Quick pickup for a car that was my one-way drive to get to Providence and catch a late flight. The guys working the counter were great and they gave me a nice vehicle. I had reserved an economy and they put me in a full-size SUV, a Chevy Tahoe. And sure, you might be worried about gas so they told me that I could return it empty. Awesome. The inside of the car was clean but the outside was covered in road salt. I checked for damage, they checked for damage but it turns out that there was a very small ding in one fender. A ding that you would never see unless you look at it at the correct angle and wash off the salt. I'll save that for later if Enterprise does actually come for me for the damage. read more

I am a first time renter with this company and I can say I have received the WORST customer service I have ever gotten. I have worked in customer service for 10 years and this is atrocious. I reserved my rental for a long trip from Massachusetts to Pennsylvania and the rental agency called me the night before I had to pick up the car. They asked if I would be paying with a debit card or credit card. I said debit and they required me to show 2 of the 3: my insurance policy, a utility bill with my name on it, and a current paystub. Well apparently my only utility bill with my wifes name on it doesn't qualify and I am currently unemployed so I have no paystub. I then offered my credit card. However it's in my wifes name and they wouldn't take that either. With a half hour before they close and the night before an important trip I am sweating with anxiety! They offered to change the rental to my wifes name after I inquired about it. Not even something they suggested. So we decided to use her credit card. Which they then told me there was a $200 security deposit. Now I had to quickly make sure that wasn't going to put us over our credit limit. Luckily it didn't. However all of these things should've been communicated to me earlier! Not the night before my trip!! Worst service ever! read more

My boyfriend and I had such a pleasant experience renting a car at this location, all because of the lovely attendant India. She was sweet, knowledgeable, accommodating and all around helpful. Absolutely love Enterprise especially the old manager Eric it's been quite some time in this review is overdue but he met every expectation we have had and always follow through with his word we've had so many rental cars and never had any issues and if we did they would either one fix it or to bring you a different car and take the other one back I love that they pick you up and drop you off I just wish the price was a little lower for loyalty customers I highly recommend using the one on Madison Street near Kelley Square right before the underpass and the one on Route 24 commercial great people easy access nice cars and also they sell their own cars after a certain mile 60,000 I believe so they're pretty mint and a great deal read more

We specifically reserved a Small SUV (Rav 4 or similar) for the week because that was the type of of car that suited our needs- car seating, shopping storage, safety features, expense of gas, ect. We showed up on time and they did not have a small SUV, a large SUV, or anything remotely similar available. They didn't offer any remotely helpful options because of their incompetence. They were convenient, flexible and thoroughly explained the whole process to me in simple terms. They dropped the rental car to me at the shop, and they were very flexible with timing. I am writing this review in the fact that almost 3 months prior to the Christmas holiday I tried to get my car repaired from an accident they gave me a hard time during covid-19 pandemic the registered motor vehicle said certain licenses could not be renewed and you had a time frame unfortunately because the backlog I had no way of getting a new driver's license until the registry of motor vehicles found a way to put me into a schedule to get a new driver's license try to explain this several times to the manager and the assistant manager at Enterprise would not rent me a car wouldn't wouldn't even take in consideration from the state Massachusetts police as well as the registry of motor vehicle themselves giving me no time frame to get a new license that it was okay to rent me a car but they did not want to listen nor deal anything about it so now they put a band on me because I was giving them a hard time and also explaining trying to explain to them and they weren't listening because I needed to get the car fix it right before the time of the expired repair date on my car they didn't want to hear it ban me again after I got a reprieve from the insurance company and now I'm out of luck because my insurance company only deals with Enterprise no one else and now they're giving me a hard time it won't rent a car to me I think this is a bunch of crock they are ridiculous they are not personable people on the phone or in person and personally the service at Enterprise is no good!!!!!!! read more

Even with the ultra-low weekend rate I took the folks here were friendly, professional, efficient and quickly had us in a much better car than I was expecting and on our way. They all earned my frequent repeat business. That pretty much covers it. read more

Probably the WORST "customer service" I've ever encountered! The "acting assistant manager's" vocabulary towards client's is "nah", he then decided out of spite because I asked for a person higher up, which he denied, that he would charge my credit card for "overage" charges for a car which was approved by the branch manager himself at $40/day as by my insurance. The branch manager then says "if you want to go over our heads why would we want to help you"... whoa...so beside myself with this branch that I've referred people to for years. Completely lied about me causing damages to a vehicle that was rented to me. They rented a pickup first to me which I traded in for the Hyundai that they transferred over. Not only did they NOT walk me through the vehicle after I received it, they never gave me new paperwork for it, claiming my old paperwork for the pickup truck was valid. Furthermore, they claimed that no charges will be claimed until AFTER a full investigation, but instead filed a claim immediately which triggered my credit card to automatically pay it unbeknownst to me. Furthermore, they LIED about the DRU contacting me for information until AFTER their FALSE CLAIM. These guys are liars and cheats and will rip you off for every dime. I had a horrible experience this morning Jan 15, 2018; a very rude, unprofessional Toby denied I had a reservation through my insurance company. Even though I explained everything was coordinated since Friday 12, he insisted there not reservation. He refuses to allow me to talk to his/her supervisor. Then, after arguing the was not there on Friday, finally admitted the found my name and said was misspelled but I would need to wait about three more hour. When I insisted that everything was coordinated for me to pick the car up early, in a very rude way ended up hang the phone on me! Very disrespectful!!
