I can't say enough good things about Serenity Sedan Services and the incredible experience we had…read morewith Patrick, the owner and our driver. For years, I've used another transportation company for work travel and always had a great experience, so I reached out to them for a personal trip. Unfortunately, their rate was significantly higher due to needing a larger vehicle... despite the fact that I often get picked up in an SUV for work without any upcharge. That left me a little disappointed and debating whether to ask a family member to drive us to Logan Airport at an absurd hour. Before doing that, I decided to check local recommendations and kept seeing Serenity Sedan Services mentioned in multiple Facebook groups I trust. I reached out and heard back from Patrick almost immediately. He was clear, professional, and offered a rate (including gratuity!) that was far more reasonable than my usual service. Plus, he even gave me a 5% new customer discount - such a thoughtful touch. Patrick arrived early, greeted us with a smile, and was dressed in a shirt that gave off total tropical vacation vibes, perfect for setting the tone! He struck the perfect balance of being kind, professional, and making just enough small talk while handling my loud, excited family with total grace. The car was immaculate, spacious, and extremely comfortable. Halfway through the ride, we were still planning to have a family member pick us up at the end of our trip to save money... but honestly, after experiencing how smooth and pleasant the ride was, we decided it was so worth it to book Serenity Sedan Services for the return trip too. On the way home, our kids were absolutely wild (overtired, fussy, and in full chaos mode) but Patrick took it all in stride. He never once seemed bothered and somehow still made me feel like a valued customer instead of a stressed-out mom in a noisy car. From now on, Serenity Sedan Services will be my go-to for both professional and personal travel. Patrick, thank you for running such a stellar service... you've absolutely earned a loyal future customer!
