. They performed X-rays, gave pain medication, started antibiotics, provided food, and monitored him carefully. They were honest, kind, and focused on what the cat actually needed, not on upselling fear-based care. What truly amazed us is that they comped the bill and told us that all follow-up care will be free. In a moment where we were emotionally overwhelmed and financially scared, they showed pure humanity. This was a burn victim who deserved a fighting chance, and this team gave him exactly that. I also didn't like you cannot go into the facility to see if it's clean or not because of "Covid" and had to call to get someone to get her.
