You know, one's destination is simply the icing on the cake; it is in fact the Journey that one takes is where you may meet many diverse, good people! My destination was Nashville, TN. However, my journey began the moment Mike helped me with my luggage, and off to Logan we went. Mike is not only professional and courteous but he's also a great conversationalist, if you like to talk like me! Well Nashville sent me home as Jose was being a bit pesky. As such, my flight was delayed 3 times because of poor visibility at Logan. I called Mike to let him know, you know what he said? Cheryl, I'll be waiting outside for you. Whew right? honestly at first they were good but now they enjoy ripping customers off my driver arrived a hour before he was Supposed to pick me up needless to say i was pretty pissed i think he came earlier so he could go to sleep ( this is a business!) the driver caters to the customer NOT the other way around and i told him off and he flipped me off and peeled out in short this taxi company is a bunch of whiners and con artists read more

Excellent service! The van came 5 minutes early and was clean. The driver was friendly and very competent. I felt safe even though we went through Boston during rush hour.
